My husbands truck got shot not even a week after we moved in. Tyler wants to micromanage everyones life. But yet it took a month and a half to get our bottom element fixed in our oven. Was told every week I ordered 5 or they were in Calhoun. My husband finally ask what will you charge me to fix my stove. Heres 40 to fix it Tyler said. Our mail box key broke, for a month almost 2 months every Friday we would ask about getting it fixed. Tyler would say Ill drill it out Monday, Monday never showed up, or we ordered 4 new ones because 4 units were without mailbox keys. Our sewer backed up, couldnt take a shower, wash clothes, or use our bathroom. Took them 3 days to fix that, I have seizures, ambulance was called, there for the police came also, Tyler was rite behind them. If the police show up thats and eviction. Ambulance has been here twice due to seizures. Our kids wrote their names in sharpy on 1 of their concrete picnic tables. Thats the reason 2 out of 4 familys have gotten evicted from here. Told Tyler let us make it write and my husband could pressure wash the table, but he still said he evicted better for less. Weve never in our lives ever had bedbugs, we know for a fact that 3 units have them. When we told Tyler about them he said it cost around 1500 to get rid of them. His dad is the exterminator here, he has keys to your property, doesnt matter if your running around in your birthday suit, if you dont answer the door rite a way he will let himself in. Its a easy quick way to to get a place, but please think twice.

Its a good its a good neighborhood no one bothers their neighbors quite and peaceful environment

The owner is a tyrant. You will be thrown out if you have someone live with you. You cant plant flowers, have lawn furniture anything! Hes greedy. Hell has a special place for him. We were always on time with our rent and he threw us out over our daughter living here. We didnt cause any problems and he threw us out over family. I do not suggest this place to anyone. RENTERS BEWARE! steer clear of this place!

Needs attention to many things. The road is horrible. Seems like a quiet place though. I have heard of many bug problems. Owner doesnt provide pest service.

For almost three years I have tried my damnest to get my true address on my location To where I live but its been a total failure I dont understand how there could be two different places this close to one another with the same address I think it was legal to do that
