While the resort and casino are very beautiful, there were a few large negatives to the overall experience which cause this to be close to the bottom of my Hard Rock list. The biggest is the severe lack of enforcement of facial covering guidelines. We saw many guests not wearing their mask properly or at all with no employees saying anything. Heck - we saw many employees not wearing them properly! This caused us to spend almost no money in the casino since we didn’t feel safe. Also, our check in experience was very poor and we were disappointed to see almost no late night food options. The room was very nice and quiet and the bed was very comfy - this could have been a 5 star experience matching it’s very high price.

This is a new hotel that you can see from miles around. The guitar strings made it really easy to find at night if you found yourself walking home. The hotel is filled with interesting musical collectibles and is very fun to walk around in. You absolutely do not want to miss the light show every night at 8/9pm.Unfortunately while on our trip there were families and twerk competitions in the same pool. Since the private pools still face the main pool there is not a lot of privacy so I recommend taking your kids to the older pool and not the new one.

I think the renovations are beautiful. Everything obviously is for the higher class. Still prefer the clubs that were there before..

Pool and casino are great! They have a few bars and restaurants around and while theyre not cheap, they are very tasty. If youre ever in the area and enjoying gambling its definitely worth checking out. The poker room is particularly good. Lots of action

This was always my 1st Casino of choice, due to the fact that I used to live close. The way it looks now is amazing. The new Guitar Hotel is quite a site to see. There are lots of new stores & a few new restaurants as well. Social distancing measures are great at the slot machines & tables games as well. When you acquire a high enough tier with your players rewards cards you get lots of gifts & free play. The pool area is beautiful as well. There ia definitely something to do for all ages at the Hard Rock in Hollywood, FL.

A very nice place. Although the State of Florida may not have a mandatory mask mandate. I was pleased to see that wearing of mask was mandatory. I wish there was more non smoking areas that are clearly marked as in Atlantic City , NJ because the non smoking room slots are clearing not as abundant as is the smoking areas of the casino. The food court was great, and because Im a dice player and love to play live craps not machines. This is the reason for a 4 star rating and not a 5!

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. With COVID, we were concerned about being able to be safe. The staff has sanitation stations everywhere and most things are touches, including the check in process. The upgrades made to the hotel are phenomenal. The guitar shape is a site like no other. The pool is wonderful and my favorite part is you can actually hear the music inside the water. Lots of great restaurants and shops on the property. This is the closest thing to Las Vegas right here in our backyard of Florida.

Had a great time at the Hard Rock Casino. Staff was pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone adhered to all of the safety guidelines, and my room was amazing. I wish I had a pool view but other than that had a fabulous time.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The guitar shape is very cool. They also have two nightly light shows but they dont provide information on where to best see it. There are plenty of food choices but most are pricey. Of course the main attraction for most is the casino. There is also a nice variety of swimming pools.

Very nice Hard Rock Cafe with a casino. The guitar shape is so unique and the lights in the night are amazing! There are plenty of gift shops and restaurants inside. Sadly, If you’re not staying they cannot let you go inside the pool area to take pictures because of the Covid situation.

Very clean and Covid compliant. Everyone there was amazingly friendly. I do not gamble but my mother was in town and begged to go. Although reluctant, I took her and was not disappointed. She won a little money and I enjoyed following her around seeing her happy through her mask.

We love the food and the decorations all over the casino floor: Costumes and accessories of famous artist like madonna, michael Jackson, and Ariana grande. It is like a museum of pop arts. The casino is smoking so be aware of that. Roulette is just on the machine. Busy but manageable. Clean and covid ready.

Didnt stay there, we just visited the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino. Great service, good food, fun atmosphere!Big beautiful pool with a light show in the evening. Provides everything the Hard Rock promises. Cant wait to return for a few night stay.

My room was really nice in the North Tower with a dope view. The room was clean. One negative was that they dont offer NFL Network in the room, so I couldnt watch the Jets/Broncos game, which most of you wont care about. I liked the staff a lot.I wish they had a sports book, but Im not sure its legal in Florida. Anyway, the hard rock cafe had some good foods: bbq wings and ribs, sliders, nachos, pulled pork, fries.Last negative, I dont like digital roulette and craps. Thats nonsense. I need to roll the dice myself.

Beautifully decorated and eclectic place. Unfortunately, pandemic times and its lack of clientele has made slot machines too hungry. Fixed in a way its not even fun to gamble and makes you feel you are literally throwing your money to the trash can. Have visited before and it was definitely not like that.

My very first stay in the Oasis Tower King Room with a view of the parking garage was great! The decor and design of the room was beautifully done. The shower was my favorite part...I could definitely reside in the shower forever.

