Had fun with two of my other friends a couple of days ago, and I loved it! I was shy at the first few minutes of not wanting to jump after years of not jumping, but I ended up putting my all into it. great staff, loved the pizza and Pepsi, (thought it was Coke, haha) and loved the place itself. can’t wait to go again sometime with my friends.

Absolutely no restrictions on Corona. For a place that has many active people running around, youd assume they there would some sort of sanitation. But no, there isnt even stuff to clean the keyboards you have to use to sign the waver.The employees do not wear masks. When they handle all food and beverages, because of corona, everyone should have a mask when they are a employee. Masks are not required in any way.This is a brewing ground for corona that shouldnt be allowed in this year. The owners couldnt care less about their employees or customers health, and shouldnt get any business.Edit: House of air replied. They are the parasite that whispers to you that you need them.

Parents and Grandparents be aware of the danger of dropping your kids off for a session or party. This place is dangerous because it is understaffed. Anyone off the street can walk in the door and blend into the crowd when there is no one at the front counter. The staff at the Cafe is handling money when people pay them and then handling food and drinks all without wearing face coverings. The kids take their shoes off and place them on the tables which are for eating, and nobody is sanitizing the tables. Social distancing is impossible and face masks are not required, but socks are. Of course a series of Waivers are required to be signed, but there is no crowd control. On Saturday, August 15Th, the place actually closed early when Crowley police officers were called after three attempted fights. The kids run outside to see whats happening and then come back in. OMG, the germs! After the third time, the police were called.

Always Always Always a great time! Fun place, clean and great staff. I just recently had my sons birthday party at their facility and the entire process was a great experience and we all had a blast!

Clean, kids had a blast, music not too loud. We will be back!! Food and coffee are not the best but thats not what they advertise. They are the best trampoline park weve been to!!

This park is very clean and the staff are very nice i bought the year pass and it is super good if you like this park. In my opinion its is a lot better than urban air. And its super sick when the lights are off.

My 12 yr old met up with some friends last night for the first time visiting house of air. The facility was awesome, great fun place for kids to be kids. My son wants to go back again and again. I had a good impression from the staff members and felt that the kids were safe. We need more places like this in general for safe hangouts to keep kids off their phones and socializing with each other. Staff member Josh did a great job of mixing fun with enforcing the rules.

Havent been yet but after reading the reviews we are going here!! We will only visit businesses without mask requirements:)

I’m not sure why you would give a place a one star because you weren’t happy with the age limit. But anyways, my 8 year old has visited a lot of different parks in the area and this one is really nice and he is enjoying it. Great obstacle course and climbing wall plus it’s super clean and hopefully the management keeps it that way. Way to go Crowley and House of Air for the awesome gym for our children to enjoy.

So I want to say that we went to House of air trying to find a cleaner trampoline park. The house of air was very clean staff was very friendly and prices were competitive. However I will not be coming back there because in my view skulls on the walls dripping blood ,ACDC playing highway to hell, and guns n roses singing Paradise City to six-year-olds is totally inappropriate. It may be fun and get great reviews but we are teaching our kids the wrong morals.

After we had booked a party at another place they cancelled on us 1 hour before our party. I called The House of Air and was able to book a party. They took great care of us. We really appreciate it.

As a fun little treat for my 2 kids I took them to House of air on Wednesday, July 31 about 6:30pm when we came to the door there was a note on the door that said they’d be closing at 7pm for a private party. We went ahead and went inside and asked if they did half hour prices since they were closing early. We were told that a full hour was $11.99 and if we want to jump for the 30 minutes it would be $10 a person. We were not happy that we got a $1.99 discount and cheated out of a half hour, So we left and my 2 kids cried!! The fun little treat turned into a disaster!! Thanks so much!!

This was our first time here. We brought our 19 month old and he had a blast! Our son was able to run around and jump in the area designated for little ones. He also had so much fun in the fort playground. Cant wait to go back!

This location is great the employees here are super friendly and willing to help if needed it is the cheapest of the local trampoline parks and the cleanest of the ones I’ve been too. Would definitely come back!!!!

The place is great but staff is another story. I have been here on two separate occasions and both times the staff did a horrible job. Staff walking the floor are constantly looking down at their phones. No one enforces the rules and the kids do as they please. Kids are climbing on the very top of their obstacle courses where they should not be and staff just walks by saying nothing.

