This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online order. I was browsing their website and when I was about to purchase I noticed they only had an option for express shipping so I sent them an email asking if there was an option for just regular shipping, I never got a reply back; after about 4 days, I decided to just purchase the outfit and pay $40 for 2 day shipping. 2 days went by and only got an invoice but never got an email stating my order was shipped, so I decided to wait a few more days, after about a week.. still nothing, so I sent another email and again, didn’t get a reply. After about 2 more days I decided to call, no answer. I found a second # on the website called multiple times and no answer. I sent about 2 more emails, and still no reply. After 5 days I called again, i called the store # and finally got an answer from the store manager and she said she wasn’t responsible for online orders but she took down all my information and said she would let the owner know, after i talked to her i finally got my order 3 days later. I think it’s just ridiculous having payed 40 extra dollars for something that i expected in 2 days, and didn’t receive until 2 weeks after. I also tried calling back to see if I could get a refund for shipping, the store manager said she would tell the owner to email me; and once again never received an email from the owner. Everything about this was very unpleasant and unprofessional, i would not recommend to anyone shopping online.

Ordered an item through Amazon that never showed. Contacted Pure Delish with no response. Amazon won’t refund until they are able to contact the seller either.

The store is online only as of this writing. They have a great selection of wigs & costume items of good quality. Also a few more... interesting items.

Have been going to this store for a few years now, and I love it. Good selection, reasonable prices, and most importantly, the staff is warm,friendly, and knowledgeable. They make the buying experience very enjoyable.

I will never order from here again! I ordered from their online store. Its nearly 1 month since I placed my order and still until this minute/day I have not received my shoes. Guess Ill be waiting a lifetime.....
