We’ve been a few times. Most recently we had my sons birthday party there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast and the entire party was taken care of. I literally did nothing besides show up with cupcakes. Such a stress free party. My son got a tshirt and each kid got a “scratch off” ticket which had prizes such as bring a friend free, 50% off, upgraded ticket. We will be back

Wife took kids here and they had an absolute blast. She said all the things for them to do and burn off the energy was awesome. They had plenty to do...good food....full excitement non stop.....new stuff that other indoor trampoline parks don’t have and they didn’t have to drive several miles away to go have fun for a couple hours. Would love to have some like this in Denver NC this is exactly what my post was about.

My daughter and her friend had a fabulous time. Talked about it for days. She was so unhappy when it temporarily closed due to Covid. Now that we have found out about the reopening she is bouncing off the walls wanting to go. So many things to do.I love that they DONT CHARGE $$ for the parents to come in and WATCH there kids. There is a cafe with great food and a sitting area. Unlike some of the other amusement kids places around CLT that charge $ for the parents to get in the door and walk around following there kids.Dont these owners understand that if the parents are comfortable they will stay longer, purchase more, and come back more often. Urban Air thank you from a grateful parent.

This place is amazing and so much to do. The staff was very friendly and polite.

While on my get away to Charlotte, my family told me there was a trampoline park that opened around the corner from their house. We immediately made plans to go and I was so excited! Once we got there the prices were really decent especially if every child has an adult. We put on the special socks that everyone there has to wear and immediately got into the mode of fun! Our first stop was to the ball pit where we dove in and tried to be ninja warriors on all of the obstacle courses! We then went over to the trampoline where we bounced and had an amazing time! The only downfall that I really have is while my little cousins were on the Rope course, I went over to the concession stand to get us some snacks. The line was long and the girl behind the counter moving EXTREMELY slowly. Not only was she moving EXTREMELY slowly but the food was half decent. It kind of tasted like something you would get out of the freezer section of a grocery store. She even forgot my popcorn at one point and I had to wait 15 minutes just for her to put popcorn in a bag! but other than that the experience was fun, especially for my little cousins who are still in elementary school. I would definitely go back. Although I did notice that I was the only one in my age bracket that was actually in the courses. Maybe there should be a sign that says its okay for adults to play as well cuz it was kind of hard to tell if I was allowed or not. I would still go back and would definitely recommend it... just dont get any food.. eat before you get there

Had sons 15th bday there tonight w/the black light glow. Best time ever...said it was better than paint ball last year. Worth the cost, they are all worn out now lol. Our party host was AMAZING. Dont remember her name but she used to be a clown named Bubbles? Anyway, highly recommend.

We absolutely love this place from the crazy bumper cars to the zipline ...theres so much fun for the whole family!!!...Man if they just added some good food no one in Charlotte can touch them for best activity to do with the kids.

Friendly staff, clean and sanitized hourly, great way to spend time with the family.

The workers were amazing and it was sanitized honestly the sanitation lead ty needs a pay upgrade he was that good and I felt safe sanitation wise and I overall the best place ever.,Sanitation man

The kids always have a blast here. 5 stars for the entertainment value. However the check in is a mess. Happens every time we come on a weekend. They have pre pay kiosk that prints a receipt, but zero organization after that. Today I was told twice to wait in a long line (including people that havent paid). Then after 15+ minutes a clerk calls for people who have already paid. Then a mad dash to the counter, with no regard for place in line. Seems like this should be an easy fix with a little common sense....

Update: took my kids and a couple of their friends a few days ago (Sept 2020) First, Im SO glad they could open back up! This place is the cleanest and the staff are super friendly.Really awesome place to take your children! Lots to do!

Lots for the kids to do, clean and the kids loved it. My only complaint is there wasn’t enough staff. Some attractions took a long time for them to be able to do since there was only one staff member handling the attraction. Also, there wasn’t enough staff watching to make sure kids were following the rules. I saw teenagers on attractions not made for them, making it more difficult for the little ones to play.

There, is NOT a mask mandate that is enforced at this establishment. my daughter was there this evening and indicated several guests were not wearing masks... we will not be back!

Was very fun and lots of things to do for a great price. It was very clean had good food and nice staff. The only problem I had was that there wasn’t enough staff at each attraction so it went kinda slow

Took daughter here. She absolutely loved it. So much to do. Without being part of a party would recommend going as early as possible. Preferably before bday parties start. As the day went on it became packed and lots of long lines. A lot of kids working there, need to better manage time on certain attractions (defy gravity) as there was a line, but the older kids just passed by everyone to go in and were asked multiple times to exit by what looked to be peers not someone expressing authority. Overall, very fun place.

Absolutely fantastic fun. Keeps kids moving and building strength as well as having a great time. This is now my grandsons favorite place.

Lots of thing to do for the price. Kids loved the ninja course and climbing walls. Everything was super clean, though it was only about the 3rd day being open.

My kids had so much fun! They played here for 5 hours. This place is worth the cost since there is no time limit.

Such a fun place for my littles. The check-in process (chaotic/too slow), quality of pizza (crust was dough still), and some of the workers needs help (some are not attentive to those breaking rules & just talk amongst themselves). We will return though but those areas need help!

This place was awesome, very clean, nice staff, good music, and so many fun activities and different things to do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

OMG! This place is amazing!!! Both kids and adults can have a blast here!!! Between trampoline dodgeball, and the Ninja warrior obstacle course youll have a blast!!! Best place EVER!!!

Great place for kids to play and run. Lots of things to do. Very clean.

Very cool experience for kids and adults. Has zip lines, ropes course, dodgeball, basketball slam dunk trampoline, VR, bumper course and concessions. My kids favorite was the bumper cars which spin upside down, and my favorite was the zip line! They also have lockers onsite.

Great place for both my 2 and 5 year olds. The kid pass is a great deal, but seemed pricey once kids are over 5.

Swarmed with kids issue with big and small kids jumping together . Someone could get hurt

This place is crushing it for family fun. The only trampoline park in the area with no time limits!
