The landlord is mean and rude. The rentals are junk. Most have roaches and rotted floors.

Nice place if you have a trailer

Another park filled with the trailers of those people that seem to all be tweekers from Twackerville. Seen better for sure.

The place is some what crummy you fall through the floor in one place all through out the Mobile home. The owner dont want no one to grow grass or water the lawn .

Never been inside just know the man that owns the place

Filled with druggies and lowlife people.

I hate that he not around all the time

Older park in Cortez clean as far as I could tell.
