SYB has been a great experience over the last 8 years. They try to maintain a fair and fun atmosphere where kids learn the right way to play the game.

Wonderful organization that my son has been a part of for several years now. He has grown as a baseball player and in other areas including sportsmanship an teamwork. He has had some of the best coaches you could imagine for your child. Highly recommend!

My son has been a part of this league for the past 4 years. We love this league and have been very satisfied with how it is run. It has been a great place for him to grow not only as a baseball player but also as a young man. The coaches have been fabulous at teaching the kids the game while also allowing them to have fun. We are a multi-race family and have not experienced any of the racism that others have spoke about. We look forward to another year playing for SYB!

This organization takes hard earned wins from little 10 year old boys because they have a issue with a parent. No Integrity at all! Never seen anything like this in my life! If your not from stow, dont even consider this league.

My family has been a member of this organization for eight years now. Kids have played at all levels of baseball, from t-ball to travel. Stow and the surrounding communities are fortunate to have SYB as an option. We are blessed to have the support of SYB Bingo and the Stow corporations that help make it happen. From the fields, to the indoor batting cages, and the selfless volunteers, it is an excellent experience for the kids. Teaching not just baseball, but competitiveness, sportsmanship, dealing with adversity, and fairness. This is community baseball at its finest.

SYB has been a WONDERFUL place for all three of my sons and their friends to learn the game of baseball. The volunteers and coaches are AMAZING and put their hearts into making it a great experience for all the kids. Everyone from the board, league managers, coaches, team moms as well as the parents and kids makes SYB a great experience!

When your childs team is being unjustly accused of being dishonest but nothing is said to those yelling out Go back to the hood (since we are inner city) or even the coach that said, we didnt want you guys in our league anyway it forces you to question the integrity of those running things. My children have always played in more Suburban leagues and this has by far been our worse experience (in over 15yrs) Character matters more than a homerun

Well run group. they are all there because of their love of baseball and teaching it to our children. they offer from t-ball and up. this is a volunteer group of people and not there to take your money. youll run into a hiccup here and there but well worth it for your kids. sign them up in person to be sure you get them in, otherwise participate and watch your kids improve every year. remember they are learning and are children. the Indians arent scouting for them yet, but here is a great place to get them started. I have been involved with Stow Youth Baseball for nearly 6 years from T-ball through Travel. It is a great league to learn and refine your childrens skills and most of all for your kids to have fun.

SYB is an organization who is fair and equal to all teams and will not be bullied into letting teams take shortcuts to victory. No matter how low they may go to get their way.

We have been playing with SYB for the last 9 years and have had much diversity in coaches and teams with 3 sons playing at various levels. Our boys have learned the fundamentals of baseball, while learning cooperation, teamwork, and friendship. We look forward to another great year with SYB!

The youth baseball organization is very unfair and racist. Our team The Big Stix is a majority black team and were not being treated fair. At one game we were told to go back to the hood. As a family of multi race I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED and Unsatisfied. I have two use to be 3 children playin, but due to the racism last year my son no longer wanted to play. And now this and The way the league is handling these situations is unfair. Just not rite. My next step is me callin the better business bureau because something has to be done. These are kids and this isnt showing them anything positive or good in any way. As you can see were tryin to better our babies and get them out the hood. This is stressing me, my children, and our team.

I cannot recommend Stow Youth Baseball (SYB) enough. About 5 years ago, my wife and I started looking for a baseball program in the area in which to enroll our son. Based on the recommendations of friends, as well as its stellar reputation in the area, we enrolled our son in SYBs rec baseball program. We have not been disappointed. For the past 5 seasons, my son has played at all competition levels offered by SYB (including rec ball, fall ball, and travel ball) and the experience has been excellent across the board. Even though we do not reside in Stow, we have been welcomed into the SYB family; and because of that, for the past 2 years I have volunteered for the organization in a number of capacities. SYB is community baseball at its best.
