Its clean. Food is excellent for a bowling alley and they serve beer and wine. The best part is when they return to full service they have a full service bar and a lot of food options. They are working with appointment only and doing the best they can. Continue to support. We have to grab our laughs when we can.

First time here ...I had a bunch of questions the staff answered patiently; theyre very knowledgeable. Respect to how they handled the masses for their Galaxy bowl. Everyone had a great time! DJ had the place hip hoppin! Our teens were dancing well into 1am. Wouldnt have expected that :)

My family and I had a great time, we held my niece sweet 16 birthday get together with a small group because of covid-19 restrictions & we made the best of it. Family friends bowling & food, good times.

My family and I have visited this place many times over the last 8 or 9 years and we love it! There isnt one bad thing to say honestly. Ive had my sons birthday party here one year and the service was phenomenal! The food is delicious, not like typical bowling alley food. The prices for everything there is very reasonable and the staff are very helpful and professional!

Friendly staff. Pricing was a little weird, u pay per hour instead of per game. They didnt play music which was a bummer because that adds to the fun of bowling.

Tons of lanes and very family friendly. A few computer glitches when we started as their system is not the easiest or most modern, but a great family experience. Only negative was high food prices, but thats typical. The busiest bowling alley I have been too, but still not crowded. We look forward to going back.

We had so much fun! It was crowded as it was on a Friday night and a few bowling leagues were there but we were able.to reserve two lanes for two hours. They had a drop device for kids and were able to put up bumpers as well. They were understaffed when it came to food but the one gentleman that was there was very attentive and remembered everything. It was great!

Pretty good. Not too crowded during lunch hour in Saturday. Overall clean and functional. Staff is pretty fast with getting your lane setup also.

Fun had by all. I liked the card room. It added variety to the activity in the bowling alley if you need a break.

Clean, convenient, and the machanics is easy to operate. The front desk staff is amazing. The staff at the concession area isnt friendly at all. None of them so I dont but food in order to have a pleasant bowling experience.

We had an absolute ball and I couldnt believe I finally won a game my first time doing it .

They were out of Pepsi, and werent getting any until Wednesday (we were there on Sunday). We were attending a birthday party, and they shut the games off right at the time. Which I guess is how its done, but many kids were upset. I would gladly have paid for another 20 minutes so the kids could finish, but maybe they had another party, I dont know.

I love this place, I bowl for hours with my friends & family the atmosphere is pleasant the food is also good I recommend this bowling alley to anyone who loves to bowl

Nice Place first time there.

It was my 1st there and we had fun and those long island ice teas and jack and cokes were da bomb!! My son and sister said that the party wings were fried too hard and they couldnt eat them.

The manager Mark who works on Fridays takes advantage of larger groups and over charges them, offering reasonable prices to groups of 2 or 3 but inflating prices for groups over 4. He charged our group of 6 triple what he charged a party of 3 that came after us even though there only an hour left to bowl he charged us for unlimited bowling. Then shut the lanes off after 1 hour even though there was not a crowd waiting for the next ticketed event. He got on the loud speaker and insisted everyone line up at the entrance and clear the lanes. It was a very bizarre way to attempt to control the bowlers. Everyone in the bowling alley looked confused. The security at the door looked nervous. We had kids with us and they asked what was happening. We wont go back here. What he did was a terrible way to do business making us feel like we werent wanted or valued. They want to take advantage and get the money but could care less about your experience and fairness. Shame on you Mark and the management that hired you. Shouldnt treat people like that.

Nice lanes, and didnt see anyone needing assistance. It appeared that all bowlers were having a terrific time.

The lanes were alittle to greasy, every time the ball return it was covered in grease, the food was good and speedy , we went on a sunday night not crowded at all.. the only thing is it needs more music! Maybe some lights? Make it alittle more hype to bowl!

My family and I have been visiting this bowling center for over 20 years now, and it has always been a great place to have good, clean fun.We last visited for Fathers Day 2018. Our family had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. This has been the experience for each and every visit. We consistently receive great service and plan to go back real soon.

League bowling is great depending on if its organized.1st experience with bowling party not the best. Getting charged to bowl on busted lanes every couple frames on timed bowling should be a refund or extended time. Croton has its issues but overall a decent house.

The place was just right, it was clean and the price was good. It wasnt crowded, which was perfect - we got a lane instantly and was bowling. The food was good since I just had my kids (although one of them is 21) and they said the pizza was ok, not anything great but good enough. Its good for parties and they have video games as well and televisions so entertainment for everyone.

