Kids had a great time! Not over crowded (covid 19). Rental skates are in good condition as is the rink floor. The carpets could use a cleaning, but overall pretty clean place. Music was good and staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We went on a Saturday morning.

Don’t waste your money here. Prices have gone up and you now have to pay to get in even if you’re not skating/not getting skates. The rink floor is poorly taken care of, the skates are terrible and falling apart. It’s overwhelmingly crowded with kids who just sit around, fight, and make out. DJ yells at people who fall/skate slow and tells them to get out of the rink. The only person who is good there is the blonde haired dude who hands out skates.

Place is overcrowded and not very clean. Too many unattended kids being provocative and shoving eachother into other skaters. Staff is not very polite. Got yelled at by the guy in the striped shirt controlling the music for standing too close to the railing to watch my kid skate. The only redeeming quality this place has is Chris the skate rental guy.

Good place to bring your kids ...lot better place since Ray bought the place....i grew up here in the 80s lol....brought my sons through the 90s ......for young children its best to bring them in the day time sessions ....the late skates is mostly teenagers...my 12 year old daughter loves it here I enjoy spending time with her and skating around like the 80s lol....spend time with your kids while ya can they are grown before ya know it ...thanks Ray for having this place to make memories with our kids....4 decades of memories here lol its great

If your not skating its very cold, I dont think they have the heat one. The pizza kinda taste like cardboard. Otherwise skating is good.

Too crowded. Not enough staff to watch the kids. Kids without parents there. Kids in and out. Wearing practically nothing. Kids laying all over each other. Fights consistently. Its nothing like it used to be.

The zone has changed so much now. I used to go all the time every week sense last year but now they have changed the rules and it’s sooo boring. You can’t got outside unless ur 18 or over or if ur under the age u have to leave if you go outside. I was there with my sister and her boyfriend and this one women told us to scoot apart when we wasn’t even standing that close to each other. You can’t even sit outside on The patio unless ur leaving or over 18. I really wish they never changed the rules. I don’t even like going no more. It’s just boring and cold in there. I just think they should change the rules back and make the people who is not 21 And over smoking should get kicked out. And not ruin it for the other who wants to go outside and sit.

I think this is a wonderful establishment, The staff takes great care in what is going on inside and outside and I love this place I was hanging out there when it was the Roller Disco in the 70s it is an icon

The ozone has one of the best floors of any skating rings in this area so far

People are rude, there are also a lot of drugs and fights going around. The rules have changed. The rude people and the cussing and toxicity of everyone is overwhelming. Dont blow your time on this place.

The owner is very alert to what is going on and vigilant in keeping a safe environment for kids to go. I feel very safe taking my children there.

Granddaughter and friends had a great time at her birthday party. Staff was professional and they were receptive to making this a great day.

I used to go here when I was a kid(its been about 20 years!!!). We just went to a birthday party there today. It was great and the prices are reasonable. We are going to another party there in about a month. (It was booked while we were just there.) And Im going to have my sons birthday there in January.

Two star review simply because of the lack of cleanlines. This place has been disgusting since like 2005 and current owners have done nothing to improve it. I have pictures showing how filthy the carpet was in the eating area, as well as the mold growing on the ceiling above the tables. The health department seriously needs to do a pop in inspection. Considering how gross everything was, there is no telling how bad the kitchen is.

Great pace to have fun and its super affordable.

Came for a birthday party, the rooms are too small and too close. The party next to ours completely took over the kids skating area even asking some of the kids I was there with to leave the little rink. These were grown adults with shoes on in a small childs skating area. The bounce house is a nice touch but makes it impossible for people to get in and out of the party rooms easily. Over priced slow service cramped quarters. The main skate floor needs to be resurfaced. It is extremely rough down one side and in one turn. The rest is smooth as one would expect. The entire building needs an overhaul.

Great for birthday party’s!

The staff is very rude. I am a beginner and I kept getting yelled at to skate or leave when in fact I was trying to learn. I felt so frustrated at that fact to the point of tears. They should come to realize that not everyone is very good and we are just trying to have fun not to get yelled at for not knowing how to skate very well.

This place is great fun, and its only $6 to skate! Easy on the wallet for family fun.

Loud and extra noisy, if you are into coming out deaf this is the place. the rink is really dark.

It used to be awesome, but now its all kids twerking to Gucci Gang and making out in the dark. Hard pass for me.

Overall it’s a fun place, but the same music is played over and over; it’s not any of today’s music it could use some improvement.

The rink is awful. The wood is all worn and bowing. I would recommend going to the rink in Chattanooga.

Had a birthday party here and the air condition was not working it was awful

Manager blows his whistle at your face 20 times if you fall. I had a girl in front of me when I was trying to enter the skating rink and she didnt move. I literally stood there for 3 seconds and the man in the referee shirt told me skate or get out. And again when I got out of the rink and talked to my friends an employee came to us and said if you dont skate then leave like I understand they dont want people just standing around but its annoying when I cant even have fun because there are workers always yelling at my face ever minute to LEAVE if I dont skate. The management before was much nicer.

The bathrooms were nasty. The employees never smiled at us the whole time we were there. The cashier at the concession barely even spoke to us. The skate guys seemed confused. The music was old no thing from today. The skate floor seemed ok the few times I was on it. Over all not impressed could use improvement.
