The room was nice enough but access to the hotel was difficult to manage. There were no signage coming onto the property. Parking was not convenient for the hotel guests. Ask not to be on the highway side of the hotel. Was able to hear the traffic all night.

Nice place. Very clean and the sports bar has delicious food. Also, a pretty impressive list of beers on tap and bottles. They have RV and semi parking as well.

The BEST casino in the Quad Cities by war. Wayyyyyyyyyyy cleaner than the other two. Stayed in the hotel and it was a great experience. Very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The best part? The room was spotless. You know how you sometimes stay in a hotel and the mirrors in the bathroom are only cleaned to where the housekeeping can reach? Not here, they clean EVERYTHING. Makes me feel like Im at home. Wonderful, will stay again!

Terrible place to gamble I absolutely never have any luck here.

Had a great time! Didnt win anything... But still fun! Great food at both restaurants by the casino. Great band played. And when they werent playing, there was a variety of music playing. Also, I had an incident with my card, and security really helped me and tracked down the culprit, no problem!!

My husband and I stay here passing through from Michigan to Colorado and back several times a year to visit our family! Great hospitality, great buffet, clean nice rooms, and a wonderful buffet!!!! They are very generous with their perks too!!!

This place is certainly one of the nicer casinos around. They have a lot of gaming options for everyone and also have a good selection in both the smoking and non smoking section so smokers and non smokers wont be missing out. The area is well maintained and parking is ample. I havent stayed at this location, but the group that runs this location is trusted to do a good job on that front as well.

If you come here be ready to leave every penny, terrible!Also that fancy restaurant they have food is overrated ( stake is good, but stake is always good almost everywhere). Service was not even for 1 star. Servers were busy and I been waiting so long for all of my order, I was cold started being nervous and very uncomfortable. Waited for my drink 1st than appetizers, than soup and of course main entree. Waited 20-40 minutes between each serving, horrible. Lost appetite and left after few bites. Had to wait again to pack and bill... and again- she lost my card.

The hotel and casino was GREAT. Everyone but one person was nice and caring. The casino workers were great.There was one MAJOR ISSUE I experienced. I have an autistic son. He has a support dog. We had certified paperwork from his Dr. He has traveled to 38 states with this dog. We have NEVER been questioned or charged for the service dog. We traveled 4700 plus miles on this trip. Our last stop was at this beautiful location. It turned into a BAD experience because the manager KATIE BARRETO waited until the day we checked out to advise us even after seeing the Drs certified letter that it didnt matter about his disability and paperwork she was still charging the fee. 1st time this has ever happened. We are also pursuing our options due to this serious lack of intelligence from KATIE regarding support animals laws and not charging fees.

Felt like the staff were following me our entire visit. Made me feel uneasy and unwelcome. Boyfriend and I were winning so decided to cash out and leave early.

Casino is nice, everything is new and clean. Slots are tight and the better slots seem to be in the smoking section. As far as the buffet(Friday night) it was very subpar. All the meats seemed to be dry and over-cooked. Other foods seemed to be lacking taste.

We are frequent visitors of the Casino, and like eating there. on Sunday 10/11/2020 we went to the buffet for brunch. Really bad food. the Eggs were cold, the gravy for the biscuits & gravy was cold, the bacon tasted like metal and it was cold. SERVICE WAS AWESOME. THE FOOD WAS THE WORST!

I was there for 2 days. The hotel was nice,food was good, but security at the front desk going in to the casino was rude. I wont go back.

For this to be a casino hotel, the pool should be a bit bigger for kids to really enjoy as well as adults, and their workout room is also small. No microwaves in the rooms... Not a place to enjoy really. They only want to take your money, Im not a gambler, there to visit my kids* Not what I expected.

First the good. The hotel is super clean and looks nice inside. The rooms as well are very nice with a large walk-in shower. The room also has a mini fridge. The food at the buffet (plenty of selections) and the sports bar are pretty good. They also have a pool, Jacuzzi and workout room. So if you are staying here and don’t gamble you’ll have an enjoyable time.The bad: I’ve stayed here 6 times now and have only seen 1 hand pay. The machines don’t let you play like other places I go to do. Yes I do understand that casinos aren’t built on winners. But other places I go to, for example Diamond Joe, every time I go there I see people hitting Jackpots. They do have a sports book here but don’t have a lot of bet options as compared to the ones in Dubuque. I come to Iowa because of the sports betting. Illinois is finally getting approved for sports betting so I probably won’t be back to any of the casinos here.

I agree with some of the other reviews that the electronic games (slots only now) do not pay. It is clean and the people are nice. If you like to play slots my advise is to do it elsewhere, Id stick to table games here (or now video poker I guess). Slots are so tight there is no play through, its pretty much deposit $, hit button x times, walk away, repeat. Other than that, decent bars and good service, nice hotel, I usually stop by when driving through Davenport, the bartenders are always friendly and service is very good.Edit: slots still tight but I was there for 30 min yesterday and hit a royal on video for $1000 so not all bad.

