Definitely a nice shop and would totally come back, kind of a weird set up so if you’re looking for something specific you’ll definitely have to ask.. I looked thru the reviews before deciding to come here and I’m not sure if it’s just cos dude obviously got the graveyard shift but I asked if they had something and instead of saying “oh yeah we have those right over here” he just said “you mean the ones right behind me?” Like dang my bad this is my first time here I was just asking lol other than that like a said, definitely a decent shop with a wide variety of products.. it’s a little pricey but im sure it’s cos of covid shipping and stuff

Staff & store are fine; however they charge a fee to use a credit card. My purchase increased by 2.5% because of using my card; we will not be shopping here again due to this issue.

Staff here is both friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the store. The shoppe was clean and well maintained (their purple carpets are especially cool). They not only were able to help me pick out exactly the right items, I also had fun doing it. Testing the demos they had available was extra fun - I didnt know half of them ever existed. From beginners to the very experienced, this is the place to come for all your adult bedroom needs. 5/5 stars all around.

Working an event for bike week and was recommended to check this place out for outfits. All the items here are super fun and flirty and Matthew was a tremendous help. He provided us with great tips not only for the merchandise, but working bike week as well and he answered every question we had. Very satisfied with our visit!

Best selection of dance wear and lingerie! it doesnt fall apart first wash like other places I have been to. They really know their toys here and always show me the good stuff. Nice to have a place I can feel so comfortable in. The manager is nice and she always finds me exactly what I need. She really bailed me out 3 years ago when I needed a gift last minute on Christmas day. Its always been worth the drive from Jacksonville.

The only thing I wish you could expand on is men’s lingerie/bottoms for skinny guys. Overall for my first time at the Shoppe I had a pleasant experience and felt welcomed. I went in with a friend hoping to get something nice for me and my husband all of their wireless vibrators were pretty expensive after finding one of the cheapest ones ($70) we went home and I was looking for the charging hole one it with 5 minutes of Google research I felt sick like I had been scammed I could have bought the same brand device for $30 and there are no returns or exchanges so I paid more than double of what the thing was worth and its not even a good vibrator

As soon as I walked in I told him what I wanted and he delivered ! Will definitely be shopping more .

I went to Thee fantasy shoppe yesterday with my girlfriend and it took us 10 mins to find the damn door lol. After we found our way into the building things got a lot better. This store is clean it has a great vibe lots and lots items to look threw and the guy behind the counter was beyond amazing and helpful. I think his name is matt but good lord he really knows his stuff. He was nice super knowledgeable about everything did not make me feel awkward or like I was being hit on like I do when I go to other stores like this. So over all I gave you 4 stars you lost 1 star cause it took me 10 mins to find my way into the store lol

I will go out of my way to go to this store than any other adult store. Customer service here is amazing. Staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. Never creepy or unsavory comments or looks from the staff, like Ive experienced in other adult stores in the area... They will leave you alone if youre just looking, but will answer any questions with courtesy and to the best of their knowledge. I dont know why anyone would think otherwise. Good competitive prices on a wide variety of items. Tons of clothes and to die for shoes!

The store was fine, the cashier was the creepiest person weve met. The moment we walked in the door today (shortly before 5pm on June 27, 2016), he grabbed his phone and took a picture of us.
