Nice clean theater. Its too bad more new movies arent coming out.

Went for an advance screening. The people were nice. The food was good and fresh, as well as the popcorn.

Love the cinema recliner seats,but the cash on cards to purchase food is a rip off! You leave money on cards then in order to add to purchase its 5.00 minimum well at the end of picture you stuck with $3 and change but not enough to purchase unless you add MORE..nope! Its House Rules on your spending there

The movie was cool but the sound was to high. Volume took away from the enjoyment. Service was good

This place is way out of my way but we had things to do in Creve Coeur. I really really like this theater. Very comfortable seats and they recline and have a warming feature. Concession line moved very quickly.

I visited this location 2 days ago to see “Just Mercy”. I purchased my tickets online but when I arrived to the theater my tickets wouldn’t take and there was a problem with the showing of the movie. It was then when I met Heather to report both problems. She made sure that I was able to see the movie and also gave great customer service when fixing these problems. She should be promoted for her awesomeness! I will be back at this location because of her.

I love this theater because it doesn’t have the glass in front of you. Also the seats are very comfortable. But they need to make sure the popcorn butter is always working properly.

The theater has been completely redone on the inside. The seats are now comfy recliners.Additionally, you pick your seat when you buy your ticket. If you buy your ticket online, this means your seat is reserved in advance, and you dont have to get to the theater super-early to get a good seat.

Seats were comfortable. Popcorn was old and cold. Soda machines were out. Staff acted like they couldnt be bothered.

New upgrades are good but they arent great. The recliners do not recline all the way which makes it honestly a little uncomfortable after sitting in them for a while. They should have used the same stile that they have at the streets of St. Charles theater.

First time to watch Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker. Great reclining/heated seats that are numbered so you can choose your seat in advance. They have a bar as well as the movie theatre basics. Sound was excellent for the theatre size. Parking is tight.

I will drive out of my way to avoid this theater but sometimes I just cant. It looks nice and butthr concessions are good but overall function is a hot mess. 1 time out of the ~6 Ive been here has everything actually worked--sometimes its the movie itself, sometimes its the ticketing. I was almost late to my movie because the kiosks didnt work and the lines were ridiculous with one person getting people in. management needs to it together if this is to be considered a decent theater. Maybe go look at the Marcus theaters for how a theater functions well because I will gladly drive farther and pay more to avoid this nonsense.

We saw Frozen 2 here and it was a great experience. It was busy, so the concession line took a while, but other than that, it was great. I wish they had more people working concessions. The seats are comfortable though, reclining and fairly spacious.

AMC 12 Creve Coeur is a really nice theater. Friendly employees. Always clean . Very comfortable adjustable heated upseats. Good food and drinks available. A great place to visit.

I havent been to this particular theater in years but they have really cleaned it up and bar is a great added feature. I just wish the chairs reclined a little more but the heated seat feature is great!

Very full parking lot on a Saturday night. I understand. Its Saturday night. Still inconvenient. The reclining seats dont go back very far and the foot rest doesnt go up far. Ive never experienced this in this type of seating. The restrooms were clean and overall it was a good experience. If you are close to another theater you might want to check it out and compare the 2.

The kitchen is closed. There are no real concessions available. There is no way the theatre is compensating for this lack of service. No notice. Not even an apology. Go elsewhere

Employees were nice but I do not like the new recliners. They seem to be a a bit smaller and they way they recline is weird . They do not go up that far and the back goes to an odd position when fully opened.

Seating is comfortable. Very good escape. Memorable movies and movie experience.

Went to go see Bad Boys 2 for life. Set up on the very top row was it able to see very well seats very comfortable big and spacious was able to lean back and put the feet up just a little bit no problem hearing.

Not sure why they removed the sign from the front of the building but if you didnt know where this was it could be hard to figure out. We saw frozen 2 here and it was a fun time. Relatively clean. The popcorn was okay but didnt seem super fresh.

Do not enforce A List line. Kiosks to get prepaid tickets did not work. No one inside to scan so you get to wait with everyone buying tickets. No ushers so when the guy in front of me started vaping, I would have to miss the movie to report it, if I could find anyone. Bathroom soap dispenser was empty during the first movie of the day. Seats were nice.