I took my family from out-of-town to eat and to see a comedy show. To see the casino building, which is shaped like a guitar, is worth the trip by itself. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and our food was surprisingly good. The show was fun too. We also took the time to walk around, window shop the upscale boutiques, look at the pool and of course, watch people play blackjack. I was surprised that they had no craps or roulette tables but otherwise, a fun experience all around. This casino is magical! Its absolutely beautiful...they did an outstanding job on building this casino. The minimum blackjack was $10 and it is acceptable for how new this casino and nice it is. I highly recommend going to this casino rather than the classic casino across the street. Food and drinks are good and affordable. I was expecting everything to be super expensive. The new hard rock hotel is state of the art. The guitar hotel has a music water falls, beautiful pool, relaxing gardens and much more. This hotel is like a small city all in one. It is a little pricey but it is worth definitely it. Recommend for sure.

They’ve done an amazing job with the building and grounds. However too many employees there don’t understand they work in service. Many should get better customer service skills. Rotten apples ruin the barrel. An extra star because they seemed to take covid seriously. Kudos

The Guitar is always nice. The security staff and housekeeping staff are not that friendly. Only 1 security posted at the elevator entrance was very friendly and welcoming. Being an Elite member doesnt seem to matter much. However the host department did take care of me via desk clerk. Always grateful for my comp stays.

This place is fun. Lots of slots, even with the coronavirus. They have every other one shut down to keep everyone safe.Very clean, you see workers all over the place wiping down stuff.Rooms are awesome too.Downside you have to wear a mask at all times and you cant walk around with a drink or a cigarette.

I’ve been in the resort a number of times and every time I get excellent service the place is immaculate as far as hygiene goes and security I love the fact that you have security people looking after people so they can wear their mask correctly! I feel extremely safe I definitely recommend this place I’ve had a wonderful time and I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff as well

I dont recommend this hotel. Very noisy hotel. We stayed as part of casino promotion and got what i thought was a great deal. But this is not the place to be if you want to relax in your room. They have nice pools but thats about it.

Went to the Rise diner food was good were out of a lot of menu items by 1130a. Wasnt able to do traditional diner things like order one pancake on the side had to get a full order of 3. Great service. Open space, high ceilings and not as loud as a the rest of the casino/hotel

Took a ride on the bikes to check it out. Nice place with rock-n-roll memorabilia to view on display throughout the casino. Wasnt too many people at the time we went due to the China-Virus situation.

The cleanliness and mask enforcement inside this resort is apparent. The feeling of being safe made the experience enjoyable along with the incredible ambiance and fun atmosphere.

Went to check out the new guitar hotel. The mall area before the casino was clean and had interesting shops. Took a quick look and played a bit in the casino, it didnt stand out from others I had been to but it was well staffed and clean. I appreciated the non smoking section of slots, albeit small.

I found the room dirty.. the bathroom ceiling broke..the pool full.. the lady who take care for us in the check in horrible.. she said not and not and not.. her name is Georgina..The hotel in general is beautiful, amazing.. but the need to work a little bit better.

We had a great night! Even with COVID they have great security, great atmosphere, very clean and nothing but beautiful people having a good time. We had a amazing meal and played a few games. Broke even and walked away with on of the best night in a long time !

I wish it wasnt indoor smoking but that is a common occurrence when it comes to casinos. However, the facility is gorgeous and has a lot of neat decorations throughout it. It is extremely loud when you first arrive (making it difficult for the elders in our party) but would become more quiet / tame pending on where you went. The smoke-free section did not seem to contain the newer, more exciting slots such as The Walking Dead.All in all I would still recommend.

Nice casino, but Tampa Hardrock has lots more slots. Hollywood does have two beautiful pool areas with sand, cabanas and row boats. The inside of Hollywood casino is beautiful, but our room wasnt clean to the standards it should be with the virus being a threat right now. Plus, we had to call to get coffee brought to our room and were told there was a limit of two per person....seriously! We ran across a lot of grumpy staff members, but there were a few that were helpful. We did enjoy the light show of the guitar motel. Overall, it was a nice experience, but since Tampa Hardrock is closer for us I doubt we will be returning to Hollywood Hardrock.

While I enjoyed going back to the Hard Rock, I found there enforcement of the mask rules lacking. Several patrons had there masks off at the machines and they were smoking. So obviously if you are smoking you don’t have to follow the rules. Others had there masks pulled down under their noses. I expected more from the hard rock with all their advertising.

When you valet your vehicle it can take up to 30 minutes plus to have your vehicle returned to you :/ There is tons of security everywhere, very safe. Youll see people from all walks of life here, the casino still allows smoking so youll smell like an ash tray when walking thru the gaming floor. Theyre very customer service oriented. The place is gorgeous inside and there is lots of instagram worthy spots to take pics.