Its a pretty cool bowling alley. A little outdated but the prices are reasonable. The food is just average I like that it has a bar the arcade is kind of cheesy and expensive but its okay.

The atmosphere was great with 100% customer service. Food and fun for everyone!!!

Crofton bowling center had amazing lanes great staff to talk with and they were very helpful. One of my favorite bowling alleys that Ive been to since coming to the new state in Maryland. I didnt try the food but they had a great pooking bar and grill that can turn up any night shift!!Thank you guys! You were amazing!!

Nestled right off of RT 450, this alley is a nice spot to go to for a date night, childrens birthday party, or a fun outing for adults! Ill start with the shoes! Black shoes and actually comfortable! Not hard sole. And a green stripe to the side and youd think they were Gucci shoes! Nice bar and food selections as well. TVs here and cool scoring display on the lanes as well. Decent customer service. Overall chill place to bowl.

We held our daughters 12th birthday party at the Crofton Bowling Centre this year. There was a total of 25 kids not including the 20 adults. When we ordered food for the party each time we had to walk over to get the food ourselves while hosting. On top of that there was no free refills for the fountain drinks. We were charged for every single pitcher. When we brought this to the managers attention he did not seem to care. We have held her birthday parties at many different venues including other Bowling Alleys and we have received much better services and accommodations. The Bowling was fine. I would not return to this location for large parties in the future as a result of the past experience and lack of service provided.

I reserved a lane for a kids birthday party. Everything went according to plan with the center. Staff were nice and helpful. From some reason they do not bring your food to the lane on sundays, which was a bit difficult for me being the only adult at the party, but it worked out in the end. Lots of bowling balls with a variety of sizes and weights. The kids enjoyed the pizza.

Its a bowling alley. Its pretty much the same as most other bowling alleys. Smells like used shoes and stale food. Their website is up to date and you can book a lane online. Not the fanciest place around, but its a good standard set of lanes.

Clean and bright bowling center, excellent for leagues but good for recreational bowling also. Brunswick-based lanes dont have the latest bells and whistles, but are well maintained. Good bar and snack bar. Great pro shop.

Went to this bowling alley during a school trip and its a very good place to visit

My husband came here on a Tuesday midday and were surprised how busy it was! Definitely call ahead before heading over-the-counter we got lucky, and there were only two lanes open. The place was clean, and the woman at the shoe desk even let me exchange sizes a few times, because the shoes were so big. All of this said, I only bowled an 84, but I had a blast doing it

Fun place. Not overly expensive if you dont go on the weekend. They have some good specials as well.

Enjoyed the afternoon with my family. The only issues I had were the holes in most of the balls were small, and they dont allow you to finish your game, even if you game is close to being finished. If your time for your lane had expired, your game is over. The food and drinks were reasonably priced.

Went here on a date. Really chill and lots of fun. If you are looking for drinks this place has it. I had a really good time being there.

Clean and great fun for all. Decent lounge too. Perfect for kids birthday parties. Lanes are clean and well lit. Place is well maintained. Restrooms were clean! Tvs too if the game is one. A great spot for the whole family in Crofton.

The people at the service desk were nice and efficient. The hour rate special was a good deal. We had a fun time. Just know that Thursday night is league night so no open bowling until about 10pm.

Very nice bowling alley, but shame on them for charging $15 per person for a blind person and three 70+ year old grandparents who traveled from out of state, just to come into the building to share in a birthday surprise celebration for a younger family member. I understand the need to want to control the crowds, but you really need to have some alternate policies for different circumstances. We had already prepaid a few hundred dollars in reserved lanes. Disappointed....

We enjoy coming here. Even though its far from the house, its a great experience. The drinks are good and the dj is pretty good.

My favorite bowling alley around this area. The lanes are very nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a full bar inside. The game prices are on the fairly cheap side. Their midnight bowling from 10 to 2AM is a great experience for a very reasonable price. I visit this bowling alley at least once a week.

My friends and I had so much fun. It wasnt about bowling for me, because Im not that good at it, but being there with my friends was great. We all had a wonderful time and the staff was very nice.

What a well-maintained, family friendly place! It was so nice to be in a place of business where the folks who run the establishment treat customers like they actually want them to have a good time. And a good time was certainly had by all!

They have excellent security and the facility is very clean. I felt safe while having a great time with friends and family. It was a great dating atmosphere.

I really enjoy coming here with my friends and others. I always have a great time and the environment is a rush! The princes are reasonable for their games, shoe rentals, and drinks/food. I definitely suggest you all come here. Sometimes, the game can hang, and the technicians needs to fix the pins and reset the round- therefore the 4 of 5 stars.