Refused to accept my state-issued driver’s license as valid form of ID to prove I’m 21. Refused to even scan it. Absolutely ridiculous and did not have a good experience because of this.

Dirty and smells. You would think with the prices they charged someone could clean up the place. Every refreshment area was not clean and seem very unhealthy

This is a great place to see a movie and a bit cheaper prices for matinees than places inside St Louis proper.

Its the typical AMC theater. Nice thing about this particular location is the heated seats. Not across the entire place but Im sure theyll get there eventually. Although I do have to say that the seating adjustments are a bit odd but not too hard to figure out.

The new seats are extremely comfortable and heated however the rest of the theater appears to have gone downhill. We arrived pretty early for our movie and were sitting in the lobby. We noticed 2 sets of people coming up to the customer service area and the lady handling the situations was rude and unprofessional. We got popcorn that was stale and the girl went to go fill it up again with the same stash. We had to wait 10 minutes for fresh popcorn and it still wasnt good. The floor by the butter stand was messy and when we came out of the movie it was still there. The bathrooms had tissues all over the stall floors. They were really crowded so the fact that they werent frequently cleaning or popping popcorn was odd. The prices have also gone up grossly. over $11.00 for a ticket before 6pm is ridiculous!

I really like AMC. but the new chairs here are not that great. They dont recline as far, the foot rest doesnt go up a far. So I go out to St Charles. But even there the chairs are a little beat up. And Olive 16 is even worse.

Love going to the movies? Me too. AMC Classic 12 is a great theater. With of course all the latest movies, good theater food and a courteous staff. Ive always enjoyed going to this location. There is plenty of food choices right there next to the theater to have dinner and a movie. Stubs membership is something I would recommend even if just a basic membership. It pays off for anyone who enjoys going to movies often. Oh yeah, $5 Tuesdays. Cant beat that. I would definitely recommend this location.

With comfy seats and a good view of the screen from everywhere, this theater captures the classic cinema feel.

They have renovated since my last visit, the seats are now comfortable recliners that also warm up...yay. Their $5 Tuesdays are the best, on the other hand, Uncut Gems, was one of the most stressful movies I have ever seen.

The theatre is comfortable. There is never enough staff and the drink area is always a mess. Theres soda on the floor, napkins everywhere, and always out of lemonade.

Pretty standard theater, has everything you need to have a decent experience. However the reclining seats dont recline fully. The max it can recline leaves you in an actually kind of uncomfortable position.

Im not crazy about this movie theater at all. We had to wait so long because the line being long. Only 1 person at the window. The manager had to help n she was working 2 counters. We didnt order our tickets in advance wrong thing to do.....no seats but in front of the screen. Its always packed and busy and to me they cant care for customers because its so busy......idk but we left.. ..and went somewhere else. We tried to see 3 movies but it didnt work out.

We had a great time, there are other places to eat on this lot as well. We got out tickets. Went and ate Then went and enjoyed the movie. We will be going back.

When are you going to lower your prices on tickets as well as candy, popcorn.and drinks?? Its so sad to see your prices for children Adults and especially SENIORS. Most people are not going to your theaters simply because of your exhorbitant prices. For the most part we are justworking people who would love to go and enjoy a movie with there lovedone, and families.

Who knew movie theaters filled uo like that these days. Well it was The Avengers. The concession line was not long but seemed to take a long time. Odd since you have to pour your own drinks. We got there late and had to sit way up front. The movie was great -no spoilers here.

I like the remodel and multi-functioning recliners. The manager needs to get the ticket kiosks repaired or replaced. They have never worked properly and would help to improve the experience for rewards members for speedy service. Bringing more customers back, but not for long without working kiosks (like West Olive)!!!

Movie theater itself was fine, small choice for candy??? At a movie theater? Thats the reason to go to movies...candy, popcorn & drinks..they had 4 choices for candy. Movie sound was way too low & had to be adjusted. The employee had to be told to turn up volume which I thought was strange giving he was in the theater. Oh well, well be there again...

