Worse place ever. Charged me with an alcohol drink and in return it becomes a lemonade with blue water.. the manager is not as responsible as he is. Never again , the thick manager shouldnt work here.. Im quite regular here, Thursdays they have amf specials for 5$.. and on other days its 4.35$!? If its same drink.. why different prices ???!Guy in dreadlocks was irresponsible to the fact that he tried to say its per menu item but I saw him pour one sweetener and one blue cacao bottle items in my cup while an AMF regularly requires 5 items . Wherever the portion is, it better tastes like alcohol. Lame!!And then threatens to call security because I stand up for myself.. yeah.. I didnt tip for sure.

Went there with my family of a party of five for Sunday night gathering. We had to wait for 45 minutes even though we arrived at 5pm. Played several arcade games and we had fun participating and watching people. We ordered various entrees and the portion was big.

Went there for a post graduation dinner, food as always was great, we were seated inside, kinda loud and also eating on the couch can get pretty messy. Great to hang out and have a drink, but eating not so much, went at around 5 pm, not bad to bring a toddler, not crowded at all. Loved the photo booths.

Table service was good. Food was nice and hot. We played for an hour and decided to get a drink. I sat at the bar and no one come by to give service. There was a guy working, but ignored me. After getting ignore for a while, we decided to leave and go else where for a drink and we didnt come back. If we had stayed, we would have spent more. Everything is good except the bar and its not busy at all.

This place is full of fun fun fun for children and adults alike. Families can go together here.I tried their food and was satisfied with my order of pasta spaghetti with marinara sauce and Philly Cheese steak Sandwich. It was actually good!

It is the closest thing that Daly City has to a club that is located at the heart of the city which is also conveniently located off two freeways, the 101 and the 35; also known as Skyline. Dave and Busters is also conveniently is linked to a mall which is also could be a bad thing if you dont like to be bothered by young people. Then again we live in the Bay Area and we accept diversity.

This place is really popular and they have all of kinds of games that you normally find it. Food is great too. Best of all, its extremely neat compared to all of the place I have been.

The whole entire place was very very nice and fun! Even though I didnt visit the bar, the view of it in passing was really really a nice and well stocked place for those wishing to have some drinks while watching a sports game/games. Multiple tvs on the walls are super cool. The game zone is separated so kids and non drinkers can have their own fun which we did. Something fun for everyone! No pool tables here though!!

Well if I could give no star at all I would....I just left the Concord location about an hour ago and I was so disappointed with the service that I had to post something right away. Love Dave and Busters. How is enjoy the atmosphere and the customer service. But unfortunately, this trip was a huge mess. We stood at the bar waiting for drinks for about 30 minutes getting passed by the bartender who is helping people that got Theyre after us. . When we ordered the drink, he didnt know how to make it so he had to use the menu and still manage to mess it up. Luckily the games help to lighten up the mood.

Had my husbands 40th birthday here in one of the private rooms. Our waitress Elizabeth was super friendly and so accommodating. The manager working that night made sure he came in to check on our party several times. The food was really good and it was really hardy. It was packed due to the UFC fights but we were able to watch the fight in our room and enjoy.

Drink and food selection was varied and good, nothing special or out of the ordinary. The highlight of this location is the variety in games, new and older, and the condition of them! The majority of them are in great working order and they have a good amount of new arcades, which is always appreciated when it comes to events and just hanging out having a good time! We dropped by to watch Potato Bowl and rooted for Nevada Wolfpack. I had never been past the food area so we looked around a bit. Its pretty impressive with many games that I had never seen. I can see how a family of four might drop $100 here. We didnt play.

Fun place to just chill and play games.Weds are half off all games, which is nice. They also have a game card where you can pay to play all non ticket games. Some days they have happy hours for discounted drinks as well.Food is a bit expensive there. Can buy egift cards and promotions are listed online. Fun games for skill and also luck. Also can trade tickets from games for prizes. The blue games are for no tickets while the green coded games are for tickets. Overall fun, would come back again.

This was my husbands and my first time here and we probably wouldnt come back, at least on a Saturday night. From start to finish we were here 4 HOURS!!!We waited in line to buy play credits for about 10min. Then we waited in line for a table for about another 10min. When we asked about the wait time we were told not sure. So we went to play some games for about 1 hour. When we came back to ask we saw a group of about 30 trying to be seated and kind of harassing the hostesses about tables. Seeing this we waited another 30min before asking about our table for 2. When the hostess/we glanced at the seating chart she told us 5 more minutes, but we did see names after us that got seated (they were lined out or highlighted).AFTER the waiting, AFTER being seated then we got our food pretty quickly considering the crowds of people. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich (with fries, around $13)...Awesome!!! Spicy, cheesy, excellent! My husband got the full rack of ribs (with fries and apple slaw, around $25) and ate every one (which means they were good since he smokes/barbecues at home). For dessert we packed down a brookie sundae (around $8), which was okay.Lastly, we WAITED ANOTHER 40min to get our tab. It mightve been a little better had the immediate tables next to us hadnt been trying to drown out the already-too-loud sounds of the game on the TVs. We wanted to get out of there as soon as possible but couldnt. Then the rowdy tables next to us run out as soon as the game ended, without paying.Im sure it would be a great place if you came during the week or when there were no games on TV. 2 stars since the games and food were great!

