Aggressive communication from the beginning that ended with Jason yelling at me for going to the address he has listed as his business, but turns out to be his home address. I had emailed that I would be by on Friday to drop off this vent hood for the work to be done on it. The address in the email exchange as well as on his website is the address that I used for MapQuest. After calling and leaving a voicemail asking if I was in the right place, Jason called back to yell at me about being at his home address and scaring his children by my knocking on the door. Then continued to yell at me for not having contacted him to drop the vent hood off. Which I did. Via email that he was copied on through Meghan. I then arrive at the actual business address for Jason to continue to yell at me saying I should have contacted him directly and Not through an email with Meghan. I was so shaken by this aggressive exchange, that I did leave the vent hood against my better judgment with him. When I asked him when I could expect it to be ready he then continued with snarky comments about how he’ll get to it when he gets to it. Could be a couple of weeks or a month.After driving up the road and pulling over to calm myself down, I then decided there is no way that I would give this man my business after speaking to me that way. I did nothing to deserve it nor warrant it.Due to his combative exchanges with me, I am leaving this review