Seats need to recline more. Needs better food choices and portions, but other than that its great

Went to see a matinee of Solo and got fairly frustrated because they had a line of about 15 people and one person working the ticket counter. They had, I suppose, a supervisor sitting at the customer service desk, probably doing manager tasks, but had no sense of urgency to help with the growing line. That accounts for one star I took away.The other star is really due to the amazing amount of change theaters have gone through in the last few years. This place isnt that old and still seems shiny, but old fashioned. Didnt have the big fancy recliners we have become so accustomed to in newer theaters. Not bad, just not as good as the Richmond Heights Esquire AMC or even the Moolah with its couches.

I took My Aunt here a couple of weeks ago....The Movie was great...but The Young Man working the snack bar...was The Pitts......I had To Demand His Help...He Just stood there watching myself , and My Aunt struggling with the ice machine!!! $13.00 for Two Seniors...and over $30.00 for Two Cokes...and Two Medium Pop Corns...So , You Tell Me...Is This A Good Thing???Of coarse not...Most Seniors are having trouble just paying for Thier Medicine...Not a good deal...not at all....

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We tried to get a ticket for half an hour with buying tickets. Their kiosks didnt work at all. When I talked to the manager she didnt so anything to make it better. She was a complete jerk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This isnt the location with the dine-in option, thats the 16 theatre AMC up the street. This one is okay. The staff are reasonably friendly and its usually the place that gets me to join AMC Stubs. Their matinee pricing is great at $5.

I really like the new recliners, way better than most other theaters. Its also way cleaner in the theater than most others.

The theater was clean. Sound and picture were good as well. The seats were uncomfortable and seemed small compared to other theaters. The guy next to me had his arm on my side and he was an average size guy. In a packed movie, I would recommend a theater with upgraded seats so you dont have people you dont know touching you while you are trying to enjoy the movie.

I liked that there was heated seating as an option to the reclining seats...

Movie screen and showing was good the new seating is not comfortable at all. Im 53 the lounge did not extend long enough to support my legs and my neck was in a uncomfortable position. Sitting in the upright position was not that comfortable either.

The place is very comfortable and the attendants very friendly. Everything is a little pricey but the experience is nice.

This place is wonderful! They have recliner seats and employees that come to you to get as deliver your orders.I have never had an issue here.And if you have been charged wrong, they will adjust it and you will receive an added discount or free large bucket of popcorn.Movie selections are top notch

Have been coming here my whole life. Had a great experience seeing the 8:15 show of Endgame last night. Despite enormous crowds the employees did a great job with crowd control and cleaning and were very courteous.

The reclining seats barely recline and the seats are uncomfortably small. I couldnt enjoy the movie because we were too cramped. Plus the concessions area really needed attention. Lets not even mention the bathrooms!!

This is my go-to theatre. Staff are friendly, location is convenient, and I enjoy the Stubs benefits. Its been a family tradition for some time now.

Horrible. Went to see a movie. Told very front seating was all that was left and it wasnt bad seats werent full and very front strained both our necks & eyes. Manager was unsympathetic and not bothered by our complaint nor did she offer any refund.she denied one in fact.

They have a lot of movies to choose from, and its a comfortable and clean environment. Dine-in service is always pretty slow, though. Get seated early if you want a chance at eating before your movie is half over

Good, pretty clean but dont get the hot aarea where you stand in line for tickets. And its cold waiting in the winter too. Update it a little.

This isnt a terrible movie theater, but not the best I have seen, either. In auditorium one, the sound seemed to be somewhat lacking in areas. Of course, the concessions are terribly overpriced, but that seems to be normal for theaters these days. Fortunately, the movie ticket price is somewhat discounted in the mornings and early afternoons, so I recommend going to early shows if you can. Using the ticket kiosks is best, when they are operational, anyway.

Your basic movie theater. While there are some great amenities, I wish the renovation thats happening at the Marcus theaters was happening here. At least in the screening room that I was in, there are no reclining chairs and theres no reserved seating. At the very least, Id like to see reserved seating.

Our favorite St Louis movie house. Go about once a week.. Premier members for years.Only complaint is that you dont let people in to your entry area at least 5 or 10 minutes early especially if there is inclement weather. Wouldnt hurt to do this. This would make it 5 stars.
