This place is expensive but worth it since we dont do it often. Our pizza was nice and hot. It was our grand daughters first time she had so much fun. Lol what was suppose to be an evening of relaxation and fun for her turned into a competition. Who knew this 5 yr old could be so competitive! We definitely will bring her again.

Me and my husband had a wonderful date night there You could order and pay easily on a touchscreen specific to your lane that made it very convenient as well. The bowling was a lot of fun and the bumpers could be programmed to be up or down according to the players needs. I only tried the pretzel and cheese appetizer and it was very good though a little more expensive than I would’ve liked. Overall we had a great time! The rental shoes didn’t stink and were in good condition.

My husband and in went to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary with our kids and grandchildren here he figured the kids and grandchildren love bowling here and we all love to eat here so we decided to have dinner here we loves to tenders well that didnt happen they have replace the homemade marinate chicken tenders with some cheap frozen tenders that you can buy at the store but they didnt change the price to reflect the cheap tenders they still cost $9 for 5 without fries not to say we ordered platter that comes with tenders to that no one ate because that not what we came to eat. What an expensive disappointed for my family dinner for our anniversary its costed 170 dollars we could of had an expensive dinner somewhere with food that was worth 170 dollars. When i went to ask the worker he said he didnt know he only been working for 2 weeks so i ask another worker he oh yea we change it because we not making the money we used to make well ok but why you didnt change the price to reflect the cheap food quality since you want to be cheap. Why do you have a picture on the computer to reflect that you are serving the homemade tenders and showing what you really saling the customers. We did not eat the expensive frozen tenders they are nasty. What a big disappointment.

Corporate and management have no concept of league bowling. Promises were made but not kept. Total failure! Mechanical and technical breakdowns every week, pins are not spotted correctly, kick plates need to be replaced... there is no consistency. Ball jumped return track and shot back toward a bowler. Many leagues/teams did not return this fall. Last night no manager present or waitress on duty. Bartender had to tend bar, deliver food, etc. Once Corpus Christi had 6 bowling alleys with two league sessions 5 nights a week. Now only Bowlero... that can barely maintain its existence. Bowlero could fill the house if corporate would manage it right. Now it has become nothing more than a childs playroom. NO STARS BOWLERO!! Hello... Is anyone listening? Does anyone care? Amazing for my sons 8th Birthday! Chef Monica and Server Chase, front desk and second server made it over the top and TOP NOTCH for the kids and the adults!! I will be back for date nights and my other kids parties!!

My husband just started a league up there and lost his thumb slug, a $50 interchangeable piece of his bowling ball, in their return. They are claiming theyre looking for it but will not replace it if it isnt found...its already been a week. They dont even take care of their league bowlers. Since they are the only place in town guess Ill be going to base to bowl when I get my bowling ball.

It was a fun place; however, like almost half of their machines are not working. They need to fix the machines or put new ones. They also need more games and things to do. Although, I had a lot of fun with my friends.

Attended a company Christmas party, it was a nice setting. Wait staff was very attentive, kept drinks full. Food was decent enough. Plenty of lanes for everyone. We had a great time. Good place for this type of event or even a night out.

Overpriced. Good atmosphere but costs too much. The sign at check in says it costs less after 6pm. Got there before 6 and we bowled 1 game. We were about to order some food so I asked if it would be cheaper to bowl since it was already after 6 and they said no. Not till after 7. They said the sign is wrong. Well, if it’s wrong why is it still posted? We would have stayed and bowled at least 2 more games at a cheaper price. Decided to stop giving them my money. Took the family elsewhere. Gave another business my hard earned money since this place didn’t seem to want it.

Late review, but I wanted to make a point to get this review out there. We had my daughters 5th birthday party at Bowlero and it was the best decision. I wanted something easy and fun and Bowlero definitely delivered. From booking the event and making the food arrangements, it was all a breeze. Customer service from start to finish was phenomenal. Armani, the event manager, made our reservation particularly memorable. He was extremely accommodating and professional. The chef was fantastic as well. She even came out to make sure everything was to our liking and thanked us our selection. We will definitely be coming out here again for future parties!

Atmosphere was great. Food ia a little pricey . Service was lacking. However the family had a great time.

Love laser tag!!! Wednesdays after 4pm is $10 unlimited laser tag. However if a party is booked that day you will have to wait for their time to be up before you can renter. Parties are usually no more than an hour. So you can play before and after the party if theres one that day.

When people say it’s overpriced, they mean it. It was 48 dollars for two games for two people. The advertise as well that it’s cheaper before 4 to bowl, yet they open at 4? So that’s incorrect. And the. We ordered some buffalo wings, that were 8 dollars. What we got was disgusting overcooked bland tasting wings, and the two forks the brought were also not cleaned. The only plus side was the drinks. They were actually really good. But again, overpriced. It’s not worth what you pay for at all.

Had a blast with my family

Took over an hour to get a lane, once we did we had a blast. Laser tag same thing we couldnt get anyone over to get us in. Food is ok. Overall we had a great time and the atmosphere is fun and lots to do.

It was fun, clean, and staff is friendly; my only complaints were the bowling league was there with 0 social distancing being enforced.

This place was a pleasant surprise! The drive to Bowlero isnt exciting but once we got in I was happy with the size, cleanliness and things to do. We had a birthday party here and our hostess was very attentive and kind. After our bowling time was up we moved to the arcade games which isnt a very big area but it did well for the time of day we were there. Wed go back.