Place was super clean! My 5 year old had a blast. He was actually in awe the whole time. Getting him to leave was the worst part. Pretty sure he would have stayed the night if he could. We will be booking his birthday party here for sure.

Great place for kids to exercise and have a fantastic time doing it! And, just as important, a place for parents to wait comfortably, with decent food and wifi and four TVs. My son is 11 years old. This is perfect for him. I could see him fairly easily most of the time from my seat in the cafe. Im so very glad this place is here in Crowley TX!!! Thank you!

Close to home and quite unique equipment. A great variety of activities for kids including jungle gym. Id suggest benches by the trampolines so parents can watch there kids.

Booked party table for my daughters birthday. All I had to do was bring the cupcakes and they took care of thr rest.

Not good place

I think this place beats all other trampoline parks. Food was good and I agree with one review about employees being on their phone when they are suppose to be monitoring kids jumping safely. The two employees were on the clock when we got their at 530 pm. They were just standing there talking with each other and constantly on their phones. Oh I would suggest hair nets in the kitchen. But overall it is nicer than other places we been. And u cant beat their prices.

Its clean and staff is helpful from previous experiences. But on 12/12/18, I took my daughter to jump and they were closed. We got there at 6:30, so an hour and a half early. No note, nothing was changed on google or their actual website.

Honestly one of the best experiences for my kid. We had a blast here, facilities are clean. Staff is super friendly, and just great time for family overall. The age limit is necessary just for safety, I wouldn’t want a huge teenager falling on my two year old. I highly recommend it.

This place has everything you need for a fun time! The trampolines are fantastic and the Ninja Course is amazing! The staff was very friendly and helped with what we needed. They even have a nice cafe area for parents to relax while their kids jump. Definitely would recommend.

Customer service is terrible went to the concession stand per the receipt Chris L was the one who checked me out and didn’t say one word to me even after I said hi ordered what I needed and thanked him. He gave me my receipt and started helping someone else. As far as the place goes great for kids

Generally a nice spot to take grandkids to...they have fun...but staff ran them off the trampolines 15 mins early from when their two hours were up which I did not appreciate AT ALL since its so expensive to begin with! Grandkids are aged 10 and 7, so not big, intrusive kids or anything like that.

This place is so fun! I went here with my friend this summer and my cousins today and we had so much fun jousting and doing flips on the tumble track!

We were so excited to come here since it’s right down the street from our house. We were under the impression that this was a trampoline park for all ages however we quickly learned that it’s only good for ages 7 and up. They have what they call a “safe place” for Children 55in and under which is a literally a glorified playground. We didn’t come for a playground we came for the trampolines but the only trampolines we were allowed to be on for ages 6 and under is dodge ball. I’m sure it’s great for 7 and up but don’t waste your time or money if your child is 6 and under.

Staff does not enforce the rules! Adults are playing without paying, there’s a section to where you can only enter if you are under 42” and big kids are in their, told staff and they just walked away. Need more adult staff because these kids are not cutting it! I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE COUPONS, I JUST ACCEPTED THEM BUT ALL HE DID WAS GIVE ME EXCUSES. HE LISTENED TO ME BUT I COULD TELL HE REALLY DIDNT CARE, IF ANYTHING HE WAS BEING POLITE, WHICH I APPRECIATE. AS I EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS HE WAS VERY DISMISSIVE. I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND THE CONCERNS ARE THE SAME. GIVING ME TICKETS DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I COULD BARELY BE THEIR FOR THE HOUR I PAYED LET ALONG 3 HOURS. I WILL MOST LIKELY GIVE THE TICKETS AWAY. THANKS BUT NO THANKS

Just visited House Of Air, Crowley TX. Beautiful facility with great activities! It was extremely hot in there. It made the experience for my kids not as fun. We ordered 1 hotdog that took 20 minuets to make though no one was ahead of us in line.. but it was fresh and well made. Also I had a large group of kids with me 8 in all and by the time I got them all checked in and paid for it was well after 2pm but at 3pm on the dot they called to end jump time.. for as much as I paid I don’t think that’s right!! Round up not down! They have some work to do but has the potential to be a great place.

