Overbooked tee times. Slow play on both front and back. Stuck behind obnoxious groups. Took 5 hours for 18. No one was out on the course speeding people up. Course was in pretty good shape overall but greens were rough. Slow and lots of pock marks and divots made putting more challenging than necessary. Staff is not friendly. Pretty disappointed and glad I only used a gift card I was given and didn’t pay out of pocket. It would not have been pretty if I had paid for this train wreck

Always in great shape. Best greens around. Course is maintained to perfection. Drainage is amazing. If everywhere else is soaked, go play brookledge. Front 9 is way more fun than the back but overall its a great play. Highly recommend.

Poor operations. Called in the morning to ask if the course rented out clubs for use, the gentleman said “we have 100+ clubs available for rent”. He proceeded to ask if I wanted to book a time, I said yes for 2 people. Tells me only time available is after 5pm with dusk at 6:45...not practical, I said I’d call back. I look at tee times on there website to see many times available before 5pm for 2, I go ahead and book for the afternoon. When I arrive the gentlemen tells me they don’t rent out clubs, wasted my entire Saturday.

I enjoy this course and they promote a safe environment until it gets to getting in the golf carts. They enforce two people per cart even if you dont share the same household. Ive been to numerous golf courses over the past two months and none have come out and strictly said you MUST ride with another person. I cant imagine that many people are asking for separate carts and if they are, Im sure they would be willing to pay to help profits (as I did at other courses in the area). The Legends of Massilon has protective barriers in their carts which made sense when two people rode together, but to enforce that people from different homes MUST ride together seems like quite a strong stance to take on the situation.

Played this place for a couple of years and always have a blast. Well taken care of course. Nice variety of holes

This course was in very good shape and the greens were rolling great! Lots of interesting holes including some drivable par fours. Loved the course.It was really crowded when we went and they should space out the tee times accordingly. We were waiting for every shot and had some backups on holes. That’s my only complaint.

This is one of the best public golf courses around .fairways and greens magnificent, wonderful people in the club house, come play this course, also great senior Tees makes this enjoyable for seniors

Staff is not nice at all. We were screamed at for not driving on the right area in the fairway. They also schedule walkers and cart riders together so it took two hours to play 9. If you want to waste 25 bucks, this is the place. Definitely will not be coming back.

Brookledge is in great shape tee to green and the greens were fantastic . Mike Menier and his staff have Covid proofed the clubhouse and everyone in the clubhouse makes treats you great. Our league Broadway Golf Association put 40 players through there this morning and we had NO complaints except for lack of talent on our part.

Only played here once so i cant be all that informative on the course since i dont remember but a couple of holes. Saying that i will say that the hot dogs sucked..worst i have had pretty much anywhere. The course is too far from my house to go back again.

This is a beautiful course. It can be challenging. It is really well maintained by a really great bunch of staff.

The softball pitching machines are very inconsistent. Not for younger children. I am 6ft1 and the pitches were too high for me. It threw 3 balls at once to my granddaughter. The girl that worked there was so nice that I give this a 4 star review.

Course was in great shape but wouldn’t play here again even if it was free. Very poor management and staff. Unable to properly schedule tee times around a high school match that limited my round from 18 to 9. Please also get some Rangers who are not afraid to speak up to groups playing at an extremely slow pace.

Great golf course. The conditions are very good. Course is moderately challenging but has holes that you can score on. I love the driving range as its one of the only ones in the area I know of with grass tee boxes.

Nice 18 hole golf course, only complaint would be about poor tee box condition. They also have a driving range but I didn’t use it. Staff seemed nice and knowledgeable. Would golf there again and would recommend for friends.

Terrific golf for a public course. Beautifully maintained, with difficult yet playable holes.

Course is in decent condition and couldnt beat the price of 18 holes with a cart for 27 dollars. Only minor issue is that most of the par 3 hiles are kinda of short. Fair beer prices for a golf course as well but alot of slower players like to play here so a round of golf that stsrted at 1pm ended after six. Woukd be nice to also see a beer cart driving around while your plaing but most courses ive been to this year seem not to have them anymore.

Had a childs birthday party at Downview, batting cages and putt-putt. Lots of fun for everyone.

One of the best kept Municipal Golf Courses around. The staff is friendly and on the ball. Great price too. It was the busiest I ever saw last week. I plan on making my tee time earlier in the future.

Very nice place to take the kids to play putt putt. Scenery is very nice the kids love the waterfalls and going through a little cave. and getting their balls out of the water with the nets. They also have out door batting cages. Several speeds to choose from. They have a nice hitting range for golfers. Then there is a skate park for all those skaters and people who skateboard.

This place never ceases to amaze me..in a bad way. On multiple occasions, I have gone over on a late Sunday afternoon or mid-day Friday and they are always booked with a league, or something else but yet when I call beforehand they say we are wide open, come on out.This past Saturday I had a tee time for Saturday morning. I had family in to visit and made sure to have a tee time. Well what do you know, we show up and they have a golf tournament scheduled at 830. They never mentioned that tournament-it was a shotgun start and they also said we could only play nine holes. What a disgrace and lack of consideration for golfers who make a tee time. I would encourage all people to play Roses Run (nearby) over this course because the staff is friendlier, the pace of play is better and the course is more unique.

This is definitely one of my favorite places to play in the area. And if youre lucky you might get a hole in one like I did on the par 3 number 4 hole.

Had the opportunity to be a part of an outing at Brookledge on the Fourth of July. The course was in great shape and the staff at Brookledge is very friendly as well. One of the finest municipal / public access courses in NE Ohio.

Just played a charity outing at Brookledge this past weekend. I was more than surprised. The staff were all very friendly and acted like they were generally happy that I was there playing golf. In the Northeast Ohio area that is hard to find.The course was more than well maintained for a public course and with the massive amounts of rain we have had this spring I am shocked at how well the course looked. The greens were pristine, fairways almost looked un-played and the rough was easy to get out of.There are 4 holes in a row on the back 9 that I wanted to just pull up a chair and sit. They were so gorgeous. After playing 3 private country clubs and 6+ public courses in the area I can honestly say this has been the best one out of them all.

Nice course but no water on the holes, not every hole has ball cleaners and no yardage info on signs, lastly no pictures of holes on score cards

Excellent practice facilities. The course doesnt fit my eye, but it has the fastest public greens within 100 miles. The staff is always very polite and attentive.

Pretty course and greens are maintained well but a constant flow of leagues and no monitoring from any ranger makes this course unbearably slow. Every time Ive come out its a minimum 4.5 hours (by myself).
