We went for my grandsons birthday. He had a ball. They have a few games adults can play to win tickets for the kids. I only planned to stay two hours, the party started at 6:30 pm, but ended up staying until they closed.

Pizza and video games is almost as good a combination as pizza and beer. Its a scientific fact. At Chuck Es you can have both. The kids can play games at their leisure and you can have a couple of cold ones at your leisure while you watch your kids have fun. And you do have to drink them at your leisure because they only sell you two per I.D. A couple of incidents involving people who cant handle their liquor and now everybody has to pay the price.Speaking of paying the price, when did paying 19.99 for a medium pizza and two sodas (no free tokens included) become a deal? The only deal I got worth getting was the 1 hour of unlimited games for $20 per child. Most kids could probably go through $50 in 1 hour. So I just let my two kids run amok that hour. They were in heaven! So despite my complaining, all I and every other parent there care about is our childrens happiness.

My nephew had a great 6th birthday, the service was good and the kids had a blast at the games, my sister got the unlimited play card for each kid in our party and they really took advantage of it even when we only had two hours to enjoy.

Staff is attentive, but need to be out on the floor to clean tables and keep customers flowing. Kids love it, and always have fun there, but please clean up and check bathrooms...they are definitely lacking in that department!

Its a big Chuck E Cheese with a lot of space. I like this place. The restrooms on the other hand were really stinky and spells like a vault restroom at camp sites. Maybe there was an issue with the plumbing that day, but my kids had fun here

This, surprisingly, was a rather clean location! Its rare to come across clean Chuckee Cheeses lol. The employees were really nice too! We had a birthday party for 25 and the pizza came out relatively quick every time we ordered rounds.

I have been here three times as a party guest, and just when I think it cant get worse it does. I understand sometimes stuff happens like the roof leak. About half the games were not working, but what really irks me is how dirty it is. We got there right after opening, the trash cans were overflowing the whole place was filty as if it hadnt been cleaned in months. The ice coming out of the ice machine was full of black chunks as was the soda out of the dispensers, this is a total lack of cleaning. You take off the caps from the soda dispenser and clean them nightly, and you take a brush and hot water and clean the spigets nightly, the ice machine at least once a week you empty it and scrub it down. The salad bar was filthy and rank. The odor of sewage was overwhelming, photo to follow. You may have a roof leak, but the smell of sewage throughout the building came from your filthy never properly cleaned bathrooms. How hasnt the health department closed you guys down. Cold food was warm, hot food was cool, there is a reason there are food temperature guidelines and that is to reduce the risk of food borne illness. The flooding of the bathroom can be a source of fecal borne illness, just because one bathroom stall isnt flooded, doesnt make it clean, sanitary, or acceptable. With your roof leaks you should have closed this place instead of placing childrens lives in danger!. The photos are just a small representation it was much worse. More tiles could have fallen from the ceiling and injured a child, the ceiling was falling in. The managers response was, we cant do anything about the rain, no but you could have done something before all this happened. Or at least one stall isnt flooded and sewage surrounded it. This make me angry, the standard is so low this is worse than a third world country. It is shame that not a single employee felt any embarrassment or shame. Hoods like this is what people mean by MAGA.

It was one of the most amazing places Ive been so far ever since they have the all you can play its been great Chuck-E-Cheese Ive been going to since 1994 or at least I can remember thank you for being in my life and thank you for being in my kids life recommend this to all the people in Los Angeles all of the people other cities and states I recommend this Chuck-E-Cheese to everyone very clean and always up-to-date with games recommend this one to everyone great food great prices great everything thank you Chuck-E-Cheese

One Asian woman running the show at this place. She worked the front entrance, emptied trash cans amongst other things. She was the only one actually working hard so give her some praise and a raise!! Other than that its the same money pit it waS 25 years ago.

We have been taking are kids here for over 11 years now only because my wife and I have fond memories in our childhood....this place stays newly renovated but there game prices remind and that is one main reason we love chuckie cheese along with the service...it is very family friendly and inexpensive for families and your not pressured to order anything

This place is DISGUSTING. I was here for about an hr and a half. And there where tables that for the whole time they were not cleaned.The soda dispensary was also gross and I found a moth on the spout of one. The bathrooms ALSO DISGUSTING. Honestly just used them because I really really had to.I will definitely not be back to this location.They need way more staff.

The food is mediocre and greasy, and everything is heinously over - priced. On the other hand, the kids loved it and thats the point of the whole thing. I still feel nasty this morning. Shouldnt have eaten there.

Last min took my son for his birthday without a reservation and still found clean tables for 8 adults and 4 kids. Stuffed cheese pizza is so good and it was very clean.

I complained about the fries i told the manager that i ordered a basket of fries not a small order of fries she says we dont have small fries we only have a basket of fries For 3.49. This is a basket of fries, thats what we got and the manager on duty she says we weigh the fries per order. Wow very little for a big basket very poor attitude service they must be poor store to cut down fries too funny. Poor customers service

I was surprised,it has been awhile since Ive been to a Chuck E Cheese, we were invited to a birthday party,the pizza was good, tons of games for the children to play of all ages its great, what I like most is the check in, as you enter every one in your party or family has their hands stamped, ensuring that you leave with your child and not someone elses child, before you exit the stamp is check making sure you leave with the correct child, I like that.