The Hardrock casino and hotel is doing an excellent job of trying to keep people safe while encouraging fun and activity.There are still people that have little regard for others safety while partying a little too hard, but the security teams were quick respond.The hotel room was clean and the staff doesnt enter the room during your stay. If you need anything, such as towels, the staff is very responsive in bringing items to you. Pool areas were socially distanced by placing lounge chairs apart.Gaming areas were cleaned. Dealers and other floor staff, all wore masks. Hand sanitizer was readily availableFood was good, but expensive. Staff members were all wearing masks.All-in-all, I enjoyed the time at the Hardrock

Loved it! The staff is doing their best to keep everyone safe by constantly cleaning all areas of the hotel and casino. The staff was very nice and helpful. The prices were decent on food and drinks.

This was my first time there since the remodel and I have to say it was very impressive. We ate at the restaurant Bae and had one of the most phenomenal meals weve had since coming to Florida. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was able to accommodate my very large truck easily. They allow smoking in certain sections of the building but the ventilation does a great job of keeping the smells to a minimum and at no point do I feel uncomfortable because of the smoke.

We love coming here. Try to once a month. My only complaint is there isnt a roulette table in the non-smoking room. We love spending the day pool hoping the kids.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. They have a team that is constantly cleaning all frequently touched surfaces. I felt that it was very clean and safe. Lounging by the pool with coconut mojitos was my favorite thing to do. Can’t wait to return.

Really clean spacious hotel with all the staff we came across professional and helpful. So many interesting memorabilia scattered throughout. The light show is worth catching at 7.30 and 8.30 (an hour later in summer time). Very nice ice cream shop on the ground floor with many flavors. So many photo opportunities.

It was nice, but my room didnt have a microwave. The bathroom was the best part of the room, it had three shower heads.

Cool location. Fun memorabilia all over. Great restaurants.

The hotel is wonderful and the staff super friendly! Best place to get a drink here is the Oculus Bar at the Front Desk where the guitar side of the hotel is. Bartenders are knowledgeable and can mix whatever your heart desires. The bar is very well appointed.

In for a wedding, weather was horrible but we managed. COVID-19 dampened every attempt to be with entire party. Had to wear masks everywhere, but the Hotel was at least clean and managed. Beware of COVID-19 patrol.

It was busy this weekend and the hotel seems to be taking precautions. Masks are required at all times. They take everyone’s temperate at every entrance before they let you in. All the card tables have a protective barrier. The outside areas are closed except for the pools. The pool areas are only open for guests. Although not everything is open, most of it is. I still had a great time

Good time. Did well here - well: lost $200 quickly at a blackjack table, then tried again and won a nice amount. They are serious about the cleanliness of the place and clean after every player at the tables. Felt clean and safe during the pandemic.

This is a place you must to go for relaxing, or any celebrations, i enjoyed pools, restaurants, casino and much more entertaiment, it was a wonderful time there, thank you the guitar for the great time

Great time,great atmosphere. In the world were living in today,the casino employees have definitely stepped up their game on cleanliness. Constantly wiping down the slots,dividers,picking up trash. Im a local to South Florida, so we just went there to check the place out. Very nice inside. Lots of eye candy to look at in the design, as well as musical artist memorable.Lots of entertainment venues, a wide range of restaurants from snacks to fine dining. An enjoyable way so spend some time.The pool areas are amazing, and of course if you love to gamble then youll be in heaven!

We stayed in the first hard rock not the Guitar hotel, it needs a major update, the casino itself is nice and pretty but the old hotel looks and smells like a motel, the first room they sent us to had a sticker on it that said sanitized but once we entered it smelled like onions and body odor, I tried to ignore it then once I entered the bathroom it had used dirty rags in it! Shown in the picture below, please upgrade your rooms and staff old hard rock, it was unacceptable!

I went to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel for the first time last night and loved it! This wine bar is modern and sleek, yet at the same time warm and inviting.

I saw this girl cashier in valet being completely disrespectful to a man in valet who had been patiently waiting for his car for almost 2 hours...if I had to wait that long for my car I would flip out.. Especially if I was given attitude for speaking up... That man had too much patience

Great casino and hotel. Did not stay at hotel but went inside just to see the exhibits in the hotel. It is almost like a museum. Only gave it 4 stars since the outside pools were divided by if you were VIP or not. I think all people who spend their money at your establishment should be considered VIP. We will be coming back to stay the night to see how the rooms and service are.

This place was amazing! Loved the non smoking area with slot machines. Constant cleaning in the restrooms and of the slot machines. Still way too many people there on a Saturday night. Left after a short time.

Smallish casino, needs better ventilation. The smoke was strong. The room for non smoking was nearly empty, but only had slots, no table games. The decor was nice.