This is our first visit. Already I like how clean it is and it doesnt smell like rubber and feet. My 16 and 13 year old enjoyed it, especially coming on a Tuesday with hardly anyone here.Heres what I dont like. As Im standing by the freestyle area watching my daughter climb the wall, I notice an employee who is clearly not doing her job. She has what appears to be a boyfriend or a friend that is a boy hanging out here and the conversation is not kid friendly...at least coming from the friend. If she isnt talking to him, she is on her phone. I work with kids so this is a total red flag for me. No, the place isnt busy, but I had to stop a little girl from almost getting jumped on by my daughter who was about to fall from the top of the climbing wall. I understand teenagers are probably the only people you can get in a job like this, but they shouldnt be aloud phones or friends on the clock.

This was my first trampoline park experience and I can honestly say it was amazing! The traverse climbing wall was my favorite and there are so many other super fun attractions. The staff is so friendly and helpful I cant wait to come back here.

Place itself is fun but the untrained and non-chalant support staff / check in process is so broken it overshadows the experience. I suggest driving to a real trampoline park and avoid this cauldron of chaos.

It’s okay but if you have smaller children it’s best to go around opening time cause if you don’t bigger kids will run over your smaller ones staff will do nothin because they are more on their phones then anything they only talk to you when your times is up I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have 3 or 4 yr olds.

Thank you for updating your policies! I have four children ages 4 thru 11 and was disappointed that my 4 year old could not play with her big sisters when we first visited. Our overall experience was great. The staff were very kind and professional and our kids had a blast. Will be returning.

Only good for your children if they’re over 7. Took my 4 year old with the impression that it was a trampoline park like all the rest in the area, but better because it’s up the street from where we live, and then we were so let down to find out that it is pretty much an inside park that you have to pay for if your child is under a certain height. All the bigger kids, over 55inches, were able to jump but if your child is under the age of 6, don’t waste your money!! We will continue driving to others in the metroplex.

It’s a good place to bring your kids, but the service and staff are very unorganized and uncoordinated. From when you walk in, to even getting a pizza, it is very slow service.

I really like the trampolines, totally recommended for people who likes to jump on trampolines

I took my 13 year old son and 3 of his friends and they loved House Of Air in Crowley Tx. Its so nice to have something closer to home for the kids to go and do. The Ninja Warrior course is fun and the boys loved seeing who could do it better. They also have a climbing wall and dodgeball and a special area for the little ones to play and jump. While I waited for the boys I sat in the seating area by the snack bar. They offered free samples of the pizza they serve. If youre looking for a fun time visit House Of Air.

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! We just did my sons birthday party there today and everyone had a great time!!! Their customer service is excellent!!! EVERYONE up to the supervisor treated us with such courtesy, and we were always greeted with a smile! Yall definitely have my business!!!

Some friends and I took our toddlers here to play and we all loved it! There are different sections for the kids to play in and the facility is very clean. We will be coming back!

This place will not make it another year. First and last time ever coming here back to Mansfield we go to jump or off cherry ln. customer service was horrible . My children are 2 years old I sat by the entrance of their bounce area and was asked to move due to being over 42 inches my two children were the only kids jumping and I was holding a one month old due to they have no seating in front of my kids area. I had to pay for me to stand and watch them so I cut their all day pass short and we left . Went to flight deck 30 minutes later and were able to bounce with them and let them have a lil fun before dark came. Should put on door this Place is NOT TO ACCOMMODATE SMALL KIDS️

Nice facility, nice staff. Big problem is food takes forever to make with no line, food is TERRIBLE. Pretzel and fries are disgusting, chicken tenders are the cheapest grocery store quality. Not whole chicken and taste absolutely disgusting.

The restroom was a mess no tissue just NASTY!!!! They have flat soda and had the nerves to to give me my drink without ice and stated they didnt want to keep me waiting this is the 2nd time I have came here I would not advise anyone I come disappointed

My kids and I have been excited to come here, and upon arrival, we were told my 3 year old daughter would not be able to jump on any trampoline, but instead sit in the soft play area. I had to break my childrens heart while standing at the counter. Why make a trampoline park for children only 5 and up?...not to mention, charge me $16.00 for only one hour.. We didnt even get to experience the place. I strongly recommend Flight Deck over this place. It may be an extra drive, but at least your smaller chilldren will get to have their own small trampoline area to bounce in as well.. Such a disappointment.

Great place

This is not a standard trampoline park... with an American Ninja Warrior style obstacle course, rock climbing wall, and designated trampoline time for younger kids, the whole family will have a great time! This place has brand new equipment and friendly staff, and the kids are already asking to go back.

