Great place to watch football. We were in town for Halloween. Went here the day after to watch the game before heading back to phx. The bartender was super chill. My husband lost his phone at another bar night before. We asked him if he knew the owner of that bar. Not only did he know her, he reached out to her and she dropped the phone off! Amazing! He saved us from another long drive or buying a new phone. We also got a yummy breakfast delivered from across the street. Next time we are in Cottonwood we will be stopping in again. Thanks Guys

Nice local bar. Had fun time with the locals and also the bar tender was very friendly. Bar on draft were only the usual common beer...none of the local beers. But cheap. I even was able to take jello shots here at $1 a pop. They took precaution due to covid and had enough space you didnt feel crowded. Would come again...

This is an awesome place. I was surprised coming from Prescott how many great people I would meet. Definitely a locals bar!

Chapp is an awesome bar. They have this big outdoor area, with outdoor toss games, a big ol propane fire pit..Inside is a dance floor, bar, pool tables, electric darts, and some others I cant remember.Freakin great small town bar, but not small. Lol

Because this bar has just what Im looking for a couple pool tables and a dance floor and a live band and friendly bartenders and friendly people to talk to. Hopefully one day I will be able to meet some people to make friends and maybe make a girlfriend.

Friendly locals and NFL football made for a great Sunday morning visit. They have a nice patio where smoking is permitted. Although they do not serve food, Pepes Cafe across the street will deliver to the bar. We had the shrimp and avacado omelette - very good! Cheap drink prices also served by a friendly bartender.

It’s all about the music for me. Live , DJ or Karaoke! Almost everyday there is some music. If not there are Darts and Pool. Best drink prices you can imagine! And the bartenders are great. Good service and good times.

We rode our motorcycles from our place in Prescott valley to the thundervalley rally this weekend. We stopped in for a beverage and found a gem ! Afternoon live music wednesdays, Fridays and saturdays. Great patio with old west town motif. Cornhole and horseshoes. 2 pool tables. We intend to make this a regular stop.

Its not my kind of bar. Every time I have gone a fight has broken out and the police are called. It looks nice from the outside since they renovated it but havent been inside. Its considered a rough bar

My wife and I stayed the weekend in Cottonwood and enjoyed an evening talking to the locals here. Kyle took good care of us although his mind reading skills did spook me a little. He walked over and handed me the check just as I was about to ask for it! lol

We had a memorial for friends for my late brother. The staff was so helpful and amazing. Great atmosphere and plenty of space. Thank you so much for the Hospitality Chaparral Bar. I cant thank you enough for your generosity.

It was an alright place to go to a nice little watering hole except for that bartender Ive been there before and my girlfriend said that he was hitting on her from a previous time, little dude has juevos being married and all but overall my Friday night was complete whats a quaint little half pitcher

Good ol chap.. cheap, yet good drinks. Awesome staff. Normally busy on Saturdays, unless a crappy band is playing.

If youve never been, I encourage you to do so. Dont just stop at the bar, dance floor or pool tables where tournaments take place either. Continue on through the bar out back and you will find a very nice covered porch with a variety of seating. Also a few electronic dart boards to test your skill and a punching bag game to test your strength. Also beyond the porch is an artistically displayed town surrounding the remaining grounds. Youll feel like you are walking down the courtyard of an old town in the West. Several corn hole boards set up to play on and a horseshoe pit! Worth the stop in Cottonwood.

I’ve lived here for 4 years and never went to Chap up until this year because of all the bad mouthing that I’ve heard around town about it but now that I actually decided to go in I can say that I am more than glad I did. The bartenders that work at the Chap are not just there for the work. They look out for their people. Matt is a great bartender and a awesome person to talk to. I honestly think the bad mouthing is coming from certain individuals who can’t handle their alcohol and get upset when they’re asked to leave. I have seen it firsthand. Definitely check out the Chap if you’re just here visiting , it’s a great place for drinks, pool & karaoke .