Nice hotel to relax or play. Covid has the amenities messed up right now but still a cool place to hangout.

They charge a resort fee per day, yet they only let you enjoy the resort for a few hours. We stayed 2 days, 2 adults and 2 kids.You check in at 4 and check out at 11am next day. so you only have a few hours in total to enjoy the resort/pool, etc. after 11am next day you have no access to the pools or any other resort amenity or facility.Not a fun or family destination at all.Only for gamblers no attention to familiesJ.B

Beautiful hotel with many eclectic stores. A good collection of restaurants from steak houses to italian and asian. Hard Rock Cafe is unfortunate located right next to the smoking section of the casino so eating there is a challenge if you dont like heavy cigarette smoke with your burger.....The pool and the lights how is spectacular and a must see. Nice place to wonder around in have a cocktail and a bite to eat.

Amazing experience, I recommend this casino hotel to everyone, the only thing I didnt like was the parking staff, they werent very friendly when asking for self parking, but everything was very good.

Overall Great Casino Property, they take care of you if you offer them good action on Table Games. Great Service in High Limit, with some of the best rules around for Black Jack. Only complaint is some of the patrons have no respect for others or the rules set in place. Overall my favorite gaming property.

You cant miss this landmark. I hadnt been here in over 5 years and it has completely changed. All shops and entertainment spots are indoors as opposed to outdoors like the last time I visited. The casino doesnt check I.D. (or maybe it was just me). I saw a lot of kids on the casino floor, though they werent playing games. They do temperature checks via infrared cameras upon entry. I saw one waitress on the floor despite being there for several hours.

I had an amazing experience with Nick Bargione he was so attending he made me feel so safe and welcomed. WHEN I COME BACK I ONLY WANT TO SEE HIM. HIS CUSTOMER AND RESPECT WAS TOP NOTCH. THANK YOU NICK !

Lobe the new pool expansion and room in the guitar hotel. The pool was closed all day when it was only cloudy which was disappointing for a Florida hotel. Can no longer bring your own alcohol into your room whem a paying guest. $300 for a $20 bottle of liquor. New amenities great if you can use them but new rules are a turn off.

I was here last weekend with my Brother. We shared a two room suite. The hotel and casino are bigger than some of the ones in Las Vegas, and it has lots of restaurants. Also it was only about 10 minutes from there airport. Highly recommended by us. It is expensive so bring your piggy banks!

You wont be disappointed! We stayed in the Guitar Hotel. Our room was spacious, modern with gorgeous vanity and bath. The room was very quiet and sleeping was heavenly on their bed. We tried out room service which was quick and delicious. They even have Canine creations on the menu that our 2 small dogs were quite happy with, (steak, rice, and broccoli). If you walk out the lobby of the guitar hotel and walk right there is a little trail with grass and trees where my dogs were able to walk. It would be great if they had a dog waste can with bags so that business could be properly disposed of. As far as the casino goes, it was a whole lot of fun. Lots of new slot machines that let me play for a long time. My husband plays poker at the tables and in the poker room and he had no complaints. The hotel is gorgeous with plenty of things to do besides gamble. There are restaurants, shops, live entertainment, a light show every evening by the pool. The pool is spectacular. We are definitely going back.

This establishment was beautiful in the day time and absolutely mind blowing at night !! They had a light show presentation on the Hotel Guitar . They could have a little bit better organization for when the show starts ! Also they don’t offer free slot play like most casinos, you have to earn base points and still after over spending $100 in a slot with no payout we still didn’t qualify! Would recommend for everything but gambling !

Was here pre-COVID. The steak restaurant, which was in a temporary location while they completed a build out, was very good. The casino was awesome albeit a bit smokey. But hey, its a casino. And just like Vegas, bars everywhere. Some secluded. Some not so much. But all-in-all a Vegas-like experience right here in Ft. L. Great Place.

To whom it may concern:Im writing this review to express my utter disappointment with my recent experience at the Hard Rock Oasis in Hollywood Florida.I am convinced the hotel management and staff do not treat all their guests with the same respect, and that concerns of certain guests are not taken into complete consideration, as myself and my guests were made to feel this past weekend.To further explain my terrible experience, I was at the hotel for the less than 24 hours before I checked out, because I couldnt take the discrimination and harassment any longer.

Looks very nice driving up to the guitar shaped building. Once you park you realize its extremely packed inside like sardines. Theres no one taking temperatures in the age of corona and people are 6in apart from each other, not 6 feet. Id avoid it if I were you.

Nice looking place. Limits are very high and the smell of weed everywhere was ridiculous! Especially in pool area where we had to wait 30 min to get in. Lots not following mask rules. Slot machines very tight just throw $50 on floor and see how long it takes someone to grab it, that will last longer then on a machine
