I would not recommend living here. I have had almost a 35% increase in rent since moving here almost two years ago. They have raised rent 4 times, and without warning. They do not notify you when they are moving trailers in, which is highly unprofessional in my opinion. The old park manager, Anissa, treated the office as if it was optional. Her presence was unpredictable. Now she is no longer manager, and the problem persists, the office is not open on a regular basis.

This is the WORST place to live, all they care about is pushing the older homes out & getting new ones in that are too close together causing a fire hazard. Too many reasons to list as to why you should not move here

Woods Mobile Home Park have really good mobile homes. Mobile homes with working essential appliances and very affordable. I was please with the tour. The property manager was professional and kind. If you are searching for a place to live-mobile home, I would recommend Woods Mobile Homes.

I love it here!! Wish I could give more stars! Super spacious and everyone tends to keep to their own business. Anissa in the office is great. I was in a tough situation and she showed me so much kindness and compassion while getting my kids and I into our new home. Every time I call the office they answer or get back to me within the hour! It’s nice living in a community that actually sees you as a person not just another occupancy.

Beautiful community!!!! It has come a long way since I was here first 2 years ago!!! Lots of brand new homes for sale!!! The manager, Anissa, is amazing!!! So welcoming!! What a great place to live!!!

Anissa the property manager is awesome. She is working with me to help me buy me and my familys first home. She has went through everything with me throughly and gave me lots of options. Even by herself in her office she has made time to help me through the process. Im very excited to finish this journey with her.

Neese was very friendly and very helpful. She explained everything and was very professional. She answered all my questions and I didnt feel rushed. Great tour!!

I have lived here in woods mobile home park for 12 years has went downhill and the last 2 and 1/2 years

Someone need to put bigger oneway signs of in this trailer park I cant tell you how many times I almost hit somebody going the wrong way down the street

The property manager Anissa here is very unprofessional, she doesn’t get back to any of her residents requests she puts off very important things that need done in people’s homes, she’s very rude and clearly has no idea how to do her job, I would not recommend living here this place is an absolute joke and nothing ever gets fixed around here even before Covid-19 I needed stuff fixed in my home and they kept ignoring my messages, this place is awful and Anissa needs to be removed they’re needs to be a whole new manager.

Literally do not come here, it’s the worst! Management & maintenance & contractors in here suck, they never Finnish there jobs, iv been here for almost a year now and still don’t have anything done!!

They work with u to get u into a place an r great people to work with.

Very nosy neighbors. I’ve had kids try and get into my car. Front desk never answers their phones but other than that it’s an ok place to live

The police is always in the park seems like at one place all the time they had the main road block we couldnt get out. And Cats sleep in the middle of the street you got to drive around them or hit them need to do something with the cats it dont look good on the Main Street that you get out of this place and people drive the wrong way down the streets i dont know how many times about hit somebody driving down the street the wrong way I understand the pizza man get lost but regular people that live in here doing it

This community has went down hill severely since RV Horizons has taken over. They do not keep up with the overgrown empty lots, you can never get someone to answer the phone, let alone call you back, and they will not work with you on anything. The one star is simply because no stars wasnt an option.

This Mobile home park use to be great; however, now that there are new owners it’s horrible. In one month I got three different letters stating how much I owed it went from $200 to almost $900. I called and called the office.. no answer of course so I left numerous of voicemails with a returning phone number and I didn’t get a single call back. The only way I was able to get ahold of someone was because I stopped them while walking around. And even then I still didn’t get a call back.. now I’m stuck paying for their mistakes and an outrageous amount every two weeks because I was told not to make a payment until this was figured out.. well two months later and it’s still not resolved besides the outrageous payments. Also, maintenance that they have to do was promised to get done two weeks ago when we finally got ahold of them.. and guess what. It’s still not done. They seem to care about the other mobile home park more than this one. But no matter which one you call you’ll never get an answer or a call back.

Ever been at a business were the worker can drink on the job i went to the main office to see about getting a home and the girls and a guy was dunk he must work there i didnt understand him to well this must be what put trailer trash on the map and the guy kinda flirted with me i just walk out and ant coming back

My brother lives in this Park and hes always telling me how bad the drug activity is here, crime, property stolen from his porch, I have witnessed this going on a few different times while visiting or spending the weekend, I wouldnt recommend this place especially if you have children