Went to the spa within the resort. It is one of the best kept secrets in the QC. It is a full service spa complete with large hot tub, sauna, steam showers, ice room, and a relaxation room with complementary drinks. They offer a full range of services including nails, body treatments, facials, and massage. The spa is gorgeous. Their robes are the most luxe robe I have ever worn. So thick, soft, and warm. The spa is immaculately cleaned. Employees are constantly walking through replacing towels, taking used linens, and tidying up. I had a body wrap with Eve and it was fantastic. My skin felt so refreshed and moisturized afterwards. I highly recommend her. She is sweet and I enjoyed talking with her.OF NOTE: the spa is separated into male/female sides. So if you think you want to come here with your husband or male bff, you wont be able to enjoy the amenities together. They do offer couples massage and facials, but youll be relaxing in the hot tub alone.

Very neat and welcoming restaurant. They offer large meals and for fair rates. I loved the food a lot and the staff members were super affable and informative. Highly recommended.

My mom and I had a mother/daughter spa day last Saturday and it was incredible! We got facials and Mani/pedis. We soaked in the hot tub and cooled off in the ice room. My face has never felt better and my nails look gorgeous. Was seriously a great day and a fun way to spend time with my mom. Thanks to the spa for a great time.

I called in and spoke to Amanda and the customer service at this Hotel is amazing. They are very punctual and really make me feel like Im valued! At other hotels, Ive been put through the customer service grind and felt like a product - but Rhythm actually cares. I would recommend to anyone.

Only went to the casino, but it is very nice and clean. Well attended to. Free coffee and soft drinks while you gamble. We ate at the sports bar place which had good food and great service. I would definitely come back!

Worst slots machine Ive played tonight . There bonus pay outs were unbelievable . How you bet a dollar and every bonus round didnt pay over 11dollars went into bonus over 12 times. Wont be visiting them for awhile or they loosen the machine. Elite player very very disappointed

Breakfast buffet had tasty fruit including mango, and other usual breakfast foods. My dad had an omelette from the omelette bar which he enjoyed. Really clean everywhere from buffet to bathrooms to casino. Staff is all friendly and helpful. Won some money and drank some bloody marys- great Sunday morning at the casino.

I used to go to Rhythm City when they were on the river. I enjoy the new casino; however, the jackpots are very minimal so Im challenging them to show more generosity. That would certainly bring in more gamblers and their friends.

Everyone was exceptional nice and courteous! We enjoyed ourselves. On the ride home we talked about the great service received at Rhythm City! It made a good impression on us.

Wanted to eat somewhere that I had a variety of breakfast items to choose from and this was it. Country Fried breakfast steak was yummy and the fresh chopped veggies for topping scrambled eggs was delicious. Fresh fruit is always my favorite.

I am not a gambler so I never play but I do like going there for the free live music on Fridays and Saturdays. I just wish they had more seating in the rhythm room. Sometimes have to stand throught the show. Wood be nice if they would supply bar stools on the outside of the arc of the rhythm room

Went to Rhythm City for a concert, concert was great the sound was excellent, hotel room was spacious, large bathroom with walk in shower. Only complaint is the cleaning staff started cleaning out our room when we went down for breakfast. Our personal items were bagged up for lost and found. In their defense we didnt put a do not disturb sign on the door.

Twice a year we drive to and from Colorado, we love this place so much we have made it part of our trip each year! The rooms are clean and spacious, the help is friendly and helpful. I wish it was closer to my home state of NH : )

We went for lunch on a Saturday. The service was very friendly the for entire experience. All our kids are 5 and under, so no complaints about the free food. The price was reasonable and the food quality is what I expected for the price. Well be back.

When we come back to Iowa to visit family and friends we always stay here. Its very family oriented. Service was very friendly and the suite was awesome. My son loves the pool. This trip we did the spa and it was amazing too. We would highly recommend Rythem casino..

I cant ever get into bonuses and when I do it pays nothing. Me or my husband never get called for any drawings, and you say its virtual drawings. It takes More and more money to even play for a short minute. I really feel for the younger Generation, they dont have a chance.

Rhythm City Casino has one of the largest music venues in the Quad Cities. I have seen George Thorogood, Skid Row, Slaughter, & Eddie Money. The venue gets great acts. There is no bad seat. Great sound.

We enjoyed playing the slots. The food service was good. The ribs were a bit dry and the pork dumplings were over cooked and mushy. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

Paid cash and they also charged my card. Did not get the $40.00 that was part of our pig for slots. Have called many times to get it straight. The lady was suppose to call me back twice last week and I still have not heard from her. Just called again and of course she is not available. They just lost two customers and the two couples that were going to go with us in February. So sad

Great place to visit on a Friday. When you enter the casino, the first section is dedicated to non-smokers which is nice as one doesnt walk into a wall of smoke. We stayed in the back area, the smokers section, and had some good luck playing slot machines. We had dinner at the Sports Bar next to the casino, where we had a burger and an avocado/bacon sandwich. Delicious! Overall the service was excellent with the exception of one young lady, however that didnt affect our mood or night. We live in Chicago and would definitely return, however next time will book a room to avoid the 5 hour roundtrip.

