Good price for what you get. Park is showing its age and could use some capital investment but I found the park to be mostly clean and very quiet. Never had a problem with other guests or utilities. Landscaping is mature and lots were mowed frequently. I was there for 8 months for work.Park does have 24 hour security which is comforting.Be warned, this park DOES flood; B section especially. Park manager was very upfront about it and helped me choose a great spot. Best section of the park is C section, back from the highway and no flooding. I got a large lot with ample parking. I was able to park my 36 TT and my car in the same spot with room to spare and still had a side parking lot.

Great place to be and the Manger Ryan is a very professional!!! Has security on staff every night and security system installed in the entire park!!! Highly recommend!!

Im friendly with a couple that lives in here and I visit them occasionally. They seem to love living here and are always happy and smiling when I see them. Its a small world after all........

I just moved in here this week we just become full timers and well be staying long term and its been wonderful so far. Its very quite and people are really nice around here. The bath house is so clean too. You also have place to wash and dry your clothes. There pool isnt open bc of the virus but thats not big deal because there places around to go swimming at.But there prices are cheap and reasonable. They also dont care how old your camper is which was a big deal for me bc I have a older camper so Im so glad they dont care.There is a 40 dollar application fee but as long as your honest you wont have no issues staying here or getting a spot. It also seems to be really safe and everyone stays themselves. Im so happy being here. I love it.

I have only been here for a week, but I really am having a good experience here.The bath house is clean,they also have security monitoring the place, very peaceful. I was unsure at first,but now, I will be here for quite, sometime.

The staff are very friendly unfortunately you cant hear them thru the bullet proof glass.

This RV Park is a shady place. It requires anyone who wants to stay for more than a week to provide social security number, DOB, driver license number, bank account information plus credit card number and $40 for a background check. Once you agree to release these info and signed, they can do whatever they want. We were horrified by release such critical personal info to these people. This is the first time we experienced a RV park would want personal info even for a short stay. They try to lure customer by low weekly rate. Dont be fooled. Avoid this place!

I’m not one that likes to say bad things about anyone, but this was the worse place I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying in. It was down right gross. I don’t know how they get away with keeping the doors open. Enough said, no plans of ever going back to this dirty place. And I wouldn’t recommend it. And the girl that checked us in wasn’t even friendly. No call for that.

If I could give no stars but tell everyone about this horrible place I would. We made arrangements to arrive after hours and stay for an extended stay at this RV/mobile home park. We were told to get our map and papers from the office box and go to our assigned spot as no one would be there after hours. After collecting our map, we drove down a small hill to find our spot. The deeper we went the worse the place looked. The spots were very close together. The grass nothing but giant ruts and mud puddles. Campers parked so close to each other. Cars up on blocks. Garbage and useless trash everywhere. Stray cats and dogs wonder the street. The mobile homes were all surrounded by trash and clutter. So much so they almost blend together. After we finally found our spot, with the help of the friendly bike riding crackhead, we needed four wheel drive to pull into the mud pit of a spot. We plugged our camper in just long enough to make some phone calls to find another place to stay. I would not have felt safe to even take our dog out to go potty. I would not go anywhere in that place without my gun. Do not stay at that place. Background check yeah right!

Was not happy we called a few days prior to going there to make a reservation we were told to go into B 19 and they’ll take care of somebody will be there on Saturday to finish our paperwork we arrive on Saturday no one in site people were lined up outside the door we proceeded to go find our spot to come to find out there was somebody already permanently in that spot the nice gentleman in that spot told us just to pick one and I’ll take care of it later we were supposed to talk to someone named Tracy on Saturday no one was around Saturday nor Sunday for us to even talk to anybody this site that we chose we’re hoping that it was no one else’s site the person that was next-door to where is his !Electrical circuit was plugged in it where ours should’ve been we were crisscrossed we were told we could get a 50 amp we went on a 30 amp then we had a bunch of neighbors that moved in who in the holler running over things loud obnoxious just was not a very good experience we were supposed to stay the two weeks we checked out after two days I would not recommend this park pretty dumpy!

Would have been an ok place to stay cuz it is cheap but I got flooded out of my spot for 2 weeks and no where to go and didnt get any of that 2 weeks reimbursed, so Id stay away from this place..

The family was in town for the week on vacation and needed an RV PARK to stay in while they were here...we came in and Ms. Marissa was very courteous and polite to us as she explain the rates and policies

Not too bad.. You wanna pull in for a night or two..its not luxury but the pool is always nice. Grass is cut neat. Office personal are pleasant and ready to help... (Some) long time renters are not so neat. But i have met only nice folks there..

