Great place for kids and having a fixed site to have them burn off energy and have fun. Site dated but with frequency and popularity of site this is somewhat understandable. They are doing repairs - so hope site is continually remodeled and repaired.Given physical play site area heavily used, dont be too unreasonably picky. Staff overall pretty great. Day visits for local families is very convenient. For overnight guests the hotel stay was comfortable and buffet brunch good. Temperature of site was comfortable although with free flowing water younger kids may need full clothing coverage for comfort.Living in the North East with limited warm months for water fun for kids, do have reasonable expectations and enjoy! Else, for finicky others, do book a flight if you can to Hawaii or the Caribbean and enjoy!!!

I gave it a 3 star , because I took my son on the 8th for his birthday and the place was freezing the water was freezing the air was freezing. Not a tropical experience at all. The staff was great very friendly and helpful!. The bar was good, I had a rooster lemonade and it was very good and strong!! Good drinks for the price. The food there was a little pricey but kids liked the burgers a chicken fingers. So overall it was a good time could have been better if it was as warm as they advertise. I suggest they insulate the building better so in the winter months its not like we are swimming outside in February! .

I went on a Sunday which was a plus because it wasnt that busy, Lazy River was open, the location was much cleaner than I expected, and the staff is very attentive and the life guards are out in full force keeping an eye out for children. We mostly did the lazy river, big water slides, and food. they also have a small pool, small obstacle course, and basketball area in the pool.I was helped by Amanda at the front desk, and she was super helpful and very courteous, perhaps one of the best customer service I have received at a theme park/attraction,thanks for your help and for making the group feel very welcome

Went late afternoon (after 4) Friday during February break. Way too crowded and so filthy! More than half of the toilets in the bathrooms were clogged. I’ve never seen so much hair on so many surfaces: tables, counters, railings, bathroom stalls, chairs. I made sure my kids scrubbed themselves in showers when we got home. So disgusting! One of the lifeguards at the kiddie pool section wasn’t paying attention at all. There were two boys (I think brothers) shoving each other and others at the top of the slides and she wasn’t doing anything about it. Kids were going down the slides 2-3 at a time, not waiting for kids to clear out at the bottom before going down. I completely understand the crowds during a vacation but they should staff accordingly. Have more people available to clean and check bathrooms. Have more turnover for a lifeguards so people are more alert and attentive.

Got there late morning on a Saturday, it was pretty empty for a bit. Lazy river was closed, guessing management has the same characteristics as the river. The place was cold for a water park. I assume the effects of winter time and a wet atmosphere are lost on the powers that be. Lunch for 2 adults and 2 kids was over $85. Lockers are $15-20, the amount of stuff you need to store doesn’t match the greed. Kind of clean, with the exception of the (visible) sand in one of the pools and the rust on some of the fixtures (i guess that’s bound to happen). Staff was abundant and on point. Next time I’ll drop the extra few bucks and go back to the Great Wolf Lodge.

The ladies room was HORRIBLE. Im talking discarded feminine products left on the floor and in the changing rooms, the toilets not flushed for hours with excrement left in them, and the trash overflowing on to the floor. The general water park area was good and from what I saw clean enough. The kids had fun but said the water was really cold and the lazy river was down which was one of the main attractions. The only advice is someone really needs to be on top of the bathrooms. I get it, spotless is almost unattainable but it looked like a staff member hadnt been there in for hours. Which, I know because we were there for hours.

I am very disappointed with my visit to this water park. I extended my stay at the Double Tree (awesome hotel) so that my family could arrive later in the day and avoid all the crowds and enjoy the water rides and lazy river. However this couldn’t happen because they closed the lazy river at 4. That detail should be disclosed on the website during purchase. I was told to go in the hot tub instead. Ha, the one hot tub that is filled with little kids (when the sign clearly states you must be above the 15 to enter. I do have young teens, so this park truly offered them nothing to do. Even after getting a military discount, I feel that this trip was a complete and utter waste of time and a true disappointment. It’s cute for little kids but not for anyone over 10. Don’t waste your time or money, I wish I hadn’t.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN ABSOLUTE. On August 23, we visited that place, a group of 11 people, most of them children and spent more than 300 dollars, and when we bought the tickets they did not inform us of the limitations. When we entered the water park, our children took out and said that they cannot be in this place. We went elsewhere, they also said no, but there were other children around the same age as our children and they said nothing to them. We felt it was a racial act. We were in the park for about an hour and asked to speak with the manager but they told us that he was not there, and we asked for our money back and he told us that they do not give any refund. They are not friendly, it is a very cold place when you get out of the water. It is a very small park, I do not recommend at all especially for small children there are not many options. I recommend GREAT WOLF LODGE there is no limitations, its big and great.!!

