All of these employees lie straight to your face. I bought a putter from this store back in April on the last day of some promotion or deal they had going on. With the purchase of my putter, they ensured that I would receive a $120 gift card 40 days after the purchase as part of the promotion/deal. I called after 40 days because I did not receive the gift card, and they told me it would be 90 days instead of 40. So I waited 90 days, did not receive a gift card still, then called back asking where it was. They then have told me that they are unfamiliar with that in-store promotion and wont be giving me the gift card at all. What is shady, is they knew exactly what promotion I was talking about when I called after 40 days, but cant recall the promotion when I called after 90 days. I can assure you I will never return to this golf galaxy, or any golf galaxy ever again. I do not associate with stores who promote false advertising and lie to their customers. I hope this store goes out of business.

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Bill at the Davenport Golf Galaxy Store is! This past weekend my son’s high school golf team used the simulators to practice for their sectional golf match on Monday. My son accidentally left his golf pullover at the store. He realized this after he had played his sectional match and we were driving back home In Illinois. I called the Davenport store and spoke with Bill. Bill said he had found the pullover. I asked him if I gave him my credit card info if he could ship it to me. He said that was not necessary and shipped it to me anyway via UPS. We received the pullover today. That was the kindest gesture and great customer service! Kudos to Bill!

Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Theyre not going to approach you and push you to buy something when youre just browsing.Last weekend I went in shopping for a new driver and was fitted for the one that was most appropriate for my game. During the process I hit close to every model they had in store. Never once was I pushed to hurry up or hit fewer shots. Once I was satisfied (tired) with the number of shots hit, I made my driver selection. Even picked up a new wedge and hybrid that day too.Becky, Josh, and Jacob were great to work with!

Service sucked I dont look like the typical golfer but I sure do enjoy golfing when I can.I was looking at clubs for 20 minutes and the guy working walked past me and looked at me no recognition that i was even their. Too bad for them had a budget of 800 bucks for a few extra clubs to throw in my bag. Ill take my business somewhere else

In the store for 30 minutes and received zero help. Five employees were too busy stocking shelves instead of selling me some clubs. Went there with the intention of buying a wedge, and was probably going to do a impulse purchase on a set of $750 used irons, but after being ignored walked out the door with nothing. Will make the hour drive to Golf USA in Coalville and get my wedge there.
