Took my 1 and a half year old here with her father and my mother and had a terrible experience with the staff particularly, Isabella. we asked if we could get salt and pepper for our food and pizza and she goes u can get it yourself and go up front and ask when she was literally right there like how hard is it for you doing your job to get salt for your customers so rude then she comes back 5 min later and we say thanks and she just throws the salt at us and walks aways doesnt say anything u need to hire more friendly people because thats just extremely rude

Dont turn your back on your cake unless you want to bring it home in handfuls. My wife had a beautiful Avengers cake made for our sons birthday. Our server completely destroyed the remaining 3/4 of the cake putting it in Styrofoam containers. She could have just put it in one piece back in the bakery box that she set aside not three feet away.Our kids love doing birthday parties here. But now my wife and little kid are pretty upset so we probably wont be back. Nice job.

Although they do things different now due to the pandemic its still alot of fun.My kids really enjoyed themselves so did me and their dad.

I’m here every week with my daughter spending at least $40-$50 on food and games. Today I purchased the unlimited play for $15 and 2 min later another parent who frequents the location mentions they paid $15 for the all day unlimited rather than the hour and said I should ask. It had literally only been 2 minutes and the manager refused to change the card to an all day unlimited or void the transaction and change the purchase. I could see if it had been longer but it was literally 2 min and the card wasn’t even swiped for the first game yet. Not my first unpleasant experience here but I may have to change my weekly activity with my daughter. I don’t recommend this location!

This is the worse Chuck E Cheese I’ve been to ever. Came to a birthday party that was supposed to start at 1230 and the food was over an hour late. The food was supposed to arrive within 20 min after the 1230 start time. Kids had to eat salad until they were satisfied. Even chicken for my salads never arrived. So disappointed.

We went for a birthday party. The place was a lot clearer than times past. They only have the one Creepy Chuck puppet now which was ok. The staff was helpful and friendly and the kids loved playing all the games unlimited with a card. Pretty good setup. Id go back.

I went for a birthday party and the staff was super unprofessional and rude. They gave you short small answers and made you feel stupid for asking. I asked the front desk lady for more credit on my daughters card she told me to go stand up front I did and 5 minutes later she walked up to the end of the cashier table, opposite of where I was standing and didn’t say “ I can help you now, what can I do” she stood at the last register waiting for me to notice she was up there.... rude rude rude. We were going to have my daughters birthday party their this November but now we will not be.

Its okay, my daughter liked running around, that was about all she could do though. Between there being not enough to keep my daughter entertained and the staff bring very standoffish along with not all that friendly Id choose to go somewhere else.

We had a great time, the place is clean and had a good vibe. If a game broke (uslualky needing tickets replenished), they services it immediately. We love their pizza. No complaints. Great for winter break or the winter season.

As far as chuck E. Cheese go this one is pretty good. Mostly clean and the staff is friendly. Wish they would wipe down the tables when they clean them but other than that the atmosphere is pretty great.

What can I say is Chuck e cheese I tend to go on the weekdays during the day when its not so busy so my son can enjoy all the games there and he can dance with the rat lol

Had a Birthday party for my 4 yr old boy. 10 kids. Everything taken care of. In and out in 2 hrs 30 minutes. Great time. No problems. Friendly staff.

They took out the cool games I liked and there isnt much for kids around 3 or 4 to do there

Our visit was good. They took out the section kids can climb on, so now its just the games. We used a coupon and for 100 tokens for $20. My 3 year old had a blast.

I took my daughter here for her birthday. We were going to get a birthday party package but we only wanted a few guests. When we went online to do so,there wasnt an option for the small amount of people we wanted to invite. When we got there we realized that the playground was no longer there. But the place was clean, my daughter had fun playing the games,and the employees were friendly and helpful.

You really cant go wrong with a Chuck E. Cheese party! They absolutely take care of everything when you set up the party. Our Host Sebastian was even nice enough to take our son around to play games with while the adults were eating quick. The food is always good, and they have a variety for everyone. Even a salad bar for the healthier crowds that dont want to indulge in the pizza and sample platters. The BBQ wings were awesome, and that was unexpected. They even have a variety of popular cakes for the party as well. We got my son a PJ Mask cake which was delicious. Kids were extremely happy, and the service made sure we were happy with everything. Check it out for your next party

Very different from what I remember as a kid. If you have kids then go somewhere there is more games. The selection is bad. Staff is friendly but thats about all the good I can say.

Stay FAR AWAY from this place. I went here for my nieces birthday, left my ring here and I had called and spoke to a Christian who works here. He said “yes I do see that ring someone turned it in” I went the following week to pick it up and guess what my ring was gone! I’m sure one of the employees stole it and took it home cuz clearly Christian said he saw it. THANKS FOR NOTHING THIEVES!!!! I’ll never come back here and I’ll make sure my sister never has my nieces birthdays here EVER!

Sunday 5 pm we were the only ones there for 45 minutes seems like they are taking some precautions but I seen no one doing any sanitizing of equipment the hour and half I was there even when other came in.

They have more broken games then running ones, and many of the staff are lazy, rude, non caring teens. I understand being young but your at your job. Stop worrying about flirting with the other employees and pay attention to your customers.

Overall the service was oddly off . There was no communication between the table host and the person that invited us to the kids party. I have had many parties there in the past. It is now under new management. The other managers were great and very engaged in the process. Not so much with the new team. We wont be back and neither will 6 of the parents that join for the event. Worst management ever...On a brighter note the kids were not aware of what took place so they had a good time.Still not returning...

