Cute little town beach on the local lake. Nice view of Tiogue Lake from the shore. Clean and maintained. Little swing area for kids. Roped off swim area so the kids can swim safely. Lifeguard is usually on duty in the summer time. Cute place for a little stay-cation destination.

Beautiful little beach, $10 entry for a car load if your not from Coventry $2 to walk in. Clean facilities nice life guards. Only not rating 5 stars for the fact that you cannot find hours, price info, or a phone number that works anywhere! Great place though definitely going back soon.

I live this place because its where I went as a little girl but the only thing that saddens me is that they charge money to go in there to swim when there was so many years where familys could go and enjoy the beach and have a look out but now it makes it VERY difficult for some families to do that like myself because we cant afford to pay the fee. I know myself we dont always have the extra money to go to a place to enjoy ourselves . So going to that beach so so convenient for parents to take there children there have a little cook out and just enjoy the day but now people like us cant even do that anymore. I DONT understand why the town of Coventry had to take something so small and enjoyable away from familys like my.

The price for non resident visitor is 10$ and resident is $5, military $6. The area is nice, benches and tables available. The staff at this beach is very racist. We went to the beach for a day of fun and family time. Many people present but the female staff kept approaching us with petty complaints. Even in the water, we were told to stop playing around, although we were not doing anything unsafe. Playing with a soft ball and was told to stop. A fresh water lake? But the stones under foot is painful. Takes the pleasure out of it . A very controlled environment. Overall, I wont revisit and definitely wont recommend. Not visitor friendly but I guess it all depends on your race!!!

This tiny gem is tucked away deep in Warwick on the West Warwick line, and the surrounding residents are very protective of the little beach and surrounding woods. At one point, this was a private beach with residents guarding it fiercely.. However, the beach and park has been opened to everyone, but youll pay for the privilege of using it. Warwick residents are free to use the beach. However, if you are from anywhere else, there is a $10.00 fee to enter.I have to say, this is one of the cleanest, well tended beach around, and it is a fresh water beach. There are life guards on duty, but be sure to check their hours. There is also a small play ground and picnic tables for those who want to make a day of it.

Really cute area on Lake Tiogue.You can go swimming here, although I usually just catch some sun.Lots of people fishing on the lake outside Briar Point Beach.Just a nice relaxing vibe.I have been here numerous times to chill and picnic. Great for families.

There were no signs up regarding dogs except one about picking up after them yet the very young lifeguard came over with a verbal list of things my dog could and couldnt do. He cant go in the water, even outside the designated swimming area for people, he cant be on the sand but 3ft to the left of the sand was fine. Ridiculous, especially since they charge you to go there.

Its a beautiful place to enjoy nature just dont go swimming. Its not always clean water

I don’t understand why they charge? It’s a small beach that’s waist deep and nothing but rocks. Glass in the sand, and an incredibly rude woman who I assume works there. No one was at the gate house upon entrance but she was quick to come running and yelling to my vehicle to ask if I had planned on staying. Overall really unimpressed and will not be going back. I’ll take the drive to Burlingame or ningret.

Great place to bring kids. Its small enough to jeep yoyr eye on them. Its almost always never crowded. Many picnic tables as well. Clean and plenty of free parking!