My family of 5 and I went to eat at the buffet as we all have heard GREAT things about it. I was really excited to go and enjoy a meal there. The food was cold , my mother asked for WELL done Steak and the chef reassured her that they only serve well done. But my mother received bloody meat. So nasty looking I had to take a photo of it. If I could include a photo In this review I’m pretty sure NOONE would appreciate the service we received. When my mother approached our server about it, she was rude and walked off. My experience was ruined, and it was a terrible place to celebrate my brothers birthday.

Rhythm City is by far the superior casino out of the other two casinos in the quad cities. They offer a wide variety of gaming options as well as dining. The buffet at Rhythm has to be the best and the other casinos cant come close to the quality or dining experience. Its like ordering from a server off a menu and prepared when ordered but its not, its just that good of a buffet.

They get into the spirit around here! This is still my familys fav place to come and eat. We like our hostesses here and the food is great.

Has a buffet with various options which are good. Also has a small shopping area with clothing, souvenirs, and food items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a bad place to get your gambling on for a short time or a longer time.

VERY NICE HOTEL and friendly well trained staff. Casino was lively with great music playing. Robert (VIP Host) did an excellent job making me feel welcomed. He came up and introduced himself while I was playing and took the time to answer all of my questions. I decided to stay the next week and it was absolutely perfect. Pool was super clean , bar has a great happy hour 3-6. Food in bar was so good. I cant wait to come back and try Ruthies Restaurant on 6th floor. Went up for a cocktail and it looked very elegant. I had a pretty good time here. I was a bit disappointed in the slot game selections as other casinos in Iowa and Illinois seam to have newer updated and modern games. I didnt go home broke which is super important but Im not spending my winnings on a car either. Overall I had a good time and would come back. The smoking was just tolerable but just barely. Had it been busy and more smoking there I wouldnt have stayed very long. I dont smoke and cant deal with it. Sorry.

Was an amazing EXPERIENCE. First time I hit big at casino. I had forty dollars to my name and nowhere to go. I thought if I lost my forty I was going to check into a hospital for suicide, but hit big and regained my confidence....GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS..

Looks very nice on the inside, look at the ceiling. Roberts Buffet has a lot of fish dishes, the place has a fish smell to it also. Food is okay, the service is alright. You are not allowed to take drinks with you unless youre staying at the resort.

Clean, decent casino. The hotel is pricey considering how much they make on the casino floor. Youd think they could give a discount on hotel stays, but apparently they are hard up for cash!

Went with a group of 12 to hear smooth Groove. Great Dance Floor. Drinks are strong and not high-priced. Casino is clean. Good times!

We just used the sports book had a couple of drinks, but the place is really nice and with a very friendly staff. It is also really easy to get to off the interstate, just follow the signs. Will visit next time in Iowa.

I was there for a convention. The center was nice, but plain. The entry was very nice. And unlike other casinos, it didnt smell like smoke! The food we had was very good. And the food offered in the restaurant looked delicious. The gift shop had really cute items. And the parking lot was huge!

I was very unhappy with the new years eve buffet. I get more for my money when I go on a Saturday night. I ended up eating a piece of chicken, so upset that I paid money for a nice dinner. Next year I will be heading across the river I guess.

I liked it. My wife and I stayed a Friday and Saturday. The Casino is medium sized and not super crowded even on Saturday night. The people were all friendly and nice. Their steak house was very nice and very pricey. Overall a good weekend trip with touring around the Quad Cities.

Update: Much better than last time. Got to play quite a while and found the layout quite nice. There are new machines, and some old favorites can also be found.Clean bathrooms. Most staff were friendly, and didnt just ignore you. Great large gift shop. The food at the buffet needs improvement. Will update after Ive checked out the hotel rooms.

Love this casino! Plenty of slots and tables of all kinds! Has smoking and non-smoking areas inside the gaming area. The live entertainment is decent and they have all kinds of events and promotions going on!

This review is for Ruthies Steakhouse. I am so completely disappointed in the food based on expectations. The entrees are never consistent in quality, preparation, or taste. I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese to go only to find it was thrown together, not even baked as it should have been and included BACON. Nowhere in the menu did it say that it was made with huge STRIPS of bacon. Basically, what I had was no different than a two-year-old could have thrown together. Everything, even, the lobster, was just thrown on top of some plain curly macaroni that was mixed with sauce. Absolutely horrible. After my last couple of experiences, I can say I wont waste my comps or money at Ruthies again.

Went here for a 10 hour break, truck parking is the furthest freon the only entrance.I had a good time here. They have face up pai gow and craps (my favorite games).I usually dont eat unless its a buffet, I dont drink but enjoy the free sodas and coffee.