RANT!!!! Soooo this place is beyond messed up...... ;( my son can’t even play with friends and he’s four... my mans a truck driver and he’s on the road seven weeks at a time..... he’s home now and he got the chance to fix things in our place.... when he was on the road the fridge quit and then the microwave... my kids need food in the house sooo he’s fixing it all up of coarse fixing the wall cause there is some water damage and it’s about to cave in not safe for the kids, the little time my man is here he wants to get it all done.. the one time there was anything outside we got a verbal cause there was Styrofoam on the ground and I cleaned it up that day. The manager said that there has been complaints about my son being outside unsupervised and that the yard have been dirty since, theres documents stating it months back... every single complaint should be documented right...so where’s the documents....why can’t I see proof of all this...the manager couldn’t even show me...and on top of that he said he looked at the security cameras...wait there isn’t any...show me that there’s stuff going on months before this incident. ..since the verbel we have been neat and clean the whole time after that. My son barely goes out side cause of his fair skin and the heat, if he is outside I’m on the deck watching him.....and the fact that the environment has fricken drugs....the yard isn’t as bad as half the places I see here! The manager can give them several warnings but the one thing that we’ve gotten talked to About was resolved that same day....followed everything they wanted us to do......but you know what we got terminated anyways....for my son being at a friends house for a dog being out with him cause there is a hole in our wall we can’t keep the dog in the house and then they want us to tie the dogs up with the heat and everything and then for a mess ;( I don’t fricken understand we should of gotten a termination we ain’t adding on to the premises, we’ve only gotten a verbel when we first moved here.....three strike rule!!!! And my son should be able to see and play with a friend exspecially when the parents of the child said my son can be over there.he has a big imagination He should be able to dress how he wants to and pretend to be whoever...ya his clothes “pjs” might be dirty from playing outside.. but he takes showers at the end of the night!!!! :(ya... Zero stars..for the office lady who’s really disrespectful and snooty and for the manager who everybody around here thinks just has a bad attitude. Y’all need to focus more on the people doing fricken drugs, people coming into the shower and beating my nine year old up, neighbor boy bullying my four year old, and the women’s shower having human feces Being dropped in the shower while somebody’s in it....maybe focus on those thing then us trying to fix damages that can hurt a family for living here... this Rv park gonna pay for my hospital bill when this place caves in...no....so we should be able to fix it on our own time...clean up the mess I’m a reasonable time.... love the security guy though and the neighbors are helpful! But other then that this place is disrespectful and just managed poorly...

Nice place, most live here which is good in ways. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Only down is water pressure is not the greatest in the evening but everyone is using it at the same time so a bit expected. At least it make the hot water last longer! Lol

Ok we have been here 2 months now. The people are so wonderful. They are friendly and accommodating. They put all our families together. Katherine is an absolute joy and Chip is always available to answer or help. It really truly feels like coming home every evening. Sadly we are only here for a year. The other campers are all very friendly so far and truly watch out for each other. Love this place.

They let just about anything or anybody in there. Rigs with tarps covering whole thing and some with holes. Entire section vacated due to flooding. Several laundry machines broke. Turned away for having pit bull (emotional support dog )

Most drama from adults Ive ever dealt with, it feels like Im back in elementary school. Maintenance guys are cool and very helpful. Office lady is moody and believes every bit of hear say that comes her way and singles people out without any proof.

Very nice place for living in your RV. B section floods once per year

There is no standard for how the rvs/campers look. Some are very nice and others are on their last leg. The grass is extremely high and they dont take pride in this park. The playground is full of trash and the bath house has a sign on it saying that they wont supply tissue because people steal it. The dryers never work, so you waste your money. There are loose animals everywhere. The only plus to this park is the cheap rental rate. If you want something nice, this isnt the place.

The website is nothing but a lie. The front office cluck isnt capable of keeping up with anything you tell her and the so called security man is just as bad. He likes to tap his purse he carries his firearm in as a way to intimidate you. He also is a spineless coward that sneaks around putting notes on peoples cars and campers. The park is run down and not kept clean. The laundry facilities are nasty as the washers leak all over the floor and one dryer out of 5 works. Told them about this issue in May and its not been fixed yet. In the back lots you hardly have any water pressure from Fr thru Sunday. I would send my worse enemy to this place...hell would be a better choice
