Good place. Lots of craft folks. Like all tech groups there is definitely the in group challenges, but all in all pretty neat and relatively open. Worth checking out the class schedule.

Its great that theyre educating the public, and its like a home.

Crash space has great ambience. Its a great place to work and focus. I highly recommend it.

Tried to get into this group because i moved back to LA earlier this year. Went a few times and maybe i was just unlucky but very few people showed up. Just wanted to make a few friends and then after replying to one of the members tweets i was following they banned me. Didnt even say anything offensive and didnt give me a reason. I wonder if its just cliquey? Shame because it seemed like a cool concept and once i get employed again out here was considering the idea of paying for membership to use their tools but maybe ill have to drive farther to a more active one.

Update after a year: I still dont know what Im doing or where my keys are ~20% of the time but I love being my lost, weird and confused self at Crashspace, regardless.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~A year ago: Im a newbie so havent figured everything out but I like it so far :-)
