Rollies of Crofton is fun for my 4 yr. old overall and mostly clean. There are some minor building maintenance issues and some items in the gym should made to be more safe for children. Im rating 4 stars because its comvient to my house. Would give 5 stars if place was more organized.

5/5 would recommend for your child’s birthday party! I had my son’s 2nd birthday party here a few weeks ago and from the time we walked in until the time we left, the staff was amazing! They were all friendly, made it a point to remember the children’s names, and were so helpful (everything from setting up decorations to passing out food) that I actually got to have fun with my son. I would also like to mention that they began cleaning/disinfecting as soon as they they transitioned everyone out of the play area. Thank you once again for making my son’s birthday amazing!!

I love love this place. Myself and other members of my family continue to have parties here for our children. The only request that I have is to consider the option of a longer play time...with a price of course!

I was watching my granddaughter, age 20 months, for a week and we came to open gym every day! The one large room layout was perfect for keeping an eye on her. Each day seemed new because the kids and play items changed. The staff on site are ready to assist and rescue the kids if needed. I didn’t have to climb into the bouncy castle!! I love that I could access this site on a short term basis without a membership!! Thank you for a great experience!!

A great place to have a childs party. We attended a party for a four year old boy and our son had a great time. There is a foam pit, bounce houses, a zip line, climbing equipment, a long trampoline, balance beams, climbing wall and a big open floor for the parachute or other kids games. The party hosts provide their own food but the staff help set up and clean up.

From the time you walk in the door to the time that you leave the staff is super friendly and happy to see you. The preschool program is a great hands on learning environment with a lot of movement and play. I always recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks for being such a great safe place to play at!

A safe, fun place for my toddler to run and jump. I brought my two-year-old for open play. At first glance it doesn’t look like much but my kid really enjoyed himself. I wish there was more for young children but it’s a gym and has what a kids gym should. $10 for the hour and it was worth it. My child was worn out after 45 minutes.

I loved this place!I needed somewhere to take my 9 month old and 2 year old, to let off some energy and this place did just that. I took them to open gym play for an hour, which was only $10 and my little man was free. It was worth every penny. My daughter explored every part of that gym and within 45 minutes she was crying because she was tired and ready to go. As soon I put them both in the car, they fell right to sleep.I also want to say the staff was very polite and helpful throughout our entire visit. They were always willing to give a hand when one of my kids were crying or getting into something.

All in all, this place was a major disappointment with absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!!My granddaughter was enrolled here and going twice a week. I often arrived early to pick her up and was a bit uncomfortable about the staff member in the gym. I observed my granddaughter, on more than one occasion, being asked to share a toy or a relinquish a play area to another child, however the courtesy was not extended to her. She had to wait her turn until the other child to decide to move on to something else. Double standards. I observed, more than once, my granddaughter waiting for her turn to roll around in a giant roll thingie, only to be told gym time was over. Keep in mind all the others ahead of her in line were allowed to have a turn, but all of sudden when it’s the brown girl’s turn…. gym time is over. If this person was treating her this way in front of me, I shudder to think what was going on in my absence. One day while picking up my granddaughter, I was told by the so-called teacher, my granddaughter was forced to apologize to a boy who was bulling her and had grabbed her. I informed them this was not acceptable to teach the VICTIM to apologize. I requested they do not have her apologize in the future when she is being victimized. The teacher and office person (owner?) became argumentative and very unaccepting of my input and request. So much for this place aiding in raising strong minded women who know how to say no to being a victim. So much for improving a child’s self-esteem and embodying girl power from toddler years. This would have been a great opportunity for them to assist in instilling the strong woman mindset. It seems like they were put off by my strongminded and independent granddaughter; seemed more like they wanted to break her confidence and put her in her place instead of continuing to build it.Roll yourself right past this place and go elsewhere…anywhere else. They do not have your child’s best interest in mind. It’s all about them and how they want to treat your child. Appalling, awful, horrible, terrible.

