I remember getting dropped off on sweaty summers days at the public pool. Wed spend the day with other unaccompanied minors until someone picked us up in the evening. Starving and exhausted, wed be asleep early those nights. Hopefully my niece and nephew will fall asleep early today. Three dollars is not a bad price to pay for peace and quiet. Its 2020 so of course i didnt just drop them off, and there is a 25% capacity sign posted because of Corona, but swimming pool antics keep them outta my hair, and I was able to read uninterrupted for a long time. Ample places are provided to find respite from the suns assault or to let those rays darken your skin. YOLO. I gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5, and I may sound lame for my reasons but I stand by it. First, I noticed on a few occasions people chatting it up with the lifeguards, and to their credit they were all very personable, but Id feel better if they allowed less distractions. I should note it wasnt very busy today so I understand. I was more put off by some of the language these kids were allowed to use. Trust me my niece and nephew arent sheltered, but with rules posted and adults all around it was kinda disheartening to witness. I will be back. $3 bucks per kid well spent.

Have friends who live on Park Ave across the street from the park. Very well manicured lawn with rolling hills. Plenty of picnic area, sunshine to be had, wild life to see and enjoy. Several big trees covering for shady place times and wildlife. I take my dog there and he really enjoys the park. I even saw a medium sized red fox there in the week early morning hours. Was a really nice surprise.There is a really nice basketball court and a nice new swimming pool and facilities. Have some coveted facilities for picnic groups as well. Plenty of parking available.Also close adjacent Pioneer Village and Lefty Frizzell Museum. Close for visiting for hometown history. Popularity has brought movie actors and crews here to shoot in the previous month.Nice places where people from all across the US come to visit.

Always enjoy our visits to the park. Its always clean my little boy loves it there and we feel safe there.

Fairly nice park, there is a public pool and a 2 to 13 playground. There is also a covered picnic table area with a podium, BBQ grill and an outdoor stand for a small band or choir that is reservable by contacting the city.

This is a great little park. Plenty of shade trees and a lot of room to play and have fun.

Park pool is a kids dream. High dive and 14 deep...ahhh the memories.....

Playground was well shaded granddaughter loved playing there.

Clean lots of space to walk or let your kids play.

Amazing park, not far from a good pool. A good area to have birthday parties at or just to hang out with some friends. I love the tractor that sits out there though.

Nice park to visit. The pool is nice except for the grass/dirt area around the pool. Not a good idea with all of the kids running through the grassy and dirt areas and tracking it in to the pool increasing the spread of bacteria. Should be all concrete.

Its a lovely size pool, with a seperate area for the smaller kiddos, but it does get really packed!!

Nice quiet park to have lunch or take the kids. A stream runs right by the park also. Pool is open in the summer.

Fun park. has baseball fields playground equipment walking trails with lots of shade. Youll even find a fire truck and a school bus to play on

Almost 5 star worthy except for the exposed bolt on the main slide.

Pool was pretty but did need to be cleaned with skimmer for all the bugs.Party was a success.

Ive been going to this park since I was a child. So many memories here. Very well maintained. Park is always clean, mowed, and very welcoming.

Ive always loved going here even as a kid and now as a mother i bring my daughter here, clean water, love that theirs always a lifeguard there.

The park is covered in ant beds and some of the play stuff is in disrepair

Located in the heart of Corsicana. Pretty greenery. Decent swimming pool. Pavilion available for reunions. Pioneer Village is on its outskirts. Not much for the children to do except swim at the pool. Pool is a little dates

The pool is clean and the have layout chairs, shaded benches, and a baby pool everything you need to have fun in the sun.

Its a park, swings, picnic tables and the smell of urine wafting from the pavilion...how can you go wrong?Metal slides in 110 degree weather ..SCORE!

Nice park with the best outside swimming pool in town, Jesters park has a nice playground for kids, the basketball courts need a little work, but its a good park for picnics and family outings.

Could use a few more trees over the playground area so the leaves and branches can keep the slides and other equipment cool.