We went this past Sunday. Nice and early. Not a long wait at all..great. Issues: it was cold in there! The website, I believe says its 84 degrees in there and it was not! Also, the water in the kiddie section was cold. Like you put your foot in it and go whoa! My sons lips turned blue and he was shivering. Hes only three so he didnt care but as his mom, I did and made him get out. For the price, I think they should try to regulate the temperature in the building and the water. The water where the big slides are, were warm though. Maybe it was just an off day. My daughter (11 yrs. old) enjoyed herself so well go back and give it another shot and hopefully itll be more comfortable in there.

This place needs to be shut down or put under new management. I dont think its fair that I paid full price to get in, yet only some of the water park was opened. The lazy river was closed and the water slides were also closed. This place looks like it hadnt been cleaned in a while. The bathrooms stunk really bad and I went last night and again this morning and still the smell was horrible, which clearly means that cleanliness is not a priority here. The trade wind restaurant there has the slowest and worst service America has to offer. The lobster Mac and cheese I ordered was cold I had to get up and go to the bar myself to get a drink because the waitress was nowhere to be found. The appetizer I ordered came with our dinner and not before. The nachos were not edible at all. Then to top it all off they charged me double for our dinner. When I went to the desk to talk to a manager he said he couldnt do anything until Monday and wasnt helpful at all. Overall this place is poorly managed. ...... Just returned from a weekend at Coco Key waterpark. We stayed in the Double Tree hotel for easy access and got twilight packages which give you waterpark access from 4pm to close. We had a BLAST. The park itself is amazing and you cant run out of things to do. Its heated well so even in 13 degree weather its nice and toasty inside and the water is heated. No towels - make sure you bring your own. The bathroom/locker rooms were disgusting. I passed a guest that warned me not to walk down into a certain area because a poor employee was cleaning human fecal waste off the floor because some disgusting person put their waste in the middle of the floor. Drinks run about $12 each with a $2tip, thats right they have bahama mamas ladies. The slides were scary fun super fun and safe from what we witnessed. My 8 year old loved it and could go together down the largest slides without a parent. Anyone younger Id recommend having a parent or adult go with them. Theres a whole area just for little kids and they keep older children out of that area (most of the time.) Its cheap and worth the money. Just beware as with most resorts this place will run you $58 not including tip for a microwave food for 4. Pizzas run $17+ and are big enough for a couple people and taste better. Lockers run $15 per use (if you can get the thing to work.) All in all I say its definitely worth the cash, stay at the hotel if you can, and avoid long day pass lines that sell out quick. The only downside here is the cost and quality of stuff you will pay for inside.

My little sister liked the water park, but they don’t have many options for adults, only hot tub. Unfortunately, they never change the water, instead they add more and more chemicals to clean the water, which makes almost impossible to breath inside of the hot tub... be ready to have red eyes and headaches! If you have sensitive skin, forget about it, this is not your place! You can imagine extremely amount of chlorine with hot water... you don’t want to see the results! I would give 5 stars if at least I could stay 10 minutes inside of this hot tub. My eyes are burning :( — in the picture you can see: only the strong ones can stay inside of this, everybody else, that needs to breath, stays outside. Good luck with your health!

