Dayton Country Club has a great team thats helpful and knowledgable! The food is always amazing, and you can tell the chef takes pride in what they do! DCC is great option for your event of any type!

I live near the Dayton Country Club and have witnessed their flagrant disregard for sensible social distancing now for well over a month, since the quarantine began. I guess Daytons elite must somehow be immune to the disease? Tonight, 5.14.2020, was the most egregious offense. There are about a dozen or so golf carts, and about 25-30 residents, all partying together. Theyre loud, obnoxious, and increasing my risk of infection. Im enraged by this ignorance to CDC guidelines and just how to be a responsible member of the community.

Only played golf. Course was immaculate and staff friendly, courteous and professional.

Dayton Country Club has some of the best hidden gems in the Gem City. Their golf course is hands down one of the better courses with many challenging aspects to it. The pool is one of the best pools in the city, oh and did I mention it is a heated. With the addition of the new poolside bar it is quite the Hot Spot (See what i did there) to be. The food is always on point and service is top notch.

I attended a working lunch at DCC today. This is absolutely the most gorgeous CC i have visited! Beautiful setting - great food and excellent service! So glad they are located in Kettering!

Great country club. The buildings and architecture are beautiful. Professional staff, great service. The coffee here is extraordinary. I recommend this facility for all Dayton residents and any business meetings or functions.

DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A STABLE JOB!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU APPLY TO BE A BUSSER.The staff was really nice but, the managers/ supervisors were weird and rude!I got an interview on March 18 or 19 of 2019 and I went! April 2, the HR manager calls me and tells to come in an sign some documents (w2,etc...) so, I was a little confused, as to if I had gotten the job. When I went to sign those forms april 2nd, I asked, “ Am I being hired” the HR manager looked shocked and said “yes, your manager didn’t call to tell you?” I told her no and I followed that with, “I have never spoken to him”. After this session, I had to have a background and drug test done, which, I passed. My HR manager told it would tale about 3 days to those results back... THREE DAYS. I didn’t get a call at all, I had to call her a WEEK LATER. Fast forward to me doing my orientation and going through what I needed to do... THE WHOLE THING WAS POINTLESS. The Woman who did my orientation told me that I should be on that next weeks schedule, which was the week of April 14-20. I called multiple times to see if I was put on to the schedule and go no answer, I even went up to the Country Club and no one was there that could help me. I literally called the numbers that I was provided with 5-6 times a day for 5 days straight and got nothing! Finally on 4/21/19 I get a call asking me when could I start I said that upcoming monday at 9, mind you my AVAILABILITY WAS 9am-4pm. My manager said, “no, I cant get you in that day when are you available next?” I said “Tuesday” he says, “nope, that won’t work either, how about Wednesday at 4 pm- 9pm” FOUR PM!!! I have another job and he knew this when I got hired and I have to be there at 5pm until 2am. I said I can’t do that and I told him why. He told me that I could come in at 11am-4pm. I said ok. I went that day (3/24/2019) amd then again on that Friday. After that, I got nothing, no calls, no nothing, I had to go up there yet again to see of I was on the schedule and I was not! I finally said I’m just going to show up on the following Wednesday and start working. The manager had no clue that I had just shown up. After that day, I spoke with the manager and he didn’t know when I was going to be on the schedule again... REALLY! He is an Airhead. On that Wednesday, I had to work with this weirdo, bar manager who elbowed me in the head and acted like nothing happened, when I told her that she elbowed me she’s said, “oh yeah”... that’s it. I came to the conclusion that I no longer needed employment there and was not going to deal with that foolishness. I have yet to get a call or anything. Literally took me TWO(2) MONTHS TO START WORKING.

The staff were very friendly and worked hard to support our event. The food served at the event was less than serving temperature. The ambiance of the club matched or exceeded many of the historic clubs at some military installations across the country.

By far nicest country club Ive ever been to. The place is kept in extremely nice condition.

Had a meeting here, they server food. Prime rib was amazing, so was the Macaroni Alfredo. Not sure the piece as I was a guest but great food

The Oakwood Rotary Club has its weekly breakfast meeting at the DCC. The food is always good and the service is always exceptional. This is a great place for social events.
