Nice space to have a party, get together or any type of function.

He had our dads memorial service there....The room for the service was very nice and the room we had the repass in was lovely. I day dont judge a book by its cover. Looking in from the outside may have you turn your car around in the parking lot...cause it looks a little Medieval Times from the window....We didnt use that room, we used another...Charles was who we spoke to he went out of his way to help us....

I do not recommend doing business here at all. The owner is very rude and just tries to scam you out of your money. I paid the owner my deposit and partial payment, tried to get in contact with him on multiple occasions to discuss decorations. The owner constantly put me off and said he would get back to me, after about two weeks I decided I just want a ceremony with him. Long story short he is trying to over charge me. I no longer want to do business with him and according to him my partial payment and deposit is non refundable. He is supposed to be a godly man but he is scamming people right before there big day. I contacted BBB and if my situation is not settled, i will take him to court. You dont do that to people, i wish I would of read these reviews before I had dealings with him. Please save your time and money, there are plenty other businesses that will take care of you. He does not have your best interest at heart.

This place is a rip-off and you don’t get what you pay for... Not sure where the excellent customer service is at because I didn’t encounter it. I dealt with impatient men that are looking to rip you off. Never would I refer anyone to them!

I am still in shock of Pastors (the owners) behavior. Yes he is a Pastor. I work for the catering company that provided food for a wedding. We went out to get bottled water for the guests because they were not provided anything from the facility. This man came through taking the waters and locked them in his office THEN refused to return them. He kept saying that he would return them however even after we were done packing up he refused to return the water. He keeps all doors except the front locked and he is the only one with a key. This is a MAJOR safety hazard and violation of the fire code. As a woman of God I was very very hurt and shocked to see that kind of behavior from a Pastor. I know that my company will not work another event at this facility and I definitely would not rent it for my own personal use.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would have this man is a complete scam artist and he is very very unprofessional. Had a reception at his facility and he did not honor anything he said he was going to do. He was supposed to provide drinks and when those drinks were not provided to us instead he wanted to charge us $3 for a very small cup of water so we had to have the caterer go out and get drinks. He was very upset about that so he took the drinks that our caterer had bought and locked them in his office and when the caterers confronted him on that he had a whole fit running around the whole facility slamming doors. He continued to be nasty by cutting off all the AC and ceiling fans in the area and also locking the Caterers out of the door cutting out the lights and yelling because of what he did. I would recommend no one ever uses this man or place for any event whatsoever he needs to be put out of business. My experience was horrible to say the least

Had an event here a while ago. The owner is VERY unprofessional. He didnt want my DJ, that I hired, playing. HE actually was the DJ. It was horrible. I would NEVER suggest this place. If the owner would leave, it would be a pretty good place, but he is WAY too involved. If I pay you for your space, I should be free of the owner DJing. And, to top it off, he SUCKS as a DJ!!!Stay away!!!

* NOT A PAID REVIEW* I must say I booked this location before reading the reviews and I immediately assumed this has to be a different location and person. The greeting and service I received isnt anything like the others. I admit I was a little weary after reading them but maybe a change took place Im not sure however the Mr. Charles I met and conducted business with was courteous and rendering to my needs. I support my community and businesses until they make me do otherwise. Every experience is different and hopefully some reconstructing of business operations and customer service was involved.

Where do I start what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life turned into a complete nightmare due to the unprofessional behavior of a PASTOR. We try to support our people and they wind up scamming us out of our hard earned money. We paid a lot for this venue and we couldnt even use the decorations that we purchased. When we were talking about using an outside caterer and we were talking about the drinks he said oh dont worry about the drinks I got this and he asked what we wanted to drink and I said sweet tea, lemonade and water he said okay I got you dont worry. So we told our caterer (who btw was AWESOME and oh so professional worth every penny. I would use him again in a heartbeat ). that the venue owner was supplying the drinks. Not!!! This was greed pure greed at its finest. He turned off the AC and ceiling fans because my caterer didnt want my guest to eat without something to drink so he went out to get some water. This man wanted my guest to pay for their drinks he even charged for the the ice REALLY. I was so hurt but mostly embarrassed. Some of my guest were leaving because it was so hot. He is a lier, theif and a fast talking con artist. but lesson learned.

Unprofessional staff, non-working restroom, disrespectful to guest, cursing when addressing guest, which I was a witness to on 7/23/2016. How can we as a people support each other when we are treated in such a manner. I mean I couldnt even get some ice so I could drink my $3 hot bottle of water.

Where to start, My catering company catered for a wedding that took place on 5/12/18 which we did a walk through on 5/10/18. when i arrived all doors were locked and once we were finally aloud in the building the owner locked the doors behind us, during the walk-through the bride and I asked what time can we get in the building the day of the ceremony and he said just call him and he will decide then (very unprofessional). Now moving on to the day of the event, i asked the owner if we could use the back room just to store our hot box so we can restock our food and he let us use it but locked us out so we couldnt get in (again very unprofessional). so when it was time for the reception he was charging everyone for drinks which the liquor i understand but water, come on man and keep in mind the client paid for a 1hr open bar but the owner did not honor that either as he just took their money. so i took it upon my self to run to the store and purchase some bottles of water for the guest. the owner did not like that so he decided to take my bottles of water that i purchased and my cases and take them to a closet and lock the door i even asked for my water back and he refused on multiple requests. This guy is a scam artist and this business should shut down today, he claims to be a pastor but he is very rude and unprofessional and if I wasnt the professional type and trying to cater to my client then I would have kicked his Ass. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. He will lock you in the building and open the doors when he feel like it. STAY AWAY. THIS LOCATION DESERVES -100 STARS.

I had my 50th birthday Party at this hall. I was promised a dj with my package. I had to pay extra for decoration that my 10 year old niece could have done. I was told there would be another party in another part of the hall on the same night and that we would have different music played. NOT! The owner didnt tell me until a week before the party that he was the dj. The music was horrible the decoration was no good and it was just embarrassing. My vision and what we talked about was not produced. I was blessed to turn fifty and I had people there I enjoyed but this is not a place to have a eventful event. They didnt deserve one star.

We had a party there and the owner acted like he was part of the party. Eating before all the guest got any. It was horrible, but the caterer was excellent. I Never would we recommend this event place, oh and the drinks are very high.
