New management is packing people into trailers dangerously and illegally close to one another and into trailers that the power company refuses to hook power into. People are living this way without power though this is against the rules of the park itself. Vehicles are backing into one another and into the trailers of others as well. Likely to be another person that is backed into at some point. A bullet hole appeared in the front of a trailer on the west side days ago after about three shots were fired somewhere close by. If you do not believe a white ghetto exists, stop by.

Beach Manor Court is my favorite place to visit when Im feeling down and suicidal I walked through the aisles and see the old people from World War 1 & 2 it makes me feel better about myself

People are tampering with vehicles over here locals who live here. The cameras in site dont work. Low class tenants

Went to office to inquire of place. Ive been in Daytona for few months. The manager told me that my work history looked unstable. He just lost out on a awesome tenent

My husband and I have been here 16 months, cant get anything fixed, homeless ppl in and out, drugs unbelievable

Great , great great . Looked for 6 weeks for a place to live . Was in a 1 star efficeny .spent a few thou pretty fast at 300 a week . Its a block from main St , theres bikers there , lot rent is cheapBought a small Mobil for now , and as I said , its great for now . Yahoooo lol

Well let me start off by saying that my family lived in the Beach Street manor court about years ago . We love Dayton Beach. We rented sight unseen because we where in a motel with our lil girl and need somewhere to call home. Boy that was a mistake . we rented and small one bedroom camper from Roger if u call a camper a mobile home like he called it . He told u that as soon as he had a 2 bedroom come open he would let use move into it . with no extra charge for transfer. When a 2 bedroom came up he let up move into it after telling use he could charge use for transfer but he well not because it was a favor from him. Well make a long story short our oldest daughter came to stay with us for a lil bit. Roger ask me to bring her into the office to put her on the paper work that was cool . when she come to the office with me he started making some very commits to my daughter like well u looking very pretty today as if he was trying to hit on her now she only 20 years old . thats cheepy I think . well as about a week later we started bit this lil bugs frying around at night come to find out place was tarmite infested. He just when I told Roger he just stayed some water like it was bug spray . this place as a bad problem with drugs coming in and out of the park . and hookers this is not a place to live unless u like this kind of thing . I even call the city of Daytona Beach and seen of they had any problems with this place and they told me if I and my family could they told me move . they was a man how also passed away in his house in the front part right across from office and no one know it for 2 day but this mans has always been moving around goinging places . I think this place should be closed down for good . thank u for reading. Please think long a hard before moving into Beach Street manor court . they also have home in ormond Beach to . beware . this is the opinion of a formare tent . thanks again God bless .