Loved this experience for my 2 year old daughter and God son! Wanted to try it out once for potential Bday party venue and I think we have a winner! The lady there to help was very good with my little girl and even helped her walk the beam! She was attentive and willing to answer all questions. To me it appeared clean but with a gym smell...hope they can get that under control. We will return, its right across from my job.

Please do NOT believe the owners response on Alyssa Phillipss (myself) account. The owner is attempting to look like she is providing good customer service by offering my daughter to return to the program. When this incident occurred, the owner stated several times that my daughter was not welcomed in the pre-k program but we could attend open play-- the response was generic and didnt address the issue regarding re-victimizing the child. This was my daughters first experience with a school setting; and this place really turned her off to being excited about learning and attending school. It took several months and her attending another program, for her to want to re-engage in activities such as this. The owner DOES NOT value customer service. And this place does little for teaching children pre-k materials and is terrible with teaching proper social skills. So if you would like your child to be victimized and re-victimized-- send your child here. In an era, where the #metoo movement is so important-- teaching children that its ok to be a victim and if you are say sorry... is troubling. SHAME ON this place and its owner. Purely disgusting.---- RESPONSE TO THE OWNER---No, I did not say RP wasnt a good fit for her. YOU kicked her out without speaking to me. Once you kicked her out, you called me... and during that discussion- i spoke to you about making my daughter apologize when another child is being rude to her (revictimizing her). You stated that you did not believe it was revictimizing. I said I dont want my child to grow up being a person who says im sorry for every thing... its a weak characteristic.... and you stated, that your own children say sorry too much. I asked if you saw my point, you stated you did but Ava was still kicked out. I then stated that it was just as well, because I wouldnt want Ava exposed to those teachings. And yes, you did refund me for the 1 or 2 days that we used in January... Please dont make it seem as though you refunded me for the entire pre-k program. And you needed to refund me because we were kicked out and couldnt attend the program. Also sad to know that you have been involved with children for more than a decade, and thought it was ok to kick Ava out due to a normal child interaction- instead of teaching better behavior of the child that was bullying Ava. And yes, I will forever be upset that my childs first interactions with school, was this poorly ran business. And you are not sorry... so please dont we are sorry that you are still upset... I dont need a time frame (using the word still... is a little condescending), of when i should no longer be upset. Im upset and I will continue to let my friends, family, coworkers and strangers know the business practices of Rolly Pollies.

Terrible customer service. They have favorites. Owner of the business believes children should apologize even if they are being bullied... I explained to the owner that this teaches kids that they apologize even when they are the victim... which is typically a trait seen in women victimization. She agreed yet said- kids this young arent being victimized. The fact that she couldnt connect the dots was discouraging. The staff lies and make excuses for poor judgement. My daughter learned very little while attending this place. I have her in a new center-- excellent staff, she has fun and learns a lot while she is there for her 3 half days!! Amazing!Antiquated payment system.Terrible customer service... absolutely terrible. Feel free to reach out to me for additional information on this place. mrs.alyssa.phillips @ gmail

I was there for a party. The things most off putting was finding it. Google maps lead you to a business building thats not very active adjacent a very busy and colorful business center. Rollys isnt visible from the street and you have to drive around the back by the contruction to find it. More signage directing you to the suite would be helpful. The kids had a blast which i guess is all that really matters. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldnt suggest a large party size. We were a little cramped.

Im sure this is a great place, unfortunately, my son is EXTREMELY shy and didnt get a chance to enjoy it! I am writing a review based on our experience during the easter egg hunt. Im trying not to be that mom but I dont feel the egg hunt was executed very well. I work in day care and our easter egg hunts are very fair. (X amount of eggs per child) Rollie Pollies was a free for all (ages walking to 3 years) my son picked up 0 eggs while there were children running around with 10-15 eggs.. Granite the eggs were empty, there were goodie bag prizes given at the end but I had no idea. Since I had to pre register and pre pay I feel that there should have been instructions sent along with the invoice, such as, Bring your own basket, and the prizes will be given at the end at such and such location. It seems like a nice place otherwise, not sure if it is the place for us though!
