Fun fun fun..Family time, movie night with my lovely childs. I like to come go there because its always clean, friendly people and opcorn is the best.

This movie theater is great place liked service and great Place watched movies.

Managers and general staff are always patient and helpful. I think this one AMC has been waiting for its seat upgrade for a long time now. The IMAX theater is good, even without the recliners. Looking forward to the holiday releases!

I like how each theater has a big lit up number. Its the best labeling system Ive seen in a theater! And even on their receipt, its easy to see the theater number. The size of the theater is good, too, because theres really no bad seat in the house. The bathrooms were clean, which is a big plus! Great movie theater!

When we got there it was on a Tuesday. During the summer if your a member you get a discount on your tickets. $5 per person. The line wasnt too bad, it was going at a medium pace but you get to the front in about 6 minutes after you enter the building. There are games to place and plenty of little cardboard cutout for you to take pictures with. The actual room where they play the movies are large and the screen is very big. Its surround sound I think, and there are plenty of seats and rows for you to sit all varying at different heights. I would definitely go here again especially because the $5 movie discount is still going on for the rest of the year.

Usually dont have any issues with movie theaters however, recently went and stopped by the concessions stand for pretzels only for our order to get lost and thus never made. We stood waiting for quite some time before we asked what had happened (around ten minutes beyond our show time). We were able to get a refund thankfully. Other than that I enjoy coming to this theater.

This is a great movie theater. It is never over crowded and there are always seats available. I would recommend this place.

The theater is kept clean and I like how the concession stand has a self serve soda machine! The staff is friendly and curtious, popcorn is fresh and tasty, plenty of options for snacks, pizza, hotdogs, nachos, semi-healthy snack options too. Its a great place to see a movie. Seating is coordinated by ticket, so you get to pick which seats you want on a touchscreen based on whatever is available.

This movie theater has plenty of options for everybodys taste in movies. The seats are spacious enough to get comfortable and the bathrooms always seem clean and in order. Standard theater menu, so you can eat before or after at one of the many food options close by. TUESDAY - $5 MOVIE DAY

This theatre is clean, comfortable, excellent choice in movies. But, especially because they have hearing device for the hard at hearing. My go to theatre

Usually I love this Theater. I came here at least 3 times per month with 5 people. This last time my daughter left her phone in the IMAX theater we were the last showing(10:15p.m) and she forget her phone. We did find friends/find iPhone at 1:00a.mStill in movie theater. We went in on Sunday at opening to retrieve phone... guess what no longer there... the cleaning crew said no one found it. I told them my story.. phone there at 1:00a.m 2:00a.mHow could it be gone.They resolved nothing spoke too 2 managers and they didn’t try to reach cleaning crew.Disappointed and lost a long term customer.

I went there and I really enjoyed my experience.It was great , the seats are clean, the food was delicious, their employees were great really but their is one problem and thats the price.Even for their membership thingy it was to much money and I has to spent more that 40 dollars. So overall it was ok

Sound was good, but the chairs are showing their age, and (most importantly) the screen was not masked and that was a shame. I came to watch Avengers and it was distracting to see the white band at the top of the screen. Also the water fountain was not working. Good parking but I wanted to better experience for Avengers Endgame.

Nice people not packed today perfect seats and a great movie.

Been going here for the past 5 years and for the most part everything has stayed the same which is good since you can come here without any sudden price raises or concession raises.

This AMC Theater in Covina is temporarily closed due to covid19.

Its a slow environment. Not a cool place like Edwards Cinema in West Covina. Matinee are until 6pm 7 days a week. AMC has old school prices. My family and I prefer Edwards for the prices.

Movie did not start on time. Was expecting to see previews at 11 and they did not start till 11:13. Employees were friendly. The clean up guy waited till we walked out at end of credits. Watched IMAX3D.

Been coming here since I was a kid. Hasnt changed much but also does not feel outdated. Decent quality

Movie was hilarious! It was really funny! We enjoyed it. But the theater is really dark in the front entrance. The front entrance windows are always close and you need to buy tickets inside. Need more employees and more lighting in the entrance.

So not the best theater in the world. It used to be an AMC 30, now half of the theaters are shut down. The seats are not up to date so they are extremely uncomfortable. There is no bar at least where alcohol is involved. Buy luckily they honor the $6 Tuesday special, so that really helps when you are in a jam. But dont really expect anything more.

AMC is my main movie theater to go to. I love that you can get your tickets online and they have reserved seating. What I noticed lately is that if one is a Premiere Member, they dont seem to honor that when standing in line anymore.. at lease the one in Covina.

This theaters employees really go above and beyond. My wife is blind and she dreads going to the theater because their assisted listening devices are always terrible. She was pleasantly surprised that theirs did not cut out or ceased to work. Not only that they offered to walk her to her movie so she wouldnt get lost. I do recommend bringing your own headphones for the ALD their headphones are the only thing wrong I could find

The AMC Theatre was quiet today...not many people on a Saturday afternoon...The popcorn was good nice and fresh ..and the movie we saw was JUDY which was GREAT!!

AMC theater is always a good place for a movie. It is a bit difficult when you have a large group but they are very accommodating. Depending on what movie youre going to see, any seat is a good seat and youll have a good view of the screen. Sound is always great, loud and booming, bring the BASS. Food could be a little less on the wallet but its cool.

