There has been a lot of shady stuff going on here. Multiple people have stated that their credit/debit cards have been charged for more than what they agreed to spend or what their tab was. Also, many people have experienced their card information being taken and mysterious charges are charged to their account. They withheld production equipment that belongs to Tukai Entertainment and would not allow them to retrieve it and would rather take a lawsuit. When they finally allowed Tukai to get their equipment, it was already outside on the curb and damaged from Noir staff dragging it outside instead of using furniture dollies, which Tukai Entertainment had with them. Noir Lounge staff also left roughly $7,800 worth of Tukai Ent.’s equipment inside the club and said they would press trespassing charges if they went inside of the club to retrieve it. Icing on the cake???? They allowed another artist equipment (2 CDJ 2000NXS 2’s) to get stolen from inside the club while staff members were present and are offering no kind of compensation, replacement, or solution.

Take awful care of rented equipment and supposedly steal credit card info at the bar.

The people that run this establishment are thieves and liars , they have supposedly stolen MULTIPLE peoples credit card info , they have treated other people’s or rented equipment terribly . Management is absolutely awful . I do not recommend this place !!!
