Okay I’ve lived here 7 months and honestly I’m a very nice fair person but when I moved in I had to clean it myself the A/C didn’t work at first I have two small children so for one month the landlord states he has to call the Owner which I’ve never met or talked too. They send some random people to try” and repair the mobile home I’ve paid rent on time before but I’ve been late here recently due to being sick during the pandemic, the landlord hangs up on me when I try and explain my tennet issues. And Today he shouted at me to go home and leave even though I had a mask on to talk to him all I was asking for was a time and date where he could send somebody to fix my floor but instead he sends someone while I was in bed rest. So my husband told the repair man to leave it wasn’t a good time. Honestly I pay my rent and late charges where it states on my lease but the management argues with me tells me to leave despite I try and pay them they are very disrespectful and with out a doubt it looks like this business might go under because people pay good money around 750.00-800.00 but the management can’t find anyone to fix the trailers. I don’t understand that and despite I can’t talk to the owner it’s disappointing bc if he knew he was losing business then this place might change. Also the roads here is terrible there are ALOT of potholes everywhere so whatch for your car when you drive they here. I don’t recommend this place because of the poor management they have in the meantime I’ll pray for them bc like I said there is a pandemic going on and they shouldn’t yell at tenets bc they was late even though it states in the lease they can pay late. Save your money bc you don’t need big holes for your family to step on and get hurt bc living here there is no telling if they will ever fix anything. Instead they want your money and good luck basically. Have a blessed day.

Excellent location, large lots, well kept, entire lake front city park next door.

Maybe rated a little low just 1st impressions not overly appealing having said that i was told what a friend was paying in rent and if cost is anything close to the real price, I would like to be able to check it out for myself. Will have to go to the office and get the answer from the office for real cost, availability ect at which time currently 3 star could be upgraded due to the affordability of the current lots available. Will have to follow up with the current property manager to be more specific on this issue

I love it here, my husband and kids have lived here going on 3 years. Its great a little pricey but not like a house would be. Its quiet and the neighbors are nice. The local school picks up right in front. We live 5 mins from the lake and in the summer time its fantastic. You get to live on the out skirts of town i have bo complaints so far.

This place is a joke do not go here I put a deposit down to secure a brand new mobile home which was leased to someone else now they say I costed them 4000 dollars to get one of their mobile homes ready bunch of crooks hope y’all needed the 480 dollars I put for deposit more than what I did

Quiet neighborhood. Property manager is a great guy. No one ever bothered us. Its a mobile home community so it is what it is..better than a trailer park. The reason I dont give 5 stars is no fault of lakefront..Train runs about twice a day and seems to be very windy in this area...but the park and lake just down the street makes up for a lot of that..

If you live here I feel sorry for you. If youve ever lived here and moved out it was the smartest move ever made. Its nasty, terrible roads, junky trailers and the landlord is the rudest person to ever walk the earth!