Love this chucky cheese there services is great you could decorate and have your party here and they help you out with no charge there awesome..!!

Fun place for kids. They need to be more attentive and have some sort of guideline in regards to cellphones as theres older kids talking selfies in the playground and dont let the others kids pass.

No weekly buffet because it was spring break, Ive been here before but never order food cause its too expensive and not tasty. Good for kids to have a romp if you can afford $20 bucks an hour to play.

It was cleaner than when we were there last year (there were several employees dedicated to cleaning the entire 2 hours we were there). But its still ridiculously loud, and the rain was leaking through the ceiling in several places. The kid had a great time in a rainy day and nothing endangered her, so thats a win for me.

I didnt like the fact that my daughter paid over $300 for my grandsons first birthday and when it came time to sing him happy birthday, they had Chuck-E do two birthday parties at once, so we had to call him over in order to take pictures with him and the baby. Other then that the person in charge of our party was great.

Make sure u get ur change. Monet who is a cashier tried to pull a fast one on me by not giving me my $45. She knew what she did and tried to play stupid. Couldnt even look at me in my eyes afterwards. Broke chick. She looks very unprofessional with her shirt buttons all open trying to show cleavage.Other then that, this place is smaller then most. Pizza was made well.

I’d rate the place higher but the tables are usually left uncleared and clean long after the previous guest have left.Fountain drink stations are usually messy and left in cleaned.Drinks are watered down as well.Two stars is generous

Today was one of the worst days I ever took my family to Chuck-E-Cheese first the cashier was very rude I felt like she was pressuring me up to finish my order I had it to tell her to slow down shes going too fast. Then I have to wait for an hour for my order to come to my table when they told me it was going to be 40 minutes. This location definitely needs more ticket counters took me 40 minutes just to count my tickets because the machines are not working or they dont have enough. The cashier that was working the price section she was taking forever trying to make conversation with the customers and her knowing that she has 10 people in line and the manager just looks at her dont ask for help for her. I had to go up to the to the manager myself while I was in line and tell the manager if we could get more help. It took so long I didnt even got my kids no prizes I just left. (I knew I should have took my kids to John incredible Pizza)

It was good until, two children had harassed my child while he was using the mens restroom. He also had a coin tossed at him by two old kids. I wanted to go up to the kids parents and say something but I was with 6 kids and my Dad. So I did tell the manager she was great she talked to both of the kids parents. When honestly I think both kids should have apologized to my child and should have been kicked out for the day. Besides all this chaos. The kids had a good time.

Horrible!! Its all I can say food is great but the environment for the kids is not the same. I came in here today on rainy day looking for an indoor place that keeps the kids entertained for a few hours. When I came in my gosh 4 areas in the arcade room were missing and falling apart due to the water running in. The restroom was flooded and almost fell due to them putting trays on the floor for the water to fall in. The customer service in exception to one cashier was horrible. The arcade machines half of them were off due to the water running into them. Just a handful were open with a room full of kids nightmare! The few that were open will take your money or wont give you the tickets you won. We decided to eat and leave with a card full of points to play at another location. Dont recommend to come here with your kids.

Service is always great here and a lot of the staff are very friendly and helpful. However one male staff member was very rude only because he was clocking out. As far as I know. While youre in the building you should always give your best customer service support.

It took 30 for our pizza to come out. They no longer do tokens, they have cards. My daughter lost her card within 5 mins. Plus games cost more points but the points cost more too. I will not be coming back. We have been coming for years and my kids love it. But they dont think about the parents. We pay so they should try to make us happy.

We had our birthday party here. D everyone was very friendly. From the server who hosted our party, (Samantha) the invitations the decorations and the food was great. Jacob and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Really need to get there stuff 2gthr at this place.. Took our 3 year old for his B-Day yesterday 3/24 & we have 4 kids total. At least 10 plus games that didnt work.. I mean when U spend $200+ U expect the games to work almost all of them.. Employees were really cool, especially the game attendants a young guy for most the 4hrs we were there & a young women made it up by a few extra tokens for the games that required tokens, There wasa heavy set lady I think was the Manager seemed real rude,, I walked up 2 her ask for something & she helped the person she was helping then walked away,,she had rude written all over her,, pizza was good but yea not a 5 Star experience for most part!!

Horrible customer service. After I served my salad the cashier told me she had to take it away and toss it because I didnt use a green plate. I showed her my receipt where it shows, I bought and paid for the salad. Just ridiculous !

Pizza wasnt great but it was good, hot and fresh. Games arent as expensive as dave and buster but the selection is obviously smaller. Great place to take the kids, however I would not let my smaller kids play there because the big kids are rowdy.

It was clean for sure but Chuckie only came out twice and my family was was there for 4+ hours. My sons (2 and 7) were very disappointed. Especially since the last time was just as we were leaving and the show ended up blocking the exit completely, not letting anyone in or our family out.

Only one person working cashier took a while to get our order but she was very nice helping us with our coupon deals
