I love going to this place for parties, it is spacious and very nice. Wish the drinks were including but they gotta make their money. If you ever go to an event, make sure to get there early because parking on park Ave sucks lol, other than that, its a beautiful space to rent for a nice event or and intimate occasion

I rented the hall on the 2nd floor for a baby shower. I wasnt happy with the owner of the venue because in the contract it states no outside beverages allowed. Although I shouldve done my research, Which I didnt think it to be a problem. I assumed that the bartenders were allowed to, at least, give tap water to my guests. After all, they were paying for alcohol. The owner said absolutely not and that they had to pay for water. He was very rude and uncooperative. Im giving it 2 stars because the bartenders were absolutely great!! Very friendly and kind. I will never recommend this venue to anyone and will never rent it out again.

The Fab Four knocked it out of the park!! This was an awesome show. They sounded so much like the Beatles that you had to pinch yourself to make sure that it wasnt actually them. Ed Sullivan narrated the show. Where did they find him? He looked and sounded just like him and was hilarious. Hope they come back, Ill be first in line for tickets. Perfectly done...thx for the memories.

Seating is excellent no matter where you sit, and so comfy. Of course front row is always the best!!!

Bought tickets to a concert. they have canceled and there was nothing on their website about it, concert had been rescheduled 3 times no notice, got there and they didnt even had a paper at the door about the canceled concert, disappointed 3 times....Edit: gave them plenty of time to get my money back and they stole it! I bought those tickets for that concert in cash, and when I called the number (and finally someone answered ) it ended up a rerouted number to someones cell. The person told me that if I wanted my money back to call the credit card company and file a claim.. mind Ive told him I had paid cash for those tickets.. there is nothing for me to call now.. I will keep trying, but you cant trust them..Very upsetting... $180 down the drain...Btw it was a Gilberto Santa Rosa concert

An absolutely perfect venue for an intimateviewing experience of some of the best artest anywhere. I saw Dave Koz and the Best Friends a guy could have. Hats off to the organizers, it doesnt get any better! Thank you so so much.

Was there for a wedding reception. It was nice. Snuck a peek at the theater, the seats looked comfortable and there were quite a few.

A great venue for a show. What the lobby lacks for in space is made up with the amount of space you get with the stadium seating. Really comfortable. The one small gripe (if you can call it that) is the casual nature of ticketing. My ticket was glanced at but nothing scanned or ripped which I found a little surprising. Just thinking in terms of security.

Nice venue to watch a show. Have attended 12 events there and the staff have always given the impression that they think are doing you a favor. If it wasnt for that it would be four stars.

Out dated gear, old venue, musty smell and feeling. Not the worst spot but far from the best. People are nice and will help you find what you need.

If you have an event here make sure the bar is stocked! That was my only complaint. The staff is friendly but a little overwhelmed for bigger parties.

A good venue for several musical acts and performances

I paid $45 for a concert that was advertised to start at 8pm on the front of building, and on the ticket. By 9:30 pm the band was still not on the stage, so I left. Ripped off.False advertising. They want you to get there early to buy drinks. I went a week earlier and the show started on time.Beware of this bait and switch.

Last year we went to see Buddy Guy at the Park theater. The sound was so loud and distorted that I was able to hear the concert in the bathroom much better than in the hall. In the past I have heard wonderful concerts there such as Anoushka Shankar a few years ago and I dont remember the sound being distorted. The problem with these sound jockies is that they think distorted loud sound is better. Ridiculous. I doubt I would ever there go again.
