When here monday night let me tell you rhe 2 hispanic workers were the worst maybe one was pregnant i could care less if i had not have came an hr away i would immediately turned back around this used to be a great enviornment the team was good a year ago.

This trip we went for a birthday party. Because of covid 19 there are a few changes in protocol for birthdays. First, NO Chucky he zoom calls the birthday kids instead of making a personal appearance. Second, everyone is expected to wear a mask during playtime. Third, no tickets all winnings are stored on your play pass card ( a winning solution if you ask me) which means NO waiting in line to turn in your tickets you can go directly to the prize desk.One very big negative comment I have is that the old hand stamp safety precautions they used to have in place that gave me more peace of mind was NOT being used this dayI did not loke that.

Such a fun bday party spot! Games were geared for all ages, food was great and the staff was attentive. The party ran on schedule and was fun for all. Clean and safe.

The staff was AMAZING!! They willing & happily assisted with everything from helping me choose the best deal to showing me where to locate an available plug in. They offered, brought the boxes, AND then BOXED the pizza we had left! I dont know any other self service place that does that. My kids totally loved it also;-)

We had a blast tonight. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food has improved tremendously; salad bar was fresh and the pizza crust is much better than it used to be. Most importantly, my son had a great birthday!

Amazing staff!! So friendly and kind. It was my sons birthday and we came a bit past 730pm and they were all so helpful. They were all also so super stoked about his 7th birthday and even brought out Chuck-E just for his birthday. He was so happy it should be a crime. Definitely will go back and definitely recommend. Pizza (sausage) was on point and the app. sampler as well. I believe they were well priced for the game play. The staff also didnt rush us when it was close to closing time and kept cheering my boys on. We were the only ones by then and kept giving them the extra tickets they found. When my birthday boy was indecisive on what prize to get they were so patient and talked to him. Good job guys! Also they were the cleanest Chuck-Es I been to.

Good place to go if you have kids. Didnt order any pizza just played games for my son. All my kids have enjoy coming here.

We had a blast here! Celebrated my nieces birthday and she was over the moon happy. Lots of other kids and families but the location is kept clean and the game area has tons of machines and games for little to no waiting and plenty of space to dodge running kids lol. All the staff was really friendly and on top of things. We even got our free pizzas from using the app and the whole process was super smooth.

Had a great time here tonight! Wasnt overly crowded and the staff was great. This place was super clean. The staff cleaned the games repeatedly while we were here for two and half hours. We didnt eat this time. Bathrooms were also very clean. We will come back here soon. Another plus all the games worked properly.

This chuckie cheese was very clean. We had a great time. All the games work and for $20, we played for about 2 hours. You definatly cant beat that.

The pizza and salad were surprisingly good, and the staff were managing the chaos well.We were there for my grandchildrens 5th and 3rd birthday parties and they had a great time with their cousins and friends.My only issue was the long wait to get the table ready and then the rush to get us out at the end. We were sat 15 minutes late and they started moving us along about 15 minutes early.Otherwise, it was clean, the staff was friendly, they were diligent about making sure only parents took kids out, and the visit from Chuck was fun.

My wife and I went (without the grandkids this time) and had fun, like when we were kids. Playing skee ball, video games and winning tickets (to supplement the grandkids winnings!!) The pizza is always great and the staff is very friendly.

Love the place best thing is the pay time so u get to play as much as u want .u can choose how long u want to play foods good too

I started using the play pass card in Decatur Alabama for 1 hour and got 1516 tickets.

Excellent big wide play area, audio was clear. They cleaned the tables immediately after guest left. Staff was nice and knows the place.

Actually very surprised, they have really good pizza !! Granddaughter had her birthday party there, she had a blast!! Staff was friendly and very helpful. And your child cannot leave with anyone who does not have the same stamp as you!!

All of the staff that were there tonight were fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. Very clean and love the new games. This is our favorite Chuck E cheese.

When we first arrived the power was out because of storms...let me tell you all of there employees where Amazon...it was one of the best no it was the best birthday party ever

A lot of their toys and games havent changed over the years so they are showing their wear and tear do not plan to eat their pizzas the food is horrible in my opinion but the kids absolutely love the games so we go for that purely and if thats what youre going for then its awesome but for the all-in-all birthday celebration eat before you go or after you leave to get the most out of your experience

Always a good place to take the kids on a rainy day. The older ones do get a little bored after about 30 minutes though.

Went on July 4th weekend. Staffed well, Place was super clean, pizza was an 8! One of the team members even brought me a photo my little one had lost or taken unknowingly on a ride. ♡♡♡

New games..and the new system with the time card is definitely better..you get more for your money.But they should definitely let u know up front that the 6 slices of pizza for $6.99- is the size of a personal pan pizza at Pizza hut, but cut into 6 pieces

Had my daughters birthday party here. Place was extremely crowded and it was terribly hot inside, but all of the kids enjoyed the party. My daughter had a great time. Food was decent. All and all Id have another party there.

The kids always have a great time and the birthday parties are done well.

The pizza was great and the staff was very courteous. You can actually pause the play cards which was a function I wish was more clear. If I knew this I would give 5 stars, because it wasnt written in one overhead sign only (please make more visible) this is a neat option because we were rushing to use up our time and our pizza got cold lol!! Our fault and lesson learned so we had no complaints. I love not having to lug those nasty coins around anymore, whomever came up with the playpass needs a fat raise just from sanitary reasons alone haha!! Well as everyone knows this is a great place for family activities so I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese to everyone.

This is my favorite Chuck e cheese to take my kids to between this one and the one in Huntsville. This one is nicer, not as big and clean!

Pricey and chuck e is not kid friendly. Just does his job and acts like even that is a chore. I always see children disappointed because he doesnt acknowledge them.

Its a relatively clean place and the employees are always pleasant. It seems about 1/3 of the games usually need service.

One of the better Chuck E. Cheese Ive been to. They need to adopt the new play by the hour that they are implementing in the franchise.

Kids love it but don’t let your kid roll around on the floor or sit on the floor a kid a know say on the floor there and got lice.
