Great place to hold a large convention or show! The food in consessions could be better... Very basic. But, Im told that for large meetings they have a chef and hes pretty good! I have to mention that they really go above and beyond in the restroom department! I have been to many convention centers, but this one has the cleanest restrooms by far! No matter which area, mens or womens, they have an attendant in there! We just happened to strike up a conversation with one of the attendants named Christy..... What a sweet woman! She made sure that the baby changing table was spotless for us, as well as having the best smelling area there. There is a smaller theatre right across the street as well called the Peabody Auditorium. I have seen many shows, ballets and concerts there as well!check out whats going on at either venue by going online.

Parking was easy and accessibility to the front door was very easy. Finding our way through the building was easy and we had a really good time. The bathrooms work very clean. All in all it was a great experience

Just had graduation here and due to the current circumstances i feel the ocean Center staff did an amazing job accommodating grads and their families for this special occasion! Thank you ALL who made all this happen!

Skate through here often kept clean better than most its surroundings. Security dont like me much tho.

Had a BLAST watching AEW at the ocean center. Very nice place. Sound system for the event was on point and I feel like there no bad seat on the house. Takes like 25 min to get a beer an a shirt tho but thats to be expected I guess. Great crowd an just was a great overall experience.

Attending Deltona High Schools Graduation Ceremony, during the Corona virus issues. It turned out to be a nice ceremony even though we had to wear masks and social distance. Very clean and nicely kept, even the bathrooms.

Went for their Jurassic Quest. Was disappointed September 2018. It wasnt as big as normal. Still fun. And didnt have as many dinosaur display as the past. My son loves it every year. Worth it. Pricey. But his look is worth it all. As you will seey son is autistic. But he still loves it. Holding his ears because of the noise. Bad mom forgot his ear plugs

The place itself was fine. Some attendants where very helpful guiding us where we needed to go. The concession stand is what you expect, more money than you want to pay for ok junk food. Parking was $10 for our event. The seats were comfortable and you had a good view most places in the area we watched the event.

Plenty of parking and plenty of space for whatever reason ur organization has planned,oh and helpful people working there.

A place where Reptile Shows, Car Shows, Pageant Events, and Ceremonies are held along with garage parking, which the pricing can vary.

I enjoyed a concert there. Plenty to do in the surrounding area. The beach is across the street along with other great amenities.

The Ocean Center is located near several hotels and is walking distance from the beach. Weve been here several times for various events. The staff is friendly, and the building has always been clean. The food inside the venue is typically overpriced as is the case with most convention centers, but is decent. There are a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The Ocean Center did a wonderful job for the 2020 graduates of Deltona High.

Very clean venue! Comfortable chairs, no uncomfortable bleacher seating. Overpriced food and drinks so we walked to Dunkin Donuts.. lots of restaurants and fast food within walking distance.

Great food for our event. Staff was extremely helpful and always kept everything clean. I have been to multiple events at the ocean center and they have always done an amazing job.

This is a very nice facility. Easy to access. OK for parking and very close to the beach.

Daytona Beach was relatively quiet for July 4th week

Great trip to Daytona with Newspring Church for the Gauntlet.

Once you find parking this location is as simple to navigate as it gets. Traffic outside the venue is the only issue, but it should be expected for big events at a venue this size.

Have season passes always have a lot of fun here

My family and I went to Daytona for Thanksgiving. We caught the tree lighting, which was amazing! They had a band singing Christmas carols leading up to the lighting. Also had a bunch of vendors inside and everything was free. My daughter loved the fact that Santa and Mrs Claus showed up to do pictures.

Good location. Went to watch worlds strongman games as fiance was competing. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean throughout

We visit this area several times a week. We walk our Chautauqua dogs there and we like it. The park is very clean and well maintained.

Has everything youd need to house a large event. Temperature was pleasing too!

They did a great job commendating the high schools for graduation..

Attended a graduation here. They are following all protocol for keeping people as safe as possible.

