I moved to the area a little over a month ago, and this will definitely be my theatre of choice for the years to come. The theatres themselves are solid...comfortable seats, the ability to reserve seating (a huge bonus for me), and crisp picture and sound. More so, in light of COVID-19, they are going above and beyond in keeping everything clean. I felt safer here than I do at the supermarket or department store. Very much recommend.

Wow. Staff and the theatre were great but I came outside to get some fresh air, went to walk back in and realized they locked the doors! So now I just wasted $24.50 on food plus $12.50 on a ticket JUST to watch 50 minutes of my movie. Wow thanks for stealing my money and locking me out!! What a waste! I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN!

This was a very clean theater and the seats were comfortable. We watched Ford vs Ferrari and the quality was great. My only complaint is they do have reserved seating and we had to guess to find our seats. I could not see the numbers. Other than that, great location and I would recommend.

The XD experience was all that and a bag of goobers! Wow, incredible sound and floor to ceiling screen blew me away. Concessions are standard pricing for a theatre. Popped fresh popcorn at my request At Cinemark it appears customer service is still King. Five Stars

The movie theater and seats were nice. But the labeling for the aisles and seats is terrible. Why arent the letters for the aisles illuminated??? Theyre just right on the stairs and part of the carpet. We watched as everyone came in and didnt know where their aisle was. We didnt know where our aisle was either and just sat wherever. That definitely needs to be fixed.

We as a treatment center had brought 16 clients ordered our refreshments and handed them a brand new gift card to cover it all and the card stated that it would take up to 24 hrs. The staff is really nice. I had a family member in town and we went to a matinee. I said 2 adults ( because I didnt want to say a senior since she was my mom.) and the girl changed it for me when she wasnt looking. She was extremely friendly. That and the theater was clean and relaxing. It was a great experience.

Nice clean lobby and theatre, courteous staff, tasty popcorn and drinks, nice sized screens. Cant ask for more out of a movie theatre. Only downside was the abundance of people which slowed dad, lil bro and I for ordering our snacks and getting into the film, but thats more from it being the day after the release of the new Star Wars film than anything else.

Im always a little bit nervous to go to a theater that Ive never been to before, close to a major city, like Akron. What concerns me the most is what the crowd is going to be like, and if there are going to be any obnoxious people. That being said, I went to go see Joker at this movie theater and it was a pleasant experience. The crowd was polite and I saw ushers in the theater, monitoring the large crowd. Id like to think if there was anyone rude in the crowd, theyd be escorted out. I saw the movie in XD, which really had great sound.Parking was easy, ticket buying process as well as concessions was fast. Everyone did their jobs right and I had no complaints. 4 stars for everything running as it should...only reason why I didnt do 5 is because it wasnt a out of this world kind of special experience.

My sister and I when to c cats. That was the worst movie I have ever been to. Plus we left a hour after being there. It was so boring kept repeat the song over. I have never walked out on a movie before until this evening. Nice costumes nice singing but boring acting

Worth the drive for this nicer theater, even if you don’t live in Cuyahoga Falls. Not as good as the fancy recliner theaters, but the XD theater is great for visually stunning movies.

The auditoriums are spotless, and Ive never experienced a technical glitch while watching any films. Unlike most theaters the climate control is well balanced. You neither sweat from the heat not shiver from the cold. Recommended, except for the ads, which tend to destroy the entire experience. If your movie is set to start at 2 PM, expect the lights to go down, on time, then prepare for at least 10 minutes of commercials not related to the snack bar, followed by previews, interrupted by more ads, one in between each preview. This after you pay a small fortunes for admission and snacks. What a disappointment.

While I object to the price of concessions at most movie theaters, this theater is impeccably clean and well kepti and staff is friendly and helpful so its easy to justify costs. They have one assigned seating theater which is THX certified or whatever it is. General seating in every other one which is kind of refreshing nowadays.

Clean and spacious. This place has the most spacious seating ever. I went to another newer Cinemark XD the other day and was shocked at how many seats they shoved in there. Never again.I go here almost exclusively and try to bring friends here whenever I can.

Love you can pick your seats but no luxury loungers

Went to see Dumbo here, what a beautiful theater. The services there are great. If you get popcorn and you want more butter, they have a table with the butter there. Ive never seen a theater have that before. They also have the most comfortable seats anywhere. We will always go back to this theater.

Dont like that the bathrooms are clear down the other way when you gotta go and try to wait as long as you can it seems like forever before you get there. As much as they charge for food and drink couldnt they afford even a family bathroom down the other way? Seats were comfy, it was very clean staff was very nice.