Me and my family got summer passes about a year ago we went almost every day and it was alot of fun, sometimes the lanes dont work and the customer service is kinda doo doo, but Im giving it 5 stars because every time I went I had a good time! Hey and the foods not half bad

Hosted a Birthday party there tonight and it was EXCELLENT! The service was awesome, the staff is super friendly, the manager checked on us all night, the food was good, and the atmosphere is great! We will be back!

We love Bowlero, the only downside to this place is the price. For a family of 4 to bowl and eat a pizza and some snacks and sodas expect to spend $125 or more. The best way to experience Bowlero is to buy a Groupon the day before, then it is well worth it! Its a great bowling alley, just not as great at full price.

Went here for a family night out to celebrate my husbands birthday. This place has a great look and great options for some family fun. Sadly, our party of six was disappointed by several issues. Upon recovering from sticker shock from the prices to bowl (almost $24/person for shoes and 2 games), we went to find our lane as we had been given no indication as to the direction we would find it. Once at our lane, we looked over the menu and ordered a few items, an app sampler, a burger, garlic parmesan fries, chicken strips, four bottles of water (since there was no option for tap water) and two bar drinks. With tax (and tip which was required to be entered prior to any service being provided), our order came to $114 and change. About 10 minutes after we found our lane, a group of 4 were assigned the lane next to us. About 10 minutes after they joined us, I noticed they were being provided ample attention by a staff member, however we had yet to even see a staff member. This level of service for each of our groups continued for the duration of our visit. We saw staff only when they came to deliver our food, however the group next to us was checked on and drinks refilled several times. I, on the other hand, had difficulty just getting napkins since only 2 were provided with our food. The food itself was ok, but I didnt have high expectations given that we were at a bowling alley. Overall, I was truly disappointed! For the near $300 we spent, the experience simply wasnt worth it. Weve visited here before for corporate events and the service was much more attentive. And as the planner of those events, I can say the price was much more reasonable. Guess I should have booked a party, maybe our experience would have been better.

We just finished my baby sister’s birthday party at Bowlero and I was beyond impressed. They did so much more than I thought they would. We had a party for 6 teens with unlimited food, bottomless drinks, arcade cards, bowling pin for my sisters friends to sign for her and keep, cookie cake, shoe rentals and 2 1/2 hours of bowling for under $300. When we arrived, the assistant manager escorted us to our lanes and told us the manager would be by soon to go over our contract. When he came by, he introduced himself and was really nice. When our waitress came by she also introduced herself and explained how our food service worked. After the girls started entering their names into the bowling system, THE FREAKIN CHEF CAME BY AND INTRODUCED HERSELF! She was so nice and pleasant and said she was our chef for the evening. She pretty much repeated what the waitress had said about the food service but I was so surprised that so many people were coming by and reassuring us that they had everything covered. We had so much food left afterwards to take home and the girls had a blast. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because I absolutely would.

Went during their special during the week. Got to play right away. The food did take long to come out. Did not realize you had to order drinks on the little monitor. Heads up. A soda glass was $3.99. For a Soda!!! Thats ridiculous. I guess i got a good deal with the promo. Place is clean. But there is not much staff to get assisted. Manager kept walking with a face like she didnt want to be there. And the dam prices for games are a joke. Horrible. U have to keep saving alot to get something mediocre.

Bowling was good, service was good but it is so loud you cant carry on a conversation without yelling. My husband said the mens restroom was nasty. Womens restroom was so dark, who knows how dirty it was.

The pin setters are obviously not being maintained properly. Pin drop after pin drop, across all lanes. Major delays getting it corrected. Very sad.. this used to be a very dependable bowling center back in the day. Poor maintenance will kill the experience...

This place is awesome...except the service.If theres too much business for the THREE SERVERS yall have on staff...maybe hire a bit more help. It would avoid 4 star ratings like this and Im sure the staff would get better tips if they could help in a timely manner.$12 for a martini that took 30 minutes to get during my hour bowling...at least it was delicious.

Fantastic place! The staff was super friendly and the wait wasnt very long. Plenty of other things to do while you wait, like arcade games and pool.The areas were pretty clean and food arrived in a decent amount of time. I will say that its better to eat before you go here, because its really pricey. Food alone will set you back a pretty penny. The fish bowl drink was mighty tasty though, and Im not big on alcohol.

Charging $4.82 for a small soda at the Special Olympics tournament is ridiculous. Those young adults are mostly working part time with no benefits or not working at all. Many live in group homes, state schools or being supported by their parents or grandparents..

Kids had fun with Laser tag only problem is we had to hunt down an employee after each round. Bowlero has unlimited laser tag on Wednesdays but management refused to staff the area although at least 15 bracelets were bought from our group alone.Food was good and our server was great.

My friends and I come here at least once every other month to hang out. The bowling alley can get extremely packed causing a wait and some of the new arcade games are already having issues. But, the bartenders and other employees are nice and we always have fun. We will definitely be back.

I paid 10 dollars for a cocktail, nothing extreme or complicated to make. it was good but ive paid cheaper for the same quality, and 6 dollars for a beer? wow, 12 dollars for a burger which I would expect. only reason I tipped the bartender was cause he was cool and professional, otherwise I wouldnt have tipped on a 30 dollar tab for what I got. they keep the lanes well kept, I just didnt like the black lights on the ceiling. made it hard to see the arrows on the lane

Family environment with small arcade and Lazer tag. Not the best service on a Sunday morning. Family of 4 costs >$200 for 2 games of bowling, food and one game of Lazer tag.

I love it. Its a little expensive but we all had a great time.
