Ive used AA Tactical several times now. They have sold me parts, done work on my bow, and have done an out of state transfer for me. Ive always had a good experience at AA Tactical, and theyve always kept me updated on progress. The lady behind the counter is always very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Even the young girl who Ive seen in the shop several times was very knowledgeable (probably more knowledgeable than I ... Im 47) when I brought my bow in for repairs. She even picked out some awesome colors for my bowstring. I dont always get this kind of treatment in our local gun shops because I am a long haired (conservative) country boy! I bought my very first weapon from here. Customer service was great. I didnt feel rushed or belittled. She took the time to answer all my questions and let me handle many weapons before finally deciding on my new love the Tarus!!! I love that I was able to customize with the colors I really wanted. It only took about 6 days to have it ready for pick up! Ill definitely buy from here again.

This review is in rebuttal to traffic below. The kid is my 13 year old daughter and she is a Certified NRA CCW apprentice instructor who knows more about guns than most people she talks to. The owner Andrew Rencich(myself) is active duty with 7th SFG and I am onsite as often as possible. I hope you feel better by demeaning a 13 year old that will run circles around you in the gun industry. AS far as the building size. Can you show me your commercial location so that I can stop by some time and possible be a customer? Otherwise you have no clue what it takes to run a business. P.S. we break ground on our new building in Feb.(See attached Photos)Your greeted by a kid that thinks shes a Firearm expert thats not even old enough to drive a car let alone be talking to people about guns. Isnt their child labor laws? Second the lady that works their is very rude and tries to sell ridiculous priced items. The place is the size of a public bathroom. The owner seems to be a reasonable guy but hes never really around. I agree their really is no good gun shops in crestview, but if I had to choose 1 I would pick precision tactical. At least they are polite to you unlike this place. Otherwise make the drive to ft walton and go to Jimmy

I’m a Federal LEO and have spent 25years training in weapons and tactics, this shop really has it together and it shows through their youngest daughter especially. If I had to guess she’s probably about 12-13 yrs old and her knowledge of firearms is impressive. For you critics out there save me the lecture of having children around handguns....by educating our kids they are less likely to ever pick up a gun and not understand what it’s capable of. This family has built an impressive business that matters to the community. Good quality, participating in the blue label program and especially meeting their dogs Diesel and Gunner will make me a life long customer.I went in today to buy a couple of guns for my daughter and met three kids in the family. I heard about the car issues the oldest daughter had and I watched her older brother compliment her for being in the best mood for a couple of months. The youngest daughter rolled her eyes and help me find a shotgun....I have to say... best family ever!

Very unorganized and their prices are ridiculous!! Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to blow all your money on low quality gear.

Great place, HUGE selection. Came in today staff was awesome, The only girl working the counter held conversations joking with three or 4 customers, while answering telephones and doing paperwork.... someone deserves a raise. Lol! New in town and have been looking at local gun shops. Take it from me... they are competitively priced with the biggest inventory. Way better than pawn shops

Have bought three firearms from there, and from the very start everyone was supremely helpful, qualified anf thoroughly professional. They are the best in the area. Bar none.

Went into the store to look for a conceal holster. The sales girl was knowledgeable and attentive. I should have known not to buy the holster since the inside liner was starting to tear in the store using one of their guns. I asked the girl if it was ok for the liner to tear like that that and she said oh yeah thats fine, it will do that. Took the holster home to see how it worked with my gun and put it in the holster once. I didnt like because one it did not support the gun well enough and two the holster liner started to tear even more. Tried to take the holster back and before I could really say anything, I was told we dont do returns (as if I should have known but there was no mention of this during the sale). The excuse given was that they ordered another to replace the one that you bought to put on the shelf. I understand that their are some items that cannot be returned, but an accessory item I have not heard of. I will not be returning.

As far as gun stores go this is one of the best that I have had the pleasure to do business with. The entire staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have always treated me well even if I just stop in to browse. I have bought a few things in the past month and because of their attitude, patience, and banter with me as a customer I will be spending my hard earned money no where else. Look forward to future buys from them!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! If you dare post about their pathetic customer service, you will get called a liar. Which I am sure is shortly to follow this review. Everyone response is pushing the blame to someone else, takes no accountability for the actions taken in their store. They will not stand behind what they sell (which is understandable considering the quality of their products). Gave them several opportunities to resolve the matter, each step of they way they become more arrogant and showed they care nothing about their customers. (I never asked for a refund or credit of any kind FYI) Went to Jays on Main Street, got exactly what I wanted at a fair price and was actually given options! They know their stuff and treat you with respect. Jays will get you setup right, the FIRST time!!! Never again will I give my business to AA Tactical! Go the the professionals at Jays!

Best shop on the Emerald Coast. I have used them extensively over the past few years and have had a great experience every time. Ms. April is awesome and all of the girls in the store are very friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Rencich did a fantastic custom cerakote job for me and Ill definitely be sending more work his way. Stop by their shop, they always have some cool new toys hanging up behind the counter.

