I LOVE THIS PLACE! Delano is a super friendly small city! As a pedestrian, when I crossed streets, at least three different times, the good citizens of this community yielded patiently for me to cross. And I enjoyed taking pictures at their Heritage Park. Oh! And the very first time I came here on the Greyhound Bus, a very friendly woman who was picking up her grandaughter from the bus station offered me a ride to the Motel6 where I had made reservations, and I took her up on it. Delano is one of the friendliest cities Ive ever visited, truly!