Its very flashy and big, feels like an experience. The seating is where they didnt save money for. The staff is always nice and friendly, and prices are reasonable. But with the recliners and cheaper pricing at the Hudson theater, its rare I choose to go to this theater instead. I gave it one extra star just for the effort into the flashy style.

Fantastic movie going experience all around. Staff is very easy to converse with and incredibly polite. Theaters are clean and tidy, as is the rest of the facility. Food and snacks are readily available and served quickly. Snack attendants could do with a bit more focus on the costumer as they are often in conversation and ordering seems to be an inconvenience to them.

This is a cool Cinema but you might want to bring some earplugs for the advertisements cuz they literally blasted us out.Im not kidding I listen to hardcore rock and roll and I listen to it loud but when the advertisement came on it was unbearably loud.We were literally concerned that the movie was going to be this loud and we were not going to be able to take it but the movie was not as loud as the commercials as is usually the case with TV I cant stand this practice really makes me sick

The staff is always super friendly here and there service is great. The theaters are clean, and comfortable. This is honestly my favorite place to go. Its also nice that the cup holders fold up on the seats, and they can rock a little.

This place is one of cleanest and finest movie theater around Akron but it is pricey. Looks up the deals they have and use it. Also, they have a college student discount. Cheers

I love this theatre for many reasons. The major one being the reserved seating. I usually order my tickets through fandago which makes it super easy to pick your seats. The lines can get long in the theatre but they always go really fast.

Great deal on Tuesday with $5 movie tickets. Saw Unbroken the Path to Redemption. Powerful movie! I liked that you got to pick the seats. It wasnt crowded so we had fabulous seats. It was a little too cold in the theatre so Im glad I had my husband to snuggle.

I would like to give 4.5 stars because of over all cleanliness and this theater has a birthday party set up. Very unique idea for a movie theater. Also the movie rooms have plenty of seating and really nice surround sound. Even though you practically have to take out a loan for snacks they have a pretty good selection. If you want to see a good movie stop on and have a good time.

Went on Saturday for matinee. There were quite a few people. App was convenient for purchasing tickets. Chairs are comfortable and recline somewhat. There are assigned seats, which I didnt really care for but nice if you like to sit in a particular spot.

I am not a person that goes to movie theaters. Im a rent and watch at home. Theaters are cramped, uncomfortable and just unappealing. Well I was just blown away tonight. My niece kept telling me that this was the best theater, she is ten, what does she know. Right! Well the kid taught the adult tonight. Very comfortable seating, great sound and picture. People were friendly from start to finish. Plus being able to add your own extra butter is a cool treat. Thats according to me niece. If you want to go to the movies, check this place out.

I came for a movie showing tonight, having bought my tickets online early. When I arrived I realize that I had actually bought them for yesterdays showing instead! The manager, Mr. T, was it very gracious and very patient and kind and let us see the movie tonight anyway! I was really excited that I did not have to let my little sister down. Thank you! The theater was very nice and clean, as well.

Cinemark Cuyahoga Falls - Crazy Rich Asians - Tuesday Discount Day. Got a great price on tickets and signed up on their website so got discount on medium popcorn and soda. Love the seats (Luxury Recline), however you have to select your seat before you actually see the layout of the theater. As a senior, I walk with a cane. I selected a seat in the back on the end of an aisle, thinking it would be easy to get to. I discovered I had to climb steps to get to those seats. It would have been helpful if the theater employee at the ticket booth would have mentioned that to me. I was using my cane when I stepped up to buy the tickets. If she had just asked me if I could easily climb steps, it would have alerted me about the stairs and I could have selected other seats. Hope that tip gets passed along to the staff. Love how big and clean this place is. Lots of parking spaces. Special ticket prices on Monday and Tuesday and first showing every day. Great place. Loved the movie, Crazy Rich Asians. Remembered my trip to Singapore. What a beautiful place!

The staff here are very friendly. Yesterday my sister , and I came here to see IT chapter 2. Well when we got there we missed some of the movie. My sister was having a medical problem , and couldnt walk all the way down the hall for us to go into the correct theather room. I explained to the staff what was going on, and they worked with us. So we were able to switch our tickets for the next show, and a closer theather room. My sister , and I are gratefully thankful for the staff great services. We just want to say Thank you, and well definitely get the word around on how great our experiences was at this Cinamark!

My wife and kids always want to go to this theater. I don’t have any complaint about it except the seats which are not comfortable for me to sleep while they are enjoying the movie. The seats in Hudson Are comfortable enough to sleep for the whole three hours, starting with previews and waking up during credits.
