A great place & wonderful people there. Its nice & quite. Reasonably priced.Their Coffee smells so good!!I love my trips there & they have so much to offer.

Wonderful facilities and inexpensive plans. Hours are limited but when open they are great

This place has a little bit of it all and I am not just talking about the gym. It has an awesome coffee shop with a warm atmosphere and a great staff.

Smallish but nice facilities fairly well maintained with and Indoor walking track. Can get a little crowded after New Years but usually tapers off.