I understand it is a rainy day but something needs to be done to speed up the ticketing and concessions lines when it rains. There were only two people ticketing, and of the two, only one had a functioning scanner which further slows down the line. The concession line was at least 15 people deep and took me forever to get a popcorn and drink. I missed the beginning of the movie because of it. Once I got my popcorn, the butter dispenser was bare and was just trickling out. All in all, not a super enjoyable experience today.

No complaints about this theater. Has everything from 3d to iMax. Evening hours are usually very busy, especially on release days, but any time before evening barely has anyone, which is great for watching in peace.

Sitting in a theatre, 15mins past the supposed start time, 2 different people have gone out to speak to staff, and STILL nothing on the screen.Pretty sure they forgot how this is supposed to work.But the greeter staff are nice.

Great place. Looks nice and AMC is really good with solving issues. Reserved a seat with fandango for 3D but when I got there, they said it was only showing in 2D and that I could pick up a refund, see the movie and get my money back! Thanks AMC, you will always be my number one spot to go again and again after making up for that!

We enjoyed the big theater! Fortunately,...that Sunday there was plenty of seating around. The front theater was convenient for refills.

For what it is, it’s definitely a solid Theater. Been coming here for years. Fairly clean (as far as theaters go), staff are down to earth, never had a problem with food and snacks. It’s a lot of families and the younger crowd whenever I go. Definitely recommend watching your next movie in IMAX

Buying tickets was taking awhile so we decided to use the machine instead. Then we wanted to buy popcorn but there was only 1 server. We were waiting in line for 15 min. and just have up because our movie has started.....arrggghhh!

Friendly staff, theater was clean. Picture quality was OK.

Some people behind me were making a bunch of noise, so I go and tell the workers that these kept on talking. So they went twice and didnt do anything and they asked if I can move. Why should I move if they are the one being disruptive and talking through the whole movie. Why am I punished for those stupid girls talking. Nothing happen till my girlfriend was gonna fight them for one of them wrinkling a wrapper near her ear after telling them ourselves to be quiet.Worse customer service there ever.

This theater is always nice. We went in the morning for the cheaper prices, and they were well staffed. Employees were very nice, theaters were clean. Good experience.

Good theater to watch the shows at. The place is kept clean, has a nice selection of drinks & snacks. Many screens so a good choice of movies. And the staff is polite.

First time at this location. It was clean and the service was quick. I went to a movie showing in the IMAX theater, despite the fact that it was not, obviously, the biggest IMAX theater I have been to... It was still pretty good and I enjoyed the movie. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to come back to this location. The only reason I gave it four stars is because many of the AMC theaters have already upgraded many things and this one has yet to catch up.

Seats seem smaller than every other AND Ive gone too for some weird reason. We like coming here though because they have later movie times and they are more convenient. Overall, its a clean theater with big screens so not much to complain about.

No sound quality. Seats are very uncomfortable. Assigned seating is a fail. I can say the lines did move fast, thats the only good thing.

It seems like a big theater, but its mainly empty space and it doesnt give a very welcoming feeling. The seat arent recliners, but they are somewhat comfy. Its usually empty so thats great if you want to get in and out quickly.

Nice theater very nice staff. $5 Tuesdays is always good. Although the sign says AMC 30 not 17 but I would return.

The theater room we went to was really old. They had all the lights on and didn’t turn them off until the previews were done so it was difficult to see any up coming movies. The seat next to me smelled like someone urinated themselves and the seat absorbed all the smell. The smell gave me a headache by the time the movie was done. I believe it was theater room #4. The place just felt dirty and it grossed me out. I don’t think I’ll be returning here.

Its a big theater but theres no signage outside showing whats playing or show times? The ticket booths are empty made me feel like it was closed.. Other than that I enjoyed the movie.

Too expensive! But they have free refills on icees and sodas. If go to a 10p movie, hit the snack bar right away because they close shortly after that.

It was a nice experience they could just do some minor upgrades. A little disappointed didnt get my hot dog because the Buns were frozen. I had to settle for some nachos and they were pretty good all in all it was a cool experience.

Always a great place to watch a movie.

Disappointed with the protocol for the premiere movie pass. Had to wait in line after the two attendants kept passing us up numerous times the final straw is when they passed us up with a large group of more than eight people and that was about the fourth time we were passed up as we waiting in the Premier line. Whats the point of the pass if you dont honor it. Then was told protocol is that they go back and forth to each line which is a joke because they skipped us repeatedly.

Its convenient having a AMC A list membership. You dont have to wait in line to buy your ticket you just have the ticket person scan your phone and check your identification.

Our home theater. Hard of hearing? Make sure the Host or Hostess goes with you to the theater, when the feature is running to see if their headphones work. Had to interrupt the first 19 minutes of a great movie to walk headphones back to the lobby. The Host returned and told me that there was some glitch and no headphones would work. Gave us two free passes. So, OK.

Driving up it looked closed. This place is way understaffed and the VIP line does not make the experience any better. The ticket employees were great. Provided inviting customer service. They were lively and had good energy. Thank you. The concession stand staff needs a refresh in customer service. Very dry . I dont plan on returning to this theater.