We frequently go to water parks everywhere we travel as we love them. I gave it 2 stars primarily due to price. Way overpriced for what you get however unfortunately it is price competitive with other water parks in New England. The 2nd issue is air temp. The water temp was perfect however if they are really keeping it at 85 like advertised it surely didn’t feel like it. The 3rd issue is height restrictions. They have a 48” cut off for the big water slides which is fine. However that left the splash playground with some smaller slides and the little kid area. But due to my two little ones being afraid of the big bucket that splashes every 2 min in addition to the air temp being just too cold to be wet but not immersed in the water, we were relegated to just the kiddie area. But the kiddie area has a 48” maximum height (really not sure why) which meant our oldest couldn’t join her siblings. If you have all little ones (like 5 and under) then you will only have the kiddie pool. If you have older kids all over 48” who are not adverse to the cold then there is enough for them to do. However I would recommend going in the twilight time as it is unlikely you would spend more than 2 hrs and it is far cheaper after 4.

Could not be helped. Lockers are small. Try not to bring much. I believe they provide towels. Showers have body wash. Handicap accessible for lagoon. Same price as North Conway. Between tickets, lunch, arcade, our expense was $284.60 for 2 adults and 2 children under 10 that really only lasted 4 hours because the amenities are limited. However, the kids did have fun and its always a pleasure to see them smile. Today is my birthday. I’m just getting home, it’s 10:45 pm. I live in an area that has no fun or safe and clean parks at the very least for my 3 children. So being the mom that I am, my birthday is nothing to me if my children aren’t having fun and enjoying themselves. I haven’t been here in about 2 years and from the second we parked I could notice the change. The parking lot was full of trash, loud music, and Happy Birthday to me, I happen to park right next to a soiled diaper. I have 3 children and would absolutely never do that. I should’ve turned back around and went home, but my children were excited by this point. We go ahead, greeted by a LOVELY staff who got us our towels and on our way after paying our fee. As soon as you walk into the water park, you are hit with urine and feces stench(bathrooms to your left, 85 degree muggy temperatures, it smelled ghastly). I couldn’t believe how much it seemed different! By different I mean dirty and cluttered. Tables were way too close to each other. Besides that, everything was going fine. My son wanted to go down the big red slide, and so we were getting into the line a few times. The first lifeguard who was monitoring the line and when people could or couldn’t go down, he was patient and respectful. The line was a mess, cutting and standing too close, but that’s understandable. Our third time to the line for the slide, there was a different employee by the name if Josh. He was not patient. I saw how he spoke to a boy, because the boy was standing too close to the slide, and if it were my child he spoke to like that, and then shook his head in disgust, there would’ve been a big problem. He told me it was clear for me to go, I reached the bottom of the slide, stood up, and was kicked in the back of the head/neck. I went ahead to tell the employee, Josh, what had occurred, and he opened his eyes wide and made a hand gesture, then asked very rudely, Well, are you ok?, the way he said that, he spoke very slowly and extremely stern, no sympathy at all. I told him well that’s not the point right now, you should be more careful because that could’ve been a child that could’ve been kicked in the head by a grown man. His response was, well I am careful. If he was careful I wouldn’t have been kicked. This employee is MAYBE 18, and that’s the way he’s already acting int he workplace? He did NOT even apologize. He got rude, immediately. What he thought was that I was just some lady who was alone. After that interaction, I would look over, he was looking at me and then would shake his head side to side. Each time he would walk by he would stare at me. I have two daughters and one son, it’s my birthday, and my husband sees me getting visually upset. Josh didn’t know that the 300 pound guy was in fact my husband. My husband asked him what’s going on that he’s giving me a hard time, and that’s when I told him, instead of saying sorry at the very least, you’re treating me as though you want confrontation. He then proceeded to lie, and say that he absolutely apologized to me, and that he was not looking at me. I’m not a child who’s going to make up some nonsense for no reason. His job was to be monitoring the slide so that nobody was injured. The guy who kicked me was not at fault. I went and spoke with the manger, I saw her come out and talk with him, and I’m sure he lied, just like he lied when my husband asked what was happening. So that’s why I’m going further and doing the whole review, calling the hotel manager and all. It’s not fair that we drive so far to stay avoid pure ignorance, to only end up having to PAY for pure ignorance. We actually decided not to check into the hotel because of how disgusted we were with Coco Keys and the almost DRASTIC changes that happened. I hope I’m able to upload the photo I took of the first thing I was greeted with at my birthday outing.