Good place to watch boxing

Visited the Womens day and was very disappointed. A celebration of women should, in my opinion, recognize there are women who have interests beyond make up, jewelry, and spa/make overs. In a venue the size of the Ocean center, surely there would have been room to have guest speakers and networking events for women in various fields, as was well as activity areas like a climbing wall and escape rooms, or even a demonstration from one of the local colleges basketball, soccer, volleyball, or sports teams. What I saw yesterday was very much a one dimensional view of women that June Cleaver would have fit in at.

Great place to see events. Very spacious and comfortable inside. They have snack bars and sell alcoholic beverages. Adequate clean restrooms and plenty of nearby parking and across the street from the ocean.

Great small conference center servicing Flagler and Volusia counties!Comfortable seating, concession stands, parking is at a parking garage on North side of building. There is a fee to park. Located across the street from iconic Daytona Beach!There is a small complex type mall with restaurants and movie theater across the street on the beach. Many restaurants to chose from within 1-3 mile radius

Went here for a graduation. Layout was nice. And the crowds were managed well enough. Food was overpriced as it is at all convention centers. Overall not a bad spot to host a large event.

Over one hour to exit the parking garage on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. The nice dinner was ruined by the parking. Go somewhere else!!!

Excellent venue. State of the art facilities. Could use a bigger screen, though. The screen is just too tiny for the space and the type of events hosted.

Great place clean staff is very efficient and polite. And of course I always love looking at the ocean and hearing the soothing sounds of the waves. Location is great lots of restaurants and activities close by.

I was at this place for a card tournament. While taking a break I walked to the front and laid down on a bench to rest my eyes. A security guard with a dog walked up, stood over me, and asked to see my phone. I didn’t think anything of it. So I handed it to him. I had nothing to hide. The dude then proceeded to throw my phone across the room and walked away without an explanation. You need to vet the security you hire Instead of giving work to power hungry weekend warriors who watches too much TV.

Had a great time. Cant wait to go back next year.

I attended a Home Show here. There were numerous vendors. We purchased a spa here and were able to test/ride an electric bicycle. There was a variety of different sales from spas, boats, home improvement items to facial creams, beef jeeky, sheets, and electric bicycles! The parking is $5, but free admission into the Home Show.

Ocean Center has plenty of room to handle all event needs. Easy access, and for added convenience Hilton Hotel is right across the street, reasonable priced

Very nice place, clean and bathrooms never ran out of toilet paper! (Huge plus!) The people working were helpful on letting people know where their event was in the building but were a crazy on needing your pass. A lady was standing at the door and yelled at me for not having my badge when check ins where you get your badge was right behind her. Some people let you through because they would see you leave but one lady wouldnt let people back in who just left to go to the bathroom but were obviously dressed in their singlets and that is not something you just wear because you want to over all a good experience.

Spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful! We come here every so often for my daughters gymnastics states competitions and its always nice to stop and read about the history facts of the center posted in the frames throughout the building.

Great venue for wrestling events. There should be more there

I was there for the annual Daytona AQS show. The show was good. But the actual center only has a small snack place and there is no parking discount provided.

Clean. Usually freezing cold, bring a light jacket. The art displayed is really nice

This venue is awesome for any event. We were there to see Wwe and it was awesome. Bathrooms very clean and the concession stand staff were nice as well. Will continue to go to this venue for events

ACE Gymnastics meet. Good facility

The AQS quilt show was wonderful in this marvelous facility again. The food in the consession area was hot and tasty. Lots of parking, and not too expensive.

Awesome... I love this place. I have celebrated birthdays for Adults, and teens, and older adults (50+). Atmosphere is nice. You can eat inside or outside. Only thing is that they have changed the price and the way you eat . As of 11/2018 I visited. Yes That discouraged me so much regardless if it was my favorite place or not for many years the hotel, the beach. I had to find a new location I apologize but if even gives me better & more options in bigger portions (2people) for 1price. NO LONGER VISIT OCEAN CENTER!! But it is still a lovely place and I will always recommend. #SEAFOODLOVER

2-8-20 City of Daytona and Ocean Center charged volunteers for beach clean up event $10 to park. Way to go Daytona, Youre so greedy you charge volunteers to better your own city and community.

