Biking from Miami to Phoenix, I stopped here Saturday afternoon long before closing. They were closed, didnt answer their phone, and their website is down. I left messages, which went unanswered, and I stayed until Monday, hoping they just closed early on Saturday. I left more messages over the weekend and showed up a little after 10am when they are supposed to be open. Again, the store was closed and no one answers the phone. There are two possibilities here.1. The place is closed for good. In which case it should be removed from Google maps and avoided as not to lead others astray.2. The owner and/or management here is so irresponsible and unreliable, this place should be avoided at ALL costs and this place should be put out of business. Its the worse service or lack thereof, that Ive ever experienced!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Cycling from coast to coast, stayed an extra day in town to try and get some work done but this place never seems to be open when they say, if you’re doing the southern tier I would just keep moving since they don’t seem to be reliable.

Came multiple times for a bicycle service and they are always closed but its hours before their closing time. Unreliable business closes when it feels like it.

I shipped my bike to Lakeside Sports because I was going to begin a bike tour there and ride to Florida and the Atlantic Ocean. Jesus, who is now running the shop, put the bike together and did an excellent tune up. Perfect, in fact. He takes great pride in his work...and charged a modest sum for all that he did. In addition, my bus from San Antonio arrived just about the time the store closed; but Jesus had made it clear that all Id have to do is call and hed return to the shop. He gave me his cell phone. Sure enough, he came back when I called. So thoughtful! It allowed me to get an early start on my ride the next day instead of waiting until the store opened at 10:00 AM. As I say, this is a fine bike store -- small, but the knowledge and care that Jesus displays makes all the difference in the world. Excellent store for bike people.

Jesus manages the shop, busy but able to multi task... Waited on customers, ate his dinner and worked on my bike at the same time... I am/was doing the southern tier and had a maintenance issue... Jesus took the time to look at my bike, make recommendations and repairsGreat service

Friendly and helpful service. Good pricing all around. Only down is product brands are limited.
