Steve was fantastic throughout the entire design and production process. I had a large charcoal drawing I knew would be a challenge to frame properly and he walked me through the process and helped me make significant decisions regarding the framing of the work. I also had a painting framed and both turned out better than I expected. Pricing was fair for the labor and materials—these are pieces that will last generations. Steve has a customer for life now—I will be back for more work to be framed.

I cant say enough good about Bruce and his team. They pulled off the impossible to create this massive 5ft+ frame under an intense deadline. When no one else would consider helping us, he attacked the problem with gusto. He also helped us safely load the piece to transport it all the way to Columbia, Missouri, and worked with us on pricing. Thank you to the entire staff!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. They spend time with you to help you get the best frame/mat combination. The work is beautifully done. The customer service is prompt. And the prices are better than what I was quoted when I took it to Michael’s. I’ve gotten 5 frames done here and I’ve been very happy with each result.Highly recommend.

Ive had several items framed here and they always do a great job! I would recommend them ro any one.

Laid out a beautiful frame with two background colors, never told me where we were on price. Gave me a price over $200 for an 8.5x11 frame, what a joke. How do you sit there and never offer any pricing then drop that on them. I should have left because it was very painful to negotiate downward on pricing. So I spent almost $70 on just a basic colored frame which took two weeks to complete. I will never go here again, and I just bought a frame off ebay for $11 which I am just as happy with and looks just as good as theirs. I felt like I was being taken advantage of at this store.