Lot has changed. This isnt the place it was a decade ago. Its now $20 an hour per person to play games, no ball pit or equipment you can climb on. Prizes cost an insane amount of tickets. Only 1 register to pay for everything. Very crowded and a lot of broken games with only 1 person to wait on for repairs or reload the tickets.

A huge change from when I was a kid. From the character design to the restaurant itself. The pizza tastes much better than what it used to be. They also have wings which I do find to be pleasantly well.The games are pretty good and Id say a majority of the games are designed for an age range of about 3+. There are a few that allow you to put a walking baby in (with a restraint belt) that my 1 year old daughter found to be fun. The place has various games from a claw machine to the typical basketball hoop game machine. Theres also ski-ball, various token based games, and games like space invaders. Theres even a couple small machines that take a snapshot of the user.The ticket redemption in my opinion is a little off and not in a good way. For the games, you dont necessarily earn a huge amount of tickets and when turning them in, the redemption doesnt really make it worthwhile. My daughter earned a little less than 650 tickets but only got a few penny equivalent pieces of toys as well as a tiny bag of cotton candy. Thats also with the employee short changing my ticket count by about 15 tickets.One of the ticket machines broke down on my daughter and I while we were exchanging the tickets for a receipt, however, the machine did retain the ticket count. In our small party that came with us, there was 8 of us (including 2 kids). We ordered 2 extra large pizzas, 5 drinks, an order of wings, and 2 game cards. We spent about $110 for all of that.The atmosphere wasnt bad as there werent a lot of people from when we went during the weekday and at opening.

Love the new passes they have. The kids were able to play a bunch of games and no complaints when it was time to go!! There pizza was great as always!

The inside is small and not optimally arranged. A lot of the games were out of order and there were only 3 working ticket counters out of 7 that were there. Considering this establishment was busy due to it being during the day on winter break, the management shouldve been more on top of everything.

Not as bad as I thought it would be. Updated and the games all worked. I like the new way they do things too. Id go back if my kid wa sj voted to another party. :)

What a rip off this place is.... Really gone down hill in the last year. Spent over $50 on food and games, ordered fries and got about 10 fries in the order. Complained to the worker and she said oh thats how much we give in an order. Was told I would get a new order but never received it, will not be coming back again. Lost a good customer over an order of fries

Management sucks and employees too. They are always making me wait more than 20 minutes. They close and lock the door half hour or so before closing hour.

They recycle their pizza and when i mean recycle i mean they take pizza that other kids didnt eat and put them on another tray, so if a kid sneezed on his pizza and nobody ate it would go on the next tray. i have also heard there was poop in the tunnels and they just order pizza from pizza places, okay sure manger look at the other reviews looks like you stole somebodys ring thats not nice

Not inviting at all. It is literally a big room with games scattered around. It just didnt feel like I was in a fun environment. Lunch buffet is very misleading. They have pictured of this lavish buffet spread with different kinds of pizza. In reality theres only a pepperoni and a sausage sitting out. And the salad portion? Literally a bowl of cheap iceberg lettuce just sitting there. And desert? They had a whopping selection.(sarcasm) They had a total of 1 desert item sitting out. Really nice huh. Just a really sad buffet. Staff were really distant too. It kinda felt like they were avoiding people. The only good experience was Daisy. She is a nice person.

Fun place for kids... And adults that enjoy being a kid at times lol. prices are ok, Id say about what I would expect from a place like that but could be a little better in my opinion.

SARAH was very rude to me and my family. She refused to take my bag of tokens to weigh. Instead, told us to enter all of them individually into the machine. We also went to order a pizza and assumed that the “20 points” next to the price of the food meant you can use your token card in place of the money. After telling us that you couldn’t use your token card to buy food, she laughed in our faces and made fun of us as we were walking away, assuming we couldn’t hear her. I will never bring my family here again.

Theres a manger there named Jaime. She makes this place feel safe and fun for my child. It seems like shes the only one doing anything, running around helping with kids trying to get there prizes to making sure food is out at the right table, even fixing machines so my child could receive the tickets it didnt give, and all with a smile on her face!!! Give her a raise doing the job of 5 people isnt easy when the rest of the mangers are on there phones in the corner or hiding by the bathrooms.

The staff that was there, were overwhelmed. Its a childrens birthday hotspot, so i expected busy, but with one person working the prize counter with a packed place, just getting to the counter was a wait. But the real issue, was half the ticket counters were out of order, leading to more lines before having to stand in more lines. Better staffed would be a better review, but those broken machines made the whole ordeal that much worse.

It a ok, but only games and no playground type activities or areas for active kids. I went up a star because the pizza was pretty good, but you pay for it for sure. So now back down half a star. But it was clean so they get half back.

They keep making positive changes! The resteraunt is brighter, less congested and cleaner than ever. I had a bit of trouble ordering and getting tokens. The cashier had trouble understanding my order and even though she rang it up correctly, she distributed our play cards incorrectly and gave me the wrong number of drink cups. All the games were working, there was plenty of staff on hand and the kids had fun!

My kids always like going here. The games are fun and the foods not bad.

Was very clean and enjoyable. Lots of kids running around as well as a chuck e cheese show around noon time. Not sure if this is a daily thing or we got lucky but my child enjoyed it. Bathrooms where nive and clean as well and the drink area was not gross like at other stores and fast food places. Lots of games to play for kids and even found some games i enjoyed myself. Will certainly be back. Also the pizza was not too bad :)

Wide variety of games for all ages of children and even some for adults. Easy on the pocket book. The pizza is not bad.

Its all fun until party goers all start coming down with the stomach flu. 4 different households all attended a party on Monday and now our households are being plagued by vomit and diarrhea. Absolutely horrible and dirty business. I will not return. Ever.