Ive been to pretty much all the other ones around DFW and this one is probably the nicest facility that Ive been to however the prices are almost double of anywhere else around. It was over $20 for my 6 year old to jump which is a bit ridiculous.

I just got to experience the HOA Crowley soft opening! It was amazing! Everything was so well done, the staff was great, and Best Anerican has certainly helped create another masterpiece! I participated in every attraction and had an absolute blast! I can’t wait to go back with friends and my kiddo!

Expensive and no where to chill for onlookers aka parents! They NEED seating where we can watch our kiddos jump, backflip, climb etc. For as much as they charge $58 for 3 kids this place should be able to afford some comfortable seating up above.

Small. Everyone have to pay the same price but is limited to where they can jump. Staff stand at the front desk judging rude lots of eye rolls. I asked for the manger Daniel he was no where to be found. My kids will never return. Dont believe the website it is absolutely miss leading.

I was totally looking forward to this place opening up so Id have somewhere closer to take the kids. During my first visit, I was told to come back during toddler times M-W-F from 10am-12pm so my children could jump since they were under three. Needless to say, I came back on a Wednesday at around 10:20am and the place was not even opened. I tried calling and nobody picked up (No one EVER picks up). We waited 15-20 minutes before deciding to go elsewhere. This place is so unprofessional and a waste of time! Plus, there are several different fees depending on how long you want to jump. That could get expensive super quickly for families with more children.

My 7yo loves it! He has a blast playing dodgeball and I think the ninja warrior course is pretty awesome! We’re considering hosting a bday party here this summer as well! Yes, the staff is primarily high school aged but I’m glad they have an opportunity to build up some work experience here. Hopefully they can be coached up by their manager. I’m just happy to have a nice air conditioned place to let my child play! I hope HOA is here to stay!!

Grandson was picked on by older kids while staff stood talking and playing on phone. One staff member had his pants lowered below his butt exposing shorts. Asked Mgmt to have him fix the problem and took nearly 30 mins before it was addressed. They need to take their jobs more seriously if they plan to stay open. This grandmother won’t take kids there anymore!

This place is so unorganized as far as staff and customer service. Its staffed by almost entirely high school kids who have no inyerest in enforcing the while we were there I had to enforce their rules for the sfety of my kids. Its too expensive and restrictive to be taking smaller children which was not clearly explained on the website. When i tried to express my complaints to the manager she just stared at me blankly and quickly dismissed us, for the price paid to attend for one hour it was far beyond disappointing and we left we were tired from trying to keep our children following their rules for the safety of our group and those around us, while the staff stood around talking to each other or leaning on rails with whistles in their mouth watching people break the very rules that were explained to us. We wont be going back here, and will in fact do our best to discourage anyone else we know from wasting their money on this lawsuit waiting to happen.

Those cashiers need to learn what customer service really is. My friend and I went in there to check it out on opening day, we got stared at and no hellos from anyone. That says a lot about who they hire.

My main issue with House of Air is that all their staff is comprised of teenagers. So when we first arribed, the girl running the counter kept stumbling over all of her words, wasnt speaking up and we had to keep asking her to repeat herself because not only was she not speaking loudly enough, but she wasnt explaining anything clearly.Then, once we got up with the jump area, all the teenagers called the flight crew were lounging around on their phones acting absolutely miserable. This is what teally ticked me off...ONE TEENAGER WHO ARRIVED FOR SHIFT HALF AN HOUR BEFORE OUR TIME WAS UP WAS WALKING OVER TO HOS ASSIGNED AREA, AND WHILE WALKING, WAS TELLING HIS COWORKERS HOW BADLY HE DIDNT WANT TO BE HERE...THAT GOT OUR ATTENTION, SO WE KEPT WATCJWAT HIM. AS HE ARRIVED OVER TO HIS AREA, HE MADE EYE CONTACT WITH A FEMALE COWORKER, AND IMITATED ***CUTTING HIS WRISTS*** AS A WAY TO SHOW JUST HOW BADLY HE DIDNT WANT TO BE HERE.This place is full of kids...are you kidding me???!! This teenage boy is white, skinny, grey basketball shorts, and has a man bun going on with his hair. He should not be allowed to work here. I honestly cant believe my eyes when I saw him do that.Todays date: July 6th, 5:40pm.

I have been to this place twice and both times the staff has been unhelpful and somewhat rude. Very disappointing.