Its a fun place to go if you want to bring your kids to a lot of arcade games. The foods pretty good, too.

Seems to be always crowded. The bathrooms can be filthy and are not cleaned often. The dance machines could be improved but the technicians havent bothered.

I went for the food and wasnt very impressed. Ordered the steak dinner and the steak was overcooked, but flavorful and the mashed potatoes were cold and had to send them back. Service was pretty good though.

I am completely amazed, I was expecting typical bar chain food but was baffles when I sat down to eat their triple bacon burger. On top of that we got the cheese curds which were just delicious. I got a margarita which was also dangerously hiding the alcohol but still fantastic. Lastly, a friend of mine got the churro dessert and it was so unbelievably good. My one gripe is that they hid the prices for alcohol on the menu. We havent gotten to the games yet but I expect the same experience as any arcade. The pricing seems typical as well. I am completely blown away that Dave and Busters has this level of quality for their food, well done!

Disappointed, its my first time at a D&B, and its my first time in the city. Service at the bar was horrible. The waitresses werent attentive. I ordered the pull apart pretzel pizza, which was mostly bread. It was very dry, hardly any pepperoni on it. I also ordered the all you can eat wings. First I was brought bone in wings with an incredibly spicy sauce, too spicy for my palate, along with cold fries. Then I was brought a basket of fries I didnt ask for. I ordered more wings but asked for some not spicy. I got very small boneless bbq wings with more fries. They were trying to fill me up on fries I guess. The boneless wings were mostly bread, hardly any meat, definitely not worth the price. Could have gone to wingstop for better service and better food at half the price.

3.5 stars. We had to stop a waiter and get his attention to be able to place our order. It was busy there but they had plenty of staff. Our waiter rarely checked on us. Our food was good. It was a fun spot to go. Bathrooms were clean. If not for poor service its a 4.5 out of 5!

Spent the afternoon watching the GB and Dal game than the Pitt and KC game with my friends which I dont get to see often. It pretty much your run of the mill entertainment center but a bit more upscale. The food and drinks tend to be better than average. But be ready to pay for the entertainment. Not to mention potentially wait hours for a table if your dropping by to grab a bite in the dinning area of the arcade. Waits tend to be longer or shorter in the restaurant depending on how busy the arcade is. Also if your bringing you kids and you havent been to an arcade in awhile than your in for a surprise. Its going to cost you. A couple of decades ago, if you are really good with arcade games you can potentially spend the day playing 1 game with a quarter. Today games are only good for at best 10 minutes no matter how good you are. And in most cases they only last about 45 to 60 seconds... The more money you spend entertaining your kids the more money D&B makes... Its just business. Overall you will probably have a pretty nice time with your kids and have a pretty decent meal as well. The arcade was a lot of fun. Plenty of games to play. Mostly the immersive type that you sit in our gun games. There were drinks for adults and food and fun for kids. Instead of using quarters or tokens you charge a card. It kinda makes the actually cost of each game, but still a lot of fun.

Its a fun family place for all, they have live music band, the food is good and there are lots of games to be play by all. Every year my grandkids love to have their birthday parties at Dave & Busters. I enjoy see theyre faces light up with excitement and seeing them running from games to games. YES, AMEN

A good number of the machines were down and the bathroom was not in the best condition. Also, the prize exchange areas was in massive disarray with boxes everywhere. Pretty poor showing from this location.

I always have a amazing time each and every time i visit this place. Often when i visit the place is packed but that never stops the level of fun i have here. There chicken wings are pretty good too but the drinks could be a bit but stronger i must say!

The Good: They have some unique games there that places near me dont have. Theyve got a great selection of items for ticket redemption. We went on a half price games day so it was a good price for the games.TheBad: I had made the hour+ trip there because I had got in on a Groupon deal. When I attempted to call you to use it, the girl at the front counter told me I couldnt use it on half price days. This a bit frustrating and in my eyes, illogical. Why prevent me from using my Groupon deal on a day when its cheaper? Seems like they would encourage it to be used on the days. So basically, I couldnt use me Groupon.Other issue I had was I was disappointed in the food quality and the lackluster beer on tap selection. Also my server messed up my bill and it took him awhile to correct it.Overall:. My daughter and I had a great time here. Yes, I had a number of issues but part of them were my fault, like the Groupon situation. That being said, I would definitely come here again...after all, I still have a Groupon to use.

