Very friendly bartenders and owners! They treat everyone like a regular. Drink prices are fair. Heavy pours. Music ranges from 70s-2000s. Its a good mix! Something for everyone - even slow dances for couples. I sometimes make a request that the DJ makes a face about, but then he ends up playing it anyway, so Im happy. That was on Friday.. The DJ on Saturdays has a reputation of not really playing your requests, unfortunately. (He plays mostly all 70s and 80s.) They tend to play entire songs there, by the way. Very clean dance floor. Well-maintained and stocked restrooms. No cover, casual atmosphere. Crowd is mostly 30s and up. Im in my early 30s and I recommend Julias if you want something a little different! :-)

Julia’s isn’t a bad place to go to have a good time. However, they have always been one of the pricier bars in town and they are not heavy handed at all. We’ve bought drinks there a few times and were somewhat pleased but last night done me in. My wife literally weighs 110 lbs and after $40 in drinks which may have got me like 5-6 here she was hardly feeling it. Julia’s has been around for years and this is the only reason why I go in spurts but after last night I won’t spend any money in that establishment again. All the locals my age and older know this bar is bad for this. $6-$10 for a typical drink and you may get a 1 oz pour, if you’re lucky. The sad thing is there was a drink sitting right next to my wife’s, same exact drink and it was 5x’s darker. Meaning more liquor content which leads me to believe they know how to pour but just choose who to pour that way for. Ridiculous. More than likely won’t return. It caters to an older crowd anyway and the third weekend of the month it always gets over crowded with weirdo old swinger meet and greets. I posted a picture of this drink I took to help this review. It was a peach crown and sprite mix that was almost as clear as water. Even the dark bar top didn’t help this drink look stronger. So long Julia’s.

Julia’s night club does everything right; from the DJ, music, food, security, and the celebration atmosphere. I’ve enjoyed every minute every time Ive gone there. Come out for a very nice time and call ahead to reserve yourself a table. See you there sooo..... Daddy V

My mom and I recently went to this club, to have a drink but mostly to just dance and we had a blast. The people there were very friendly and we werent uncomfortable at all. There were many security guards that watched over the place with a fast bartender named Shelly. Shelly was very sweet and there was a gentleman that sat a few seats next to us that told us how she has a heart of gold. Its good hearing from others that this is a nice place. The dance floor was a little small for our liking but the music was pretty nice! They played a lot of Bruno Mars (not complaining) and did some line dances for all ages to dance to. It was fun. According to a few regulars, a DJ plays there almost every Saturday night. As far as my drink goes, my Tequila Sunrise was very good but quite strong. Overall, I enjoyed it and it was actually my first time going out to a club. So thanks for an awesome time!!

Saturnight this is the place to be if you enjoy dancing. The music is great to dance to and the floor is plenty big enough.

Been going here for years. They always play the same music every week. But then they invite people to make requests. However, they never play anything anyone requests. Especially if it was released in the last 10 years. If you ask them why they wont play your requests then you get angry bouncers pushing u out the door. I have seen them let people fight and then stay. But because I wanted to ask (I was never violent or rude), why they dont play requests when they were encouraging them, I got a manager and bouncer in my face screaming me out the door. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AFTER BEING A 20 YEAR PATRON. I dont suggest the place. The employees and management are just too temperamental. Act for 5 seconds like u dont enjoy the place and they will scream in your face until you leave. So much for the numerous nights I spent 200+ a time there.

This used to be a nice place at one time but its changed and theres nothing but trouble at Julies stay away!

Julias is a blast IF you go on Saturday nights when 107.7 Mix radio broadcasts from there. Great dance music, from 80s to current. Crowd is mostly 40s to 50s. Its small, with limited seating, so get there early if you want a table. They have a few tables outside, too. The dance floor isnt huge, but usually theres room to dance and you never have to worry about being alone out there (unless its not Saturday). While there are always creepy drunks at a club, there arent many here, its not a meat market and their security is always close-by.

Although the 107.7 dj was a prick when we were in town not recognizing a celebrity ....this club is awesome.... like how it does the 80s 90s and has service that is good. and it is not the teeny boppers

If your looking for a place to go on Saturday night Julias Nightclub behind the Dayton Mall is the place to be. mix 107.7 is live on the radio they have a money machine and give away prizes. This place gets busy early like 9:30 I got there once at 10;30 and had to wait in line just to get in the door. The music is great dance music from the 70, 80s and todays pop. Everyone always seems to be having a blast !!! It has a great fun energy to the place. Never any problems lots of nice security. Wide variety of people and age groups 25 and up. Its a Blast...We dont go anywhere else but Julias....
