Fantastic venue. Spacious aisles and entrances for wheelchair access. Lighting and sound system is great during performances. Restooms available. Ticket prices are reasonable and the plays are incredible!

And all of the Productions I have seen in the last months or even this year this is the best production I have seen the actors where phenomenal the music and singing was amazing the cast on the whole for great I give him a 10 out of 10 congratulations direct you did a good job

Hands down the BEST high school productions Ive ever seen. BIG theater in a small town.

We saw West side story here. It was amazing! The actors were great. Also the scenery, music and lighting were not what I would think of as a high school production. It surpassed even what I have seen at community theaters. It was wonderful to see such a professional theater experience.

I’ve done theatre for 4 years and this is by far my favorite location to do it at. The productions are an amazing quality, the actors and technicians are both talented and amazingly kind. The director and other adults involved in the productions are visionaries who care for and watch out for the kids. The theatre is clean; the productions are amazing. Come see a show here. You won’t regret it.

So much passion and energy, whats not to love

The performance was of a very high quality and we loved the contemporary twist on the time period and the script. The leading actors gave a well-rehearsed and moving performance which was enhanced by the excellent cast of supporting actors. The well-crafted set was cleverly designed to make good use of the stage. We thoroughly enjoyed the show.

Beautiful theater! The productions here are top quality and simply amazing coming out of a high school- they rival professional productions we see in Portland and Eugene. Bravo! Keep up the great work!

I went to see West Side Story opening night and thought the cast was excellent. I was very impressed with the talent. The lead actors dida phenomenal job. I cant wait to see the next play the students decide to perform. BRAVO!!!

I have been working with the Corvallis School District Theaters for many years now and have loved it! The performers are incredibly talented, the technicians are fantastic, and the shows are absolutely amazing! I have been blown away by this group and cant believe these spectacular people range from ages 5-75. This program does so much for students and the community and I have loved being a part of it.

Yesterday I went to see West Side story and I really liked it! Im going to the performance a 2nd time! Its a musical, so expect lots of dancing and singing. For a community theater, they do a fantastic job! Ive attended several productions at this theater and Ive enjoyed every one of them!

An amazing experience with a great friend. Loved the play

I am always impressed with the productions at CHS- and love how the community is involved! I don’t want to pay the prices or travel to Eugene or Portland to see productions so I stay and support local presentations.I standardly but 10 tickets for opening night and invite a group to join us- some are the same always but we bring new people each time too!I would like a way when I do but ten tickets to be able to get tickets to folks that don’t arrive when I do- it does cause confusion at the doors and that would be nice to alleviate.Other than that I believe you are all doing great work and I’m a supporter 100%!Always great entertainment!!Keep up the good work!

Corvallis School District Theaters is a welcoming, friendly, and open environment. I have enjoyed all the time Ive spent here and look forward to seeing what will come next!

Dirty Theater-crushed popcorn, trash, and stains very common throughout it. Acting is mediocre at the very best and is pretty painful to watch. My friends that have acted here went into serious depression from being overworked, stressed and under lots of pressure. From what I’ve noticed from being in the theater for short amounts of time that this is a very common theme. Along with that the dancers in the musicals have to go to the PT backstage for an assortment of stress injuries from the work overload. The director, Ms.B I believe, is not liked and is the center of all this. The ticket prices are reasonable but not worth it for the quality of the shows. I have avoided this theater and their productions at all costs.

I’m not sure why our theater is being sabatoged with bad reviews, but anybody who sees this show has come up and told me how wonderful it was. I understand WSS is a comtroversial and complicated show; that’s why we did it, that is the point of art. If our show offended you enough because we’re trying to portray a message and make you think, well then I’m sorry but all I can say is done see the show. And for people to lie about it being “dirty with popcorn” (food is not allowed) or being “kept until midnight” (shows end at 9:30) is absolutely ridiculous. Ive always loved acting here. Its an amazing privilege as a high schooler to be treated with such respect and professionalism; CHS theatre students are truly surrounded by the best of environments for theatre. We are sometimes strict, because we have to be. We put forward the best shows and garner the most love, to the point I’ll be cry onstage as a senior on my last show here. And for the comment of “out-of-tune” singing, Our wonderful music director would not let that happen, we have been training for months. And as for the “painful transitions” out director literally staged some of the most seamless transitions I’ve ever seen, I have no idea what you’re talking about. Well, from the actress who plays Anita I can assure you this is a good theater, with good shows, GREAT shows.
