Wow got to love Chuck E. Cheese I celebrated my 50th birthday there 3 years ago with my grandchildren. Also have celebrated my grandchildrens birthdays there as well. This is an awesome place to celebrate for any occasion. I love playing some of the games myself. The customer service is awesome as well.

Our granddaughter enjoyed it. I felt ripped off. After paying I say a poster advertising a Wednesday special. Oh did I say it was Wednesday when we were there. I asked the Manager why we didnt get the special, he said, its like a coupon, you have to ask for it. We dont give refunds. I told them that its a shame to leave with a sorry taste.

Had a Birthday party for my now 3 year old grandson and we all had a wonderful time.

This place is nice for kids under the age of 6 but the older they get the more they’ll grow tired of it... but I am not saying that kids over the age of 6 hate it! I just don’t like it.

The manager I believe was very pleasant. Very nice about explaining new procedures. Slightly pricy for a family of six.

Ive never been to this location, but Ive heard that the animatronics were removed. That stinks, but the West Des Moines location still has them. So if you want to see the animatronics, go to the West Des Moines one if you can.

Not worth getting shot for below average pizza and no animatronics.

My family have always liked this place because its safe, clean and the food good although its pricey$$$ The games/ machines no longer use token its a card which can be a bummer for the parents and little ones cause the cards time out if you donot use them in time so if you are having a party have extra hands to help with kids using card for games. Personally I like the hot wings.

I don’t recommend having a Birthday Party at this location (Davenport, IA). I paid over $400.00 to have my son’s Birthday Party here and had no hostess help. I served my own pizza, cake and got the kids drinks. I ordered an additional pizza that took so long to come to the table that the kids had left by the time it arrived. This party was like having a very expensive Birthday Party at my house. I didn’t get to relax and interact with the other parents as I had hoped because I was taking care of all the party needs. I did tell the manager and he gave my son 500 additional tickets as compensation. The hostess was nice just not present. This party was not worth the money and very disappointing.

Its a decent option for little kid parties. Im not really a fan of the cards you pay for by the hour. I also find it a bit odd they sell beer but its not unlike many other kids places that serve food in some capacity.

We had our sons 9th birthday party here back in August. The staff was amazing! I can’t remember our hosts name but she was so helpful and professional! She interacted so well with my son and his friends and made the whole experience so easy! We’ll definitely be coming back for his bday next year!

I like the remodel and it was much needed. The new layout and games are great. I love the play pass option and the food has gotten better.

Their new card system is a MUCH better value. You pay for the time you want to spend playing games and play as much as you can in that time. Definitely a money saver. Well be back more frequently now!

We didnt eat, we just went to play the games. I really like the times card system. I didnt think I would have fun, but I did. We will go again.

A legitimately good selection of real games and not just gambling for kids. Highly recommended. Historically, this is actually an important location! Its a rare 3-stage setup. I just wish they used it more.Really, anyone who complains about this location just needs to do some research on how to organize an event. Most importantly, try to go during the weekdays. Trust me. Weekends are a bad idea at any Chuck e Cheese location.As for you, Staff Members: keep up the great work.

Its a fun place for the boys 1 and 4yo. The unlimited play is a great deal! I would pass on the food though, but beer for parents is a plus!

The animatronics had always been apart of Chuck E. Cheese, ever since 1977. Now, I wasnt alive then, but I can tell they gave nostalgic feelings to the adults. The pizza could be better, but in the end, its about family and fun. Without the animatronics, there is no fun.

I purchased 120 minute play time card I asked in advance to make sure before purchasing the card how long it was valid for. I was told that you could pause it one time and it would stay paused until I decided to play again. I waited 2 weeks came back for my daughters sisters birthday and the card was expired. I asked the employee about it and she informed me that the play time expires at midnight the night that you purchased the card. Had I been told that when I asked before purchasing the card I would have only purchased an hour and not wasted my money. NOT a good experience.

Everyone out here sleepin on CHuck e cheese. This place slaps fr. I came out last night with the guys and we basically had the whole place to ourselves. Chuck e came out on the dancefloor and we were his biggest fans. 10/10 will come again for my 19th birthday party thats right mothertruckers i aint ashamed

Theyve revamped the entire games area, its much more open now. The new play passes are a great idea, and the pizza is easily a few steps above pizza hut.

Last night was our 1st visit to this Chuck E Cheese location, it was busy. We ordered food, then went to find a table, and there was trash and dirty dishes everywhere. Finally found another customer who said the table next to them was available, so I got the rag and spray and cleared it myself. When I went to throw away the other peoples trash/food I found that the trash can was full to the top. There were a couple employees near the ‘stage’ who were on their cell phones, yet the floor and tables were a MESS!! We had to ask for Chuck E Cheese to come out, we hadn’t seen him for the hr and 30 minutes we were there. The bathroom also needed attention. Will not be back to this specific location!

Kids loved it, but the animatronics are a bit old and not operating at 100%, making them a bit creepy. Thanks FNAF... Pizza, as always, tastes no better than frozen. Staff was nice, though, and did their job well to involve the kids and do the big hoopla for the birthday party. The card to operate the games is much more convenient than carrying tokens.

Pizza crust is amazingly good. Pizza toppings not so much. You can buy a card with minutes of unlimited play which is really nice. But it is timed at the start of your first game and you can only pause iyour timer ONE time .

Had a birthday party here over the weekend and wasnt very pleased with a lot of stuff for the money we paid to book a party here! The party tables we had was not ready when we arrived and none of the tables were cleaned that we had to use for our party it was so unorganized and just a plan disaster wasnt greeted by our party host had to go up and asl and the stuff they say is included in the party pacakge was all given to us nor was it in a timely manner that we got the items for witch was suppose to be included our package. Had to keep going up and trying to get the stuff along with waiting for someone to help us crazy. You get the tables for 2 hrs and the planning they have does not give enough time when its so unorganized and what not.

Best chuck E cheese expirence in a long time. Pizza and salad tasted great. All games were working. Polite staff .

Food isnt all that appetizing, but their saving grace is their great service and games you can purchase by incraments of time rather than using tokens.

Pretty fun arcade, went the way of using electronic cards in place of the little golden tokens. Some machines still use tokens but most no longer do. They have an unsettlingly large rat, wearing people clothes that has yet to be caught and removed.

We enjoyed a family night here & it was absolutely wonderful all around! Staff are also very friendly & accommodating!

Went to this place on my daugter’s birthday 12/26, the listed hours said that this place should have been open. I even google before we left the house. We get there (8:00pm on a Wednesday) and all the games and lights are on and there seems to be someone in the kitchen that we can see, but no cashiers or workers up front. We were beyond disappointed and when we called the phone number the voice machine asks you to push a number for your preferred language, but doesn’t connect you to anyone it just says goodbye to you. I tried again this evening to see if I could take my kids here and the phone still does the same thing almost a week later. Very disappointed.