Not much concession an d whats there is expensive. Open up the hotdog stand people. Maybe someone wants a pretzel and some nachos. Or a hotdog with the condiment spread

Saw some very entertaining pro wrestling. Some of the best in the world.

Attended many venues at this location. Very clean and spacious. Ample parking space and easy access for everyone. My handicap friend was impressed with the accessibility.

Nice facility. Looks great since addition years ago.

The location is easily accessable so thats a plus. Staff is a mix of competent and useless individuals. The facility is nice, but a bit worn around the edges as the carpet has some areas where it needs to be secured back down, etc. The bathrooms were in need of both maintinance doe to clogged toilets and cleaning/restocking. We were a small group of a few hundred so that was dissapointing to see. As for comfort, the chairs were standard, clean and acceptable. They keep the facility at a cooler temp so bring a sweater

While I had a good time at the venue, it was not welcoming as most of the doors were locked, and the food was decidedly average.

A very nice Convention Center that books events that completely plug our neighborhoods up with dysfunctional traffic litter and property damage. They also hassle kids trying to have a good time riding their bicycles or skateboards in the parking lot. That parking lot used to be the neighborhood where they lived. Tear down the kids houses put up a parking lot call the police on them for riding their bicycles or skateboards there. This is when the business is closed and the parking lot is empty. I guess theyd rather the kids play out in the middle of the street then a safe lit empty parking lot. What a slimy neighbor you make in our neighborhood.

My first experience here during the CEO gaming competition. The event was well organized and fun filled. The stadium was extremely exciting . The access passes were a bit expensive but well worth it. Various venues had gaming related merchandise that I have never seen befoee. Cant wait for the next one

Graduation 2020

Would be 5 stars, but the rule of no outside food or beverages is ridiculous and was reinforced haphazardly. They allowed food and beverage in the first day, only beverages in the second day, and then forced many people on a tight schedule to chow down outside. It was counterproductive....I purposefully left to get lunch because of it, when I would have eaten at their concession stand had they not been so awful about it. Gets 4 stars because the space is really great.

We visited for the lighting of the tree. It was amazing the kids got to meet Elsa and Ana. It started our holiday season off right.

Everything you hope for from a pizza place that is open late. Greasy and delicious.

Great venue. We were there for a sports event. Lighting, technology, security, personnel, bathrooms, huge foyer for connecting, parking, convenience to beach and hotels - everything was top notch.

Great place for graduations & other large events.

This was my first time visiting Ocean Center. I attended the AQS Daytona Beach Quilt Show. The center was very easy to get to. Parking was $5 payable at an easy to use kiosk and there was an attendant to help if needed. She was very nice. The facility itself is well kept. The bathrooms were clean (huge plus)! Close to the worlds famous beach and several restaurants. It was a pleasant experience.

Had the pleasure of staying the weekend with some great friends here and I have to say.. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful....Great atmosphere and we LOVED kia!! (security lady!!!)

We went for my granddaughters graduation. Lines were managed well. Seats were comfortable. We could see the event well.from our seats. Nice building. Clean. Would go there again.

Very nice venue. We went for the RV show and the place was very clean even the restrooms.

Very disappointed. Seems all the vendors packed up and left by 2pm on Saturday. We walked thru the whole show in 10 minutes. Trump hats, beef jerky and hot tubs were my only purchase choices. The venue would NOT refund my $15 parking fee.

Since you moved the food court out in the lobby, there is no place to sit down anymore in the center. Its a big place, Im old and I get tired. Please try to place some chairs or benches around. I finally went in the ladies room and sat down in a stall for awhile and read my email. Also can the aisles be numbered or lettered along with the vendor booths so you know where you are. Sometimes I want to go back and look at something but cant remember where it was. Its a very crowded place.
