Was quoted a fair price and just could not afford it at the moment and I told them I was going to take it home with me until I came around some money, and remember I just went for a quote. Had the owner call me back and we talked more on prices and I was sold. I am honestly happy I can get my frames done again from this place and how respectfully he called me back. I loved my experience at Best Framing. I surveyed a lot of framing places in the area, and their pricing was the most competitive so I went to check them out. I could not have been happier with everything. Ian helped me with 7 paintings and a variety of framing. They are a very professional service thats also truly personable. They listen to your thoughts, but also suggest things and new framing techniques you never knew existed. I think my paintings have been transformed to amazing works of art purely because of the framing they did. I would recommend Best Framing in a heart beat.

Absolutely Awesome! Medi and Kristen are wonderful. I gave them something that was a bit out of the ordinary and they found solutions that sounded great and looked even better than I thought they would. I have done multiple projects with them and will continue to utilize their talent and advice. I was surprised that they had so many different executions available and visiting their workshop in person was really cool. Professional, excellent results, great ideas, and very patient with me. You cannot go wrong with Best Framing with any of the services they offer.

I have had positive experiences with one staff member at the store, but otherwise I found staff to be impatient, rude, and unfriendly. When I politely requested to modify an order (and pay for changes), the owner actually called me to yell at me--This nonsense after I have shelled out hundreds of dollars at the store to buy four frames over the past few years. Yes, some of their prices are competitive, but it really depends on the frame you get. I finished my order elsewhere and will recommend Leon Framing in Anaheim to all my friends in the art community. They provide much better customer service.

Since I stepped in the door, Best Framing as been incredibly patient with me and very helpful with the various projects Ive brought their way. Everything from small custom jobs to medium sized pieces where Ive brought my own frame. I even brought a massive 24in x 36in original canvas that had to be stretched, lined and framed with a special order moulding. No job was too big or complicated for Best Framing to tackle. I definitely recommend Best Framing to anyone.

Best Framing is great! They have the best quality frames I have ever seen, the staff are all super nice and professional. Prices are fair, and they really take care of your art pieces. It was finished before the date they promised and they called me to let me know it was ready to be picked up.Im very happy with how it turned out; it was a little hard to tell how it was going to turn out in the design stage but Medi helped me make my pick and now I can see it was the right one! Best Framing is truly the best Ive ever experienced. Excellent customer service, the staff is very friendly and has great taste in helping to recommend frames and matting. They really know what they are doing. They also follow framing best practices to ensure artwork/photos will not be damaged over time with the backing and mat boards that they use. They also have excellent prices for art scanning!!
