Illinois School Bus was great to work with and they were so accommodating for our wedding on 10/13. Helen when booking the ride was so helpful and informative. It was very affordable too! Our driver was amazing, arrived early in getting our guests from the hotel to the venue. He was also SO thoughtful. After our reception the bus was full, but there were still a few of us left. He offered to come back and pick us up for another trip, which was so nice. Definitely recommend! Thanks so much.

Where do we begin???? i go to rich south high school in richton park illinois. our school is about 20 minutes away from the bus parking lot and yet somehow Bus#9 is always late to our school every single day. All we want to do is go home but no we have to stay after school because our bus isn’t here. One of my friends rides Bus#12 and it is overcrowded with students.

The worst. Leave kids sitting at school waiting over 1/2 hour for a bus to show up. Company tells parents to just be patient. You seriously need to get your act together.

Had to report a driver not stopping at rail tracks, call receiver was most apologetic, said theyd be right on it. Hope so.

Im pretty peed off right now, trying to contact illinois bus company, there is no easy way to complain about a driver, so Ill do it here. Bus #455 Oak Forest, woman driver, doesnt stop at the stop signs, been watching her since school started ( I leave my house when she picks up kids and Im home when shes dropping off) Ive watched her speed down my street with kids on the bus, today was the last straw, she was going so fast she cut me off and then stopped the bus so fast to let kids off, I saw some of the kids fly to the front of the bus..if she continues to behave like this I will be contacting the Oak Forest Police Department.. Rediculous our children are in that bus!

Worse bus company for you childs safety. And very unfriendly staff. Manager doesnt want to listen to your concern ,because she says shes been there for 40 years. And oh well

You guys need more people skills.... being nice is fun

Need monitors on all buses. Children are allowed to throw things and tell out of open windows. Bus riding privileges should be utilized for misbehavior.
