We brought my niece Lilly, her first time in a adult store, and her soon to be husband into this store.We met Samantha who was wonderful with us. She was professional with personality. She shows us around and spent extra time with my niece to educate, and put her at ease for her first time. After the tour she spent some one on one with out the men around.Due to the quality service, the relaxing and educational atmosphere, Iwould recommend this place to everyone.

Very cheap products at expensive prices. The quality of almost everything I’ve purchased here is very poor and there’s no refunds or store credit given for poorly made or faulty things. I do understand the reason there are no returns but it is definitely disappointing/frustrating. Besides the generally poor quality, things are extremely over priced. For example, there is a lube at this store priced at 23.99 and the exact same lube is less than 12 dollars at Fred Meyer or any other store. The employees here are also very pushy, even after you politely decline their help many times. I have tried to give this place a fair shot but time and time again I find myself very disappointed. I definitely recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I had the worst experience here the other morning. I was followed around the store excessively by the employee working, I believe her name was Sam. She continued to give me incorrect information about products (I had done research about what I wanted) She made me feel very uncomfortable, shared unnecessary personal information, and pushed me to buy products I clearly stated I wasn’t interested in. Not to mention the store was dirty and disorganized. I will not be returning to this business.

My wife came in here to look at items and the attendents were super pushy and rude. They convinced her to purchase an item from the back without disclosing the price. After she pyrchased it and realized it was over $200 she immediately asked for a refund and that she didnt want it if was that much. The employees said all sales were final and shooed her out of the store. STAY AWAY from this plave unless you like being scammed out of your money and pressured tha entire time without having prices disclosed to you.

Today, I went on an information gathering trip. Valentines day is coming up and Id like to go the extra mile to make it memorable. Kali helped with that in a big way. This store stocks products there that Ive never seen in person and have been quite curious about. Kali walked me through the pros and cons of different products, as well as suggested some things she thought I would be interested in based on our conversation. I feel as though I walked out of there with an education I wouldnt be able to find online. In addition to that, I felt valued despite not making a purchase. 10/10 will make a return trip.

Employees are way too pushy and make you feel uncomfortable. I understand/love good costumer service where they check in to see if they can help and what youre looking for, but this place takes it to extremes where you feel so uncomfortable and wanna just run for the doors. I now go an hr out of the way to the other adult shop, with excellent staff, that let you shop in peace and arent your shadow. In this store I was an only costumer with a friend where they came up to visit and I made clear I was just browsing to see the type of stuff they had and I didnt appreciate being 21 questiond on what I like and checked on to see if I had questions ever few minutes. Or followed when purposefully walking around from the staff member and their questions. Its nice to shop in peace without bumping elbows with a staff member who trying to pry into your personal life. There isnt a recent review here so Ill add one. The creepy guy I read about in the reviews hasnt been there since last October. I have to admit, the reviews almost made me not want to go in. I did anyway. There were two ladies in the store working, I was immediately relieved as it wasnt the creepy guy, besides that a salesperson with the same anatomy couldnt hurt! Within 2 minutes I had explained what I was looking for and they were both extremely professional and knowledgeable and had an idea about what might work best for me. They did up sale me but thats what a business does. Did I really need $15 toy cleaner? Not really but I bought it anyway.I also appreciated the manner the general manager (one of the salespeople was a GM) used when talking to the male customer that came in a few minutes after me. Never did I feel awkward or embarrassed. I will go back to this store if the need arises.

After doing my research I went to the local store to get water based lube. I specified what I wanted, and got the 3rd degree about what I want it for. Directed me to the most expensive options available and got irritated when I informed her that I wanted sample sizes so I could try out some options. She started trying to argue with my choices.I ended up paying $10 for a bottle of lube that sells for $6 in their online store.I would not recommend shopping here unless you are OK with high pressure sales tactics, and poor customer service as soon as you show any independent thought.

Yesterday was my first visit to the Adult Shop in Corvallis. it was a very pleasant experience.I was shopping for something for my wife for our anniversary and Cynthia, I think her name was, helped me choose a vibrator for her. She was very knowledgeable about everything and helped my pick out a We-Vibe 4. Cynthia explained the features and gave a great sales pitch. I also got a few other items for us to play with. I have never been so uncomfortable in an adult shop before. The gentlemen there would not stop asking me what I wanted even though I made it clear I didnt want help. He knelt down close to me and like made me talk about what I wanted and I was finally like Im good Ill figure it out thanks. And he was like yeah well Im kind of an expert in this field so you can talk to me and winked at me. He was way too aggressive despite me making it very clear I was uncomfortable. And the lady there laughed and mocked that the vibrater I chose was so small. I left feeling violated, disgusted, and belittled.