Awesome shop. I have been to many many gun shops across the country and this one shines pretty brightly. The staff is awesome.- Came in to have a kydex holster made and they made exactly what I was wanting. Turn around was quoted 24 to 48 hours. Got it back in less then 24.-The amount and selection available is one of the best that I have seen in a long time. They had nearly everthing you could want.- The staff was not arrogant or pompous like most shops. They were there to truly help you out and get you exactly what you wanted. Extreamly professional. Was well worth the 45min drive.- Will deffinetly being going back here to give them my business and recommend them to others I know.

Im immune suppressed, pretty sure I was discriminated against while inquiring about a possible internship. Quoted a $75 job to sandblast an AR lower that costed me $40. Doesnt carry the ammunition I wanted to purchase, I was given a lousy excuse of as to why. Wont be coming back anytime soon. On the upside at least the younger lady was reasonably helpful and friendly.

Amazing customer service, Great Selection, and Knowledgeable staff. Expect to pay $150-$300 over internet prices. Haven’t bought a gun from them because price. I support local but not $50 and much more over MSRP.

Bought a tac light for a walther CCP, was told it would work with the model the sales person had in her hand (same model i have) got it home, wouldnt fitWalked in the shop, first thing i got was we dont do refunds on optics, so i was sold something by a Licensed firearms dealer who didnt know there own Merchandise, yeap im not comming back here not even to buy ammo, lost another oneGood day

Dropped off my Sig M400 on Thursday to change out the hand guard and trigger. They said it would be ready for pickup either Saturday or Monday. They had the work done by Saturday even while having to cut into the original gas block since it was being stubborn. Ill definitely be taking my guns there for any work.All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing to work with. This place can do anything firearm related like painting and coats and whatever else you desire. They also have tons of blue label programs not just for Glock but for about 10 other manufacturers as well.The owners, Andrew and April, (hence AA Tactical) are awesome and I was blown away with April being able to rattle off answers when I asked about specific items in inventory.Cant remember the girls name that works the cashier from time to time but shes super sweet and needs to go skydive.

I was in on Friday. Try spending more time coming up with an original idea rather than trash talking the people who’s every move you copy. I spent 5 minutes overhearing the man behind the counter bad mouth Precision Tactical, another shop in town, to a customer. I wouldn’t have anything to say but I’ve had nothing but good dealings with Precision. Very tacky and unprofessional. AA you lost a customer.

Bought my first hand gun after 45 years and couldnt be more satisfied. They were truly interested in my satisfaction. They kept me informed and worked well with my schedule. I was surprised at how smooth this transaction was. This is where I will do my business. They seem like nice people and I cant wait to see their new store.

April and her husband are always helpful when I have questions or need something special ordered. Competitive pricing on some items, others are a bit more than going market price. Always polite.

Have made several purchases here and have been beyond pleased every time. Each time I go in, Im greeted and given great customer service. I have personally changed my preferred gun shop due to how Im treated each time I go. Prices are on par with everywhere else from what I have seen, and was actually $50 cheaper on my last purchase than I could find anywhere else local. Highly recommended shop.

I had an excellent experience and would like to commend April for her enthusiastic support in having a firearm transferred. Having never attempted to buy and have a firearm shipped over the Internet, she explained step by step the process for the transfer. The transfer went smoothly and Im very satisfied. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend AA Tactical for firearm and firearm supplies.

Any of these bad reviews are insane. This is a fantastic shop. I walked in and immediately greeted by the staff and their daughters who were very knowledgeable considering their age. A++ service all around. Highly recommended.

Ive been to a lot of gun shops in Crestview, Fort Walton and Navarre and this one is, by far, the best. The gun I was looking to get was $100 cheaper than its cheapest competitor and the magazines were $20.00 cheaper. I was also looking for a holster to fit my gun that has a laser and every other store just pointed me to the holster section. The lady here had me get my gun out of my truck and then checked the fit of about 6 holsters before handing me the best one! Cannot recommend this place enough! I will be a life long customer after today.

First I would like to say that I like that it is a family owned and operated. The wife and even the daughter are very knowledgeable and nice. My experience was great except one problem, I dont like the smell of the dogs.

Ordered a 9MM they do not carry. Researched it for me, found a dealer and had it shipped. Took a little time but was a great deal and did not have to go through another FFL. Price was competitive with on line dealers. When I went to pick it up, found a great deal on hard to find .22 ammo

The woman I spoke with today was amazing. I ordered a cz pcr from gunsamerica through them. She called me instantly to get ffl info and payment. She called back to confirm ffl and got it sent out with 2 day shipping. So glad they had the PCR. Couldnt find one anywhere. Great service and I will be a return customer.

Stay away from these clowns, they lie about having stuff in stock and only order after you pay, and when you call to talk to them , they ignore you. They wont even call UPS to change the address after they mess up your order until you tell them to cancel your order.The woman who answers the phone is all sweet when she is trying to get your business, but after that she is very rude. Stay away, even my FFL said they where rude when they contacted them.

Overpriced transfer fees for the area. The female clerk impolitely informed me that my transfer would be returned to the supplier if I did not pick it up within 30 days. Just a cold and unfriendly business. I will not return.
