Was a horrible experience complete waste of time. Spent 30 minutes browsing the store grabbed over $200 worth of merchandise and when it was time to check out they said they would not accept my card because it was a debit card and they only run credit And my card cannot be run is credit to protect my bank account. Would not suggest to anyone there are plenty of other adult stores in the metroplex that will take your legal tender.

This is hand down the best service at an adult oriented store period. Have visited before and always received courteous service but was blown away recently when I was on the way only to find that my cell wasnt working due to forgetting to update my new cards #. Given it was very late (theyre open 24/7), I wasnt sure where I could call to update it. But, after I finished my shopping I just barely convinced myself to ask thinking surely it would have been a long shot. I really thought I was going to be thought of like some bum (and probably would have treated myself as such in their situation) but to my surprise they gladly let me call my cell service and update the # and from first walking in till leaving, treated me with the utmost respect. Now this is obviously a huge departure from what comes to mind when reviewing an adult entertainment store but that is why I feel this store really is special. They take the normal atmosphere found in these stores (the taboo, judgment, lack of want/insight to help) and turn them on their head. This use to be our favorite store we drive along way just to come here, I have never been as uncomfortable in any store as I was tonight, I understand keeping an eye on people but the secury guard must have just got out of training their was us and one other couple in the store he stalked us..circling several times before we even moved on to the next section even walking between my source and I once he circled other couple also each time glaring, no one said a word when to greet us, my man went to ask the cashier a question we could have gotten more interest and answers out of a display doll all the while it was like security was hurding business out the door the other was right gone behind us online buying anything

The two women working on 10/4 around 8:00 at night got irritated because I interrupted their TV show to get something from a case, I was then sold defective merchandise (a cracked water pipe) and was refused a refund or exchange unless I made it back to the store within a few hours. Employees are unreasonably rude, hostile and lazy.

Store employees are rude and the no refund policy is hidden behind the counter above where people leaving the store cant see it. I ended up confronting the manager of such an ignorant policy and cops were involved because they claimed I was not cooperating due to fact I just wanted my money back on a stupid unused toy I bought the night before. due to the rudeness of a male employee and the fact that when you ask for a corporate number they wont provide one... this is a store I will not visit again. needless to say, they run prostitution thought the back rooms... although they claim to say they dont. i know of people that bring in tricks ... stay away from the nasty store.
