If youve got bored kids and some money to burn. This is an okay option. The games were kind of expensive for what they were and super skimpy on prize tickets. This may be a limitation set by the manufacturer or by Chuckles; I cant be sure. The prizes seem over priced as well. As long as youre just looking for a way to get the kids out and arent concerned with getting anything tangible back, this place is fine.

Love this place. Visited while on vacation with my family. We enjoyed a lot! The staff is super nice. The place is well maintained and we loved the minigolf with a special touch of the word of God to inspire. Definitelt will be back when we come again to Tennessee

Amazing awesome fun center. The go carts was so fun and the arcade is pretty massive in game choice. Very clean and friendly workers.

Ill start out by saying the customer service here was excellent! The attractions however dont have a long shelf life, a few things were out of order. The food was good though. Not a whole lot to entertain toddlers at this particular park however.

Came today to do go karts. My son, whos 9, loved it. We were so happy the youth karts werent super slow and as adults we had a lot of fun too!

Staff are super cool but they are hustling - management should add one or two people . Fun place with a small selection of video games but complimented by go carts, putt putt golf, build a bear station, and pizza specials.

Had my grandsons birthday party here and it was wonderful! Got the Jungle package and they decorated the room with Spiderman, supplied the cups and plates, got two pizzas, three pitchers of drinks and each kid got a pass for laser tag and a $10 card for game play. Cant wait to go back when its warmer to ride go karts, play put put golf and get in the batting cage! Staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was nice and clean!

This place is awesome! The customer service is out of this world. We were blessed by the sweet woman who took care of our family while we visited. We went for our daughters birthday and she had a blast. The arcade games work well and don’t take any credits from you- perhaps they fixed that issue as previously noted on other reviews. They have plenty of activities for any age group to have a wonderful experience. Definitely a great family place to go!

This place is so much fun !! The owners are awesome people and the food is really yummy too !! In these times when life is so stressful its nice to find a place where you can go have some fun and put things aside for awhile and do so thanks Chuckles

It was a lot of fun. If you’re coming to ride the go carts make sure you call ahead. Had to wait the first time and the second time was not running the because of the weather. Lots of games you pay to play but some have tickets. You can eat there but no outside food. I would go back.

This was so much fun! We get the opportunity to meet the owner while we were there. She was so sweet and helpful and shared the story of how Chuckles came to be. She has such a wonderful heart for people. I really hope this please continues on for years to come.

Never had been here. Stopped here to pick up a nephew for the weekend. Service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care, finding a resolution for any issue encountered. 1

Dec 31 was my son 10 birthday and took him up there and he had a blast ,I highly recommend it for any and all kids to try it ,its actually better than chunky cheese

The games are overpriced and they gipped us on our tickets! We had over 279 tickets (that was just from two games) and they said we only had 264. We only got two candies.. such a rip off. The games barely gave any tickets and cost too much for an arcade. Do not recommend at all. We drove an hour to go. The local bowling alley arcade was much more worth it.

Love this place! The games are all rather new and work well. They have laser tag and a party room upstairs. The pizza was great and didnt take long to be brought to the table. We played a round of mini-golf also and had a great time! The course is in good shape, there are big fish in the ponds and at every hole, there is a bible verse which was so refreshing to see in a public place. The owner was extremely nice and all her employees are friendly, polite, and helpful. I was also really impressed by the lovely landscaping everywhere.Also, (and this may be a bigger deal to females in general) the restroom were the cleanest I have ever seen in any restaurant. We will definitely go back there the next time we are in Crossville!

Affordable Family Fun, I took my youngest son there today for his 3rd birthday and he loved it.

Loved my experience here great for kids and parents who dont want to have to watch there children while they have good fun the arcade was phenomenal and and me and my wife loved the mini golf the employees are more than wonderful and so helpful highly recommend this place for a good day of family fun

What an awesome place!!!! Mini golf course is well designed and good fun. Game room was a blast for the kids. Unfortunately the gokarts were shutdown for the season when we were there.

I love that it had scriptures before you golfed each hole. It definitely is the Bible Belt. It was refreshing

The game room is indoors. When you Google indoors mini golf, Chuckles pops up. It was not indoors. 90+ but we drove 35 miles just to mini golf, so played in the heat.

Laser tag is the best. Chuckles is jungle themed all over. There is mini golf, go karts, laser tag, an arcade, and amazing dining area. The landscaping is just gorgeous with all the ponds, koi, flowers, and jungle decor. Such a fun place to take family and friends. The service was great and everyone was kind.

Good place to relax on a Sunday afternoon

Very fun for kids and adults and not expensive. I live an hour and a half away and I drive to the town just to go here. Loved golf, the games, and especially the pizza!

My husband, son, and I love this place, even though my husband did have a bad experience once. I wasnt with him so I cant really judge it, but hes not a huge complainedr when it comes to things like this!! Thats my department lol. All I can say is I was happy they refunded him his money. My son still has tickets to spend sooooo we will in fact be going again pretty soon!!!

Not sure if family owned and operated or not, but sure seems that way. Really clean, lots of options, fair prices and friendly staff. In town for vacation and was happy to find this as a way to get out of the condo. Highly recommend, the lazer tag is top notch.

This place is very fun they even have adult go-karts laser tag Games for your kids and adults its fun take your kids there I took my daughter for her birthday it was so much fun I did better than her and she was upset but I gave her the tickets and we got a stuffed animal they even worked with us cuz we have a few tickets to that was so awesome you can even make your own stuffed animal play laser tag in the dark and they even give you your own laser tag name everybody gets their own name it is so great please try it out and its not that bad for pricing

An awesome place to spend the day! Staff are very nice, food was good and reasonably priced. Arcade is well kept with new machines and a good variety. Miniature golf course was fun and challenging. Go carts were fast enough for our 11 -14 year olds to have fun, but slow enough we didnt have to worry about them getting hurt. I asked my son to compare Chuckles laser tag to the one in Gatlinburg, he said hands down that Chuckles was better. He really liked the fact that the laser tag room was 2 stories. This was money well spent and we will definitely be back!

This place is an amazing for a day outing for any age or occasion! The food is beyond amazing, the friendliest staff and really affordable prices. We were visiting from NC and played golf, which is a beautiful course with beautiful landscaping and really amazing fish in ponds. We did their version of build a bear and again wasnt disappointed. Lazer tag was so much fun and the pizza is the best you can eat!! Cant wait to come back and play soon!!

The pizza was good, friendly staff, clean place. We did not use the outdoor facilities. Fun place for both of my kids in the arcade though.

Fun!! Better than we expected. Weve been to lots of places like this around the United States, but this was definitely my favorite! Very clean and well taken care of.

The kids and I had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, I didnt approve of the many phallic shaped greens on the religious putt-putt course.