In the sitting areas, many have entitlement issues where they will spread out their belongings and completely block the walkways. Few available bathroom stalls due to high traffic of people unable to flush after a BM. Granted this all is to be expected at any amusement park, but cold day in heck before I get into a shared water source, with that many people, who may or may not be peeing in it. And all those cute babies with swimmies on just hold back floaters. Too gross for me.

I usually meet nice people at places the are directed to kids but this time ! Ugh ! Me and my guests were very upset with the way that she treated us . I will def not comeBack to celebrate a party overthere ! Other than that , place is nice , kids have a lot fun , water a bit too cold for the smaller ones.

Its a fun family place to visit and spend the day or while on vacation. Open year around its a good get away in the winter. It has also an arcade. Attached hotel is great and has an indoor pool. Personally I only go on weekdays to avoid the crowd and noise, and to better watch the kids. Theres a place to grab a quick bite and drink.

It was fun. Lots of stuff to do. However, i was surprised to see that they didn’t have anyone cleaning up the random bandaids and trash that people left behind. Also they should probably clean their swimming area we were there 1 hour after opening and there was so much dead bugs and things floating in the water. I also was surprised that one bacon cheeseburger was almost as expensive as the $16 dollar 16” pizza.

The place is small but perfect for children. My 21 month old daughter loved the place (after a little getting use to) they have a bar which is unfortunately only open thurs-sat i believe., I went kn a Monday so it was closed. It wasnt busy at all when we went so that definitely is a factor in my rating although Im sure it is not as enjoyable when it is busy.

Completely overpriced and unorganized establishment. Bathrooms are disgusting, water park had diapers floating in the lazy river. When intold a teenage attendant they said okay and I watch it float around with the people. If you are attending a birthday party rest assure with a large amount people they will stick you in a small room with nowhere to sit. You will not find your party host anywhere. They will not label your party room. Nothing like having kids scream for 40 minutes waiting on a party host to come back. Ended doing everything myself. The cabana rental is worth having a spot before and after the party. The cabana is larger than the party room. Cabana has a couch, TV and outlets. A fan to help cool you off.1 large pizza is 23.

The lifeguards are great! I like how they rotate stations and constantly are looking in all the areas of the water park no matter how shallow. I have a child with an allergy sonthe fact that it has no peanuts on the premises is great! I do feel it is very condensed and the locker rooms/bathrooms could be bigger. Ideal ages seem to be 1-12 with things for older kids to do but not as much fun.

I think this location really needs a revamp..new design new equipment and a REALLLLLLY DEEP CLEANING . I saw mold growing in the hot tub and on top of a few of the enclosed tunnel slides. The food is over priced for the quality its terrible. My daughter ended up sick. The lazy river was only open a mere 4 hours and it seemed we could never get a tube to use. The pool was closed within 2 hours of us being there..nasty murky water. The place was absolutley freezing inside. Im really not impressed for the amount of money I spent next time we are itching to go to an indoor water park we certainly will go elsewhere. Parents please keep in mind this isnt a place to bring your kids and let them run a muck unsupervised while you scroll facebook and take selfies for snap chat. Although my kids had a good time ..I was not impressed .

Really crowded and filled to the brim with swimmers, which is kind of a safety hazard with the amount of lifeguards on duty. No place to sit and when we rented a locker, it got stuck. The water slides were fun and enjoyable tho, and the lazy river was cool but such a long line and food is overpriced, also a long line to wait.

I went with one of my friends over April break, and Its exactly what you expect from a public water park. Too many little kids running around and yelling, not enough space to find a seat, and no real space to relax. On top of all this the air felt like a summer day with 100% humidity, at points it was hard to breathe. The one saving grace of this place is that they had a few bigger water sides which were fun but you couldnt spend a whole day going only on the slides.

We enjoyed our time at Cocoa Keys. Its nice hat there is a spread of things to do for young children and older kids. It is quite small and congested compared to other indoor parks we have been to. Also, because it is so tight on space there is virtually no seating or at least super limited. The lifeguards were attentive. The food was exactly what you would expect, deep fried and greasy.

Left after 15 minutes. Water was so cold even the kids asked to leave. The lazy river was also closed. Asked for a refund and got a 10 dollar arcade voucher. Total waste of 120 dollars. Never again.