Its clean! Probably the cleanest Dave and Busters Ive ever been to. Even the bathrooms were pretty clean, which is an accomplishment if you ask me. However, Im taking a star off because at certain times on Fridays and Saturdays theres a cover charge to just go in and play games. Which requires you to give them more money for play credits. Im sorry....but this place is not nearly good enough to deserve a cover charge. For an arcade.

Went here with my siblings for the first time in December to take my nephews. I had fun. Didnt try the food. Games are great. We won a bunch of tickets so we were able to get many different prizes for everyone. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the air ventilation is low. Its not hot, but I can smell everyones feet.Felt like chucke e cheese. I also love windows, so for there not to have windows is a downer. Other than that, great place to go play! Not sure about food, but a fun time for your family.

Old Fishermans Wharf Arcade style with a family atmosphere. My granddaughter really enjoyed herself. Also, there were no Bartenders around: However, one of the employees still poured me a Sam Adams. Great customer service.

First time here - 11/17/19. We were sat right around 12:50pm and received our food at 1:48, which was BEFORE our drinks, which arrived at 1:50. Our waters arrived around 1:30, save for mine, which took an additional 10 minutes. One part of our food order was incorrect and took an additional 15 or so minutes to fix.Genuinely surprised that a bar aimed for sports fans could completely drop the ball so phenomenally on a football Sunday.

Food was really good. I went here with my family. At one point when done with our meal, my family left to go play and I stayed at the table nursing my baby. The waitress came with the check and said they were trying to kick her out because shes been there since early morning so thats why she had to bring the check. I had to wait till my family would come back because my sister was going to be paying. They come back a bit later. My sister puts her card in the checkbook and then they all leave again. The waitress comes right away and takes the checkbook and comes back with it. I had to wait on them again to come and sign one of the receipts. The waitress kept coming back to see if it was done. I had to sign the receipt despite having to reach for it while nursing my baby. The waitress was nice but I felt very rushed.

Went to watch Sunday football games. They only had one server for a large section. While she was nice, service was very slow. They also dont have sound on for games, even though they advertise coming there to watch? Food was sub par and overpriced vs what you can get nearby.

Expect to spend money here! Dave and Busters is pricey but fun. Kids are allowed with an adult until 10pm. Kids already inside are not asked to leave. This place is not Chuck-e-cheese so kids should be monitored at all times There is a cover charge for anyone entering after 10pm I think its $5. This place gets can get humid really fast. I recommend dressing lightly.The food is okay. The cooks here only know how to cook their beef well-done. The appetizers are probably best especially if you are in a large group. There is a good assortment of cocktails and beer here for around $10. There are TVs in the bar and dining room areas. There are no pool tables at this location. But, there is a fun four player air hockey table.

Our table and floor around it was all sticky. We notified the hostess, and she moved us to a different table, but no one ever cleaned that one. Our waiter was very nice though, and the food was pretty good.The games were what we expected, but the girl at the VR wasnt very helpful and seemed annoyed.Restrooms were fine, but most paper towel dispenser werent working, some taps too.Over all the pace was fine, and we had fun, but definitely has a lot to work on.

We came for a company Christmas lunch and got a catered meal. That being said it tasted good. Place kind of noisy with all the gamers playing excitedly. Our family just spent a Sunday playing all the games and enjoyed the food there as well. A good way to spend time with your kids during summer break. We just spent Labor Day here and the place was jumping with families and friends. A good time was had by all. Our company Christmas party went well again and the food was great.

The One in Milpitas is a lot bigger than the one in Daly City, but I always have a great time here playing games and winning prizes. The food is great if you choose carefully like the avocado toast and steak sandwich which are surprisingly good.

Excellent place my kids and I have really fun, just some of the cashiers there are extremely rude the management should be smart and work on that.Today was my fourth visit and each time I have a very bad experience with the front desk over there they are mad all of the time and never smile plus rude, thats make me dont feel comfortable to go there any more.

Theyre friendly staff members, the games are cool variety to play. But some of them games are high priced where your chips become low quick! But it was fun, not very crowded.

Update - My rating has been edited for five stars. Seeing that the Daly City location takes the time to read reviews and see what customers say about their establishment and try to improve the customer experience shows me they truly care about improvement. Keep up the good work.

Fun place to play games. Its not chep but tons of fun! The food n game card deal is pretty decent and worth a go!

If you like games, then this is the place to go. Unfortunately, the food was average. My ribs were too tough and the skin was too much like wood. Go for the games but take your stomach to the food court in the mall.
